Long story short. I walk in THE PALMDAlE store today with my 3 year old, the lady in the front put my name on the waiting list to be helped and said there was just one customer ahead of me and I was next. I said ok cool and we waited. And waited. And waited. Watching several customers walk in after me and being helped some even leaving before I even been helped. I waited an hour and my name was never called, there was customers that came in alot later than I did being helped. I just left. I was basically ignored for an hour . I went to the Lancaster one and even though it was busy. I thought I would have to wait awhile. But that wasn't the case they helped me as soon as I walked in. :) So thank you Lancaster Verizon for making up for the Palmdale ones crappy customer service. read more

I ordered a Phone online through Verizon in the morning. I was told in two hours I could go and pick up the phone at this Verizon store. I gave them four hours I went to the store and they had a "glitch" in their system and could not give me the phone. I even had the printed out paper receipts to show them that it was paid for. Paul took my phone number down and told me he would call as soon as the "glitch" was over. I never got a call from Paul. At 12 o'clock the next day I called them they still had a glitch in their system and I could not pick up the phone they could not cancel the order I could do nothing but wait 72 hours for the system to clear out my order. Never use a Verizon store always do it online or over the telephone. Every time I go into that store I leave angry. And now I have to wait two more days to get a simple phone for my son. read more

During the Christmas time frame, we switched to the unlimited plan with four subscribers (three new to Verizon). We were told by Isaac that there was a special going on and that we could get a phone for free with the new sign-ups and a switch to the unlimited plan - they would bill us for three months and then we would see a refund. It's been several months later (and several trips to the Verizon store to get this sorted out) and we're still being charged for the phone. The Verizon customer service line tells me that they see no record of any promotion on the line. As best I can tell, the original promotion was a scam to get us to buy a phone by telling us that it was free. This store has been very dishonest with me so far. Buyer beware! This is my favorite Verizon store in the AV! The staff is very friendly and I don't feel pushed into buying anything. I went to buy a new tempered glass screen protector after my old one broke and Liz even applied the tempered glass very carefully! My phone looks great again and will definitely stick to this particular Verizon store. read more

Went in to do a simple upgrade and add a new line to my business account and the lady that was assisting us made me feel like having a business account was an inconvenience. She said she couldn't add a 2 year contract to my account because it was a business account and left to the back for 40 min, I had to ask someone else where did she go and when she came out she said she was on the phone with a business representative because she couldn't do the 2 year contract but if I was in a rush I can leave and do it myself. I wasn't even in a rush I just wanted to know why I was waiting to begin with. So I decided to do it online because she wasn't really giving me a choice. I asked if I could come back and get assistance to active the phone when I receive them and she literally told me "you just turn it on".I left, I called customer service and they explained why they couldn't do a 2 year plan and it was going to come out the same price if I finance it, which I was ok with it, but the lady at the store did not do her job and did not explain herself. Where was the manager Or supervisor at the time to step in?, I have no idea. Horrible customer service. read more

Do yourself a favor and do not go on here and purchase anything! We went in on August 31st bought 2 brand new iPhones and also a gizmo watch. The gizmo watch was only $25 which was nice! We can communicate with our daughter throughout the day and keep track of where she is. After 4 days of having the gizmo watch we had some technical issues. I took the proper procedures and called tech support. After on the phone with them for over an hour a supervisor from tech support notated my account and told em to go bring it back to the store, as I was still in the 15 day mark. We headed to the store and told the guy that sold us the devices what was going on. He had no issue returning the item, however he needed a supervisor to discount the watch back down to $25 or they were going to charge $49.99. The supervisor "tested" the gizmo watch and of course while there it was working fine. He came to me and told me he couldn't help me that we had soooooo much time to return the watch if we were still having issues. He would not let me get a word in edgewise so finally when I could I asked him if he checked the notes on the account. He basically told me no and proceeded to tell me to screw off on such a rude disrespectful tone. I than told him I do not have time to keep coming back for a measly watch and told him that the supervisor in tech support notated the account to bring the device back hassle free and with no charges to my account. My husband had to step in because the guy was pretty much being a jerk and he was the general manager at that. Finally the guy said he would exchange the watch. We left. When I got home I checked my receipt and he charged me $25 to do an even exchange for a defective item! WTH?!? I had to call 611 from my phone today to get this credited back to my account. I am at the point where I should have just returned all 3 items back to the store and went directly to apple for the phones and through 611 for the watch. Unfortunately, the office is closed now, however i do intend on reaching out to his supervisor on the way i was treated that day. We all have bad days but seriously the amount of money I spent in his store and to be treated like that for a measly $25 watch that was defective was not necessary! My phone had frozen and I couldn't even answer calls or place them. I went in and the very rude representative took it to the back and did something. When he brought it back, I asked what I had done to it, no explanation, just rudely told me it was fixed. I could place calls and answer them but it would not connect with my cars. After refusing the tablets they were pushing for us to also add to our plan, we decided against adding her, and to just wait for now. Bought 2 i phones within the last year from them. Both times we purchased insurance and were told that the deductible was $50. When my phone was damaged, the phone was actually termed a "specialty device" and the deductible would be $169. Customers of Verizon since 2003. Never had a negative experience with company until now. Went in to try to solve a billing issue from purchase @store. Mgr name Lamont would not help us, told us he needed to help every customer coming into the store-since he was the only mgr at that time. (So what are we?Not customers?Certainly not valued customers to him.) He told us that he would call us back that day later, never happened. Two days later, spoke to our previous salesperson name Jeff, also told us 'he WILL' call us back when he sees what can do after speaking to Lamont. Again - no calls. WOW, the customer service at this location is ridiculous. I will not be dealing with this location any longer, perhaps even cancelling with verizon wireless all together eventually. Not a fan of their customer service. Bought the new iPhone 6 there. Also got all the bells and whistles to go with it. After 32 days, the button on the case broke. Took it back to the store and because I wasn't in the 30 window, I'm on my own. First the sales person said I needed to deal with the manufacturer, on the box it says to return to retailer! This is my least favorite Verizon store to deal with. I walked in today with no welcome and no one checking people in like they do at every other store. I'm fine with signing in myself but that apparently isn't an option anymore. There were two employees standing near the front door talking with their tablets in hand ignoring everyone walking through the door. Several customers were standing near them wondering the same as me, if anyone was going to acknowledge us entering the store. Three people ended up getting checked in before me though I technically was first through the door. They just don't seem as welcoming at this store as they are at others. You must approach them, they won't come to you. If you decide to take a look around you can go unnoticed. Once signed in it was a decent wait, something they can't really control, I get that. But while I waited I did notice at least two other employees walking around with no real agenda. Once seen by a rep I had a good experience. They usually are pretty nice. My only issue was with the initial entry into the store. If I wasn't Verizon customer I would have left and taken my business elsewhere. read more

I had been to this Verizon store two times previously and Mario and the other young lady who helped me were great sorry can't remember her name, and most importantly HONEST. I went to go add a line and was helped by Ladetric who not only lied once but three different times telling me I'm getting this phone and giving me a more expensive one, in hopes that I would not notice until it was to late. So had to take the phone back then him and his Solutions Manager are acting like I can't return the phone and that the sale that was on the Droid Play was over on the 20th which was a LIE. So I wound eventually get my credit and returned the more expensive Z Force he sold me. It's one thing when you work in sales to try and Upsell,I get it but to look me in my eyes and lie there are no words. Funny thing I go over to the Verizon in Palmdale and what do you know the Droid Play is on sale till May 14th for 17.00 month then after 3 months drops to 10.00 now they are both Verizon stores but the Solutions Manger on 10th street lied and told me the sale was no longer on, now this was a manager not just the sale rep Ladetric,but it's on sale at Palmdale still. Don't lie to Customers because in the end you are the ones who are going to loose money and possibly a customer it's not worth it.
