The screen was completely shattered and we wanted a new screen. $375 later for an 'apple certified' screen that isn't actually apple certified, the phone just reboot itself every 5-10 minutes. I brought it in again and they redid the screen and said there was nothing wrong with that they did and everything was fine it had to have been a different issue. I took it to a different repair shop, and that repair shop just called me after having the phone for a week. This repair shop lost one of the sensors when putting the phone back together. Instead of letting me know and fixing it, they told me multiple times it was fine. I have a very strong feeling they scammed me. Edit in response to the owners reply: I asked the other repair shop if it was likely to have happened when the screen broke /just to give your company the benefit of the doubt/ and their repair man said it was highly unlikely and the only way he has ever seen that piece completely missing (not just broken) was via improper replacement. He followed up by saying it was either thrown away carelessly upon removal or torn and your repair man thought it was okay to return the phone without it. He also let me know you did not add new waterproof adhesive and just used what was left on the phone to stick the screen on. Not only that, but over 10 screws were ALSO missing from the inside of the phone. Every single step of this repair was met with carelessness and an inability to do ones job properly. Just responding to a google review is not enough. I do not want a discount off of any future services as I will absolutely never trust you or your company with a thousand dollar device ever again. Call the number left on the voicemail to remedy the situation, don't extend a discount that will absolutely never be used. You can do a partial refund of the exorbitant amount I paid to get back a paperweight.

" I can replace the screen again for $80" hell no I am not getting robbed of my money twice! Might as well have bought a whole new iPad by this point, waste of time and money. So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

Every so often the companies who manufacture the magical devices used to sustain and propel our lives forward releases a new model. In my particular case the new device is the Samsung Galaxy S20. Irving had everything at his fingertips to quickly and efficiently replace my age impaired two year old device with a shiny new model. The new model has several new features, much faster access to the Interweb, and of course it has new technology to take better pictures and movies. Within 25 minutes from my arrival at the store, and from the comfort of a well designed modern artsy chair, Irving had the new device suitably ordered, and the transaction details complete. The operation of the store is very efficient. No more cash registers or noisy printers. Just two handheld wireless devices per employee. The only other item I could have wished for was a great cup of coffee during my visit. Thank you Irving and AT&T for a seamless experience and the fresh device to make my life easier and more enriched.

Took my phone there to get the screen replaced because the flex seal was broken. They told me they…read morewould order the parts same day and the phone would be fixed in two days. Three days later we called and the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive and said he hadn't even ordered the parts and he didn't know when the phone would be fixed and he would call us when it was done. The next day we went into the store and he handed us the phone supposedly fixed but said he had cracked the back screen while he was fixing it and he would order and replacement free of charge. Cook, but why was he messing with the back of the phone when it was the front of the phone that needed to be fixed? Then minutes later the phone is just about dead. The battery it's draining fast. So we charge it. It gets to 100%. And then an hour later it dies. Something is wrong with it if it can't hold a charge. It wasn't like that when we gave it to them before they replaced the screen. Next thing you know, the phone screen is all glitched out. We can't move it, close it, it won't respond to anything. You can turn it off, but once you open the phone, that glitched out screen is there. While that's happening, the phone smells terrible, like burning glue or nail polish remover. At that point, I'm completely done. We are going back tomorrow and demanding they fix what they damaged or that they refund us completely. Because this is absolutely ridiculous. They also did not give us a receipt when we initially paid, or tell us that the phone screen we got was not under warranty and instead of us paying through the store computer. The guy pulled out a phone and had us tap to pay through there. And then next transaction pulled out a different phone and had us tap to pay through there. They are scratchy and deceptive and I warn all who see this, STAY AWAY. Find someplace else to get your phones and electronics fixed. If I could rate no stars or even negative stars I would. I paid over 400$ for them to give me back a phone that was in even worse condition than when I gave it to them.

Overcharged & Humiliated -- Seniors, Stay Away!…read more Review: My mom (late 60s) was charged $100 incorrectly during a purchase at this location. When she politely pointed it out and asked for a refund, the employee on duty refused to correct the error, stood over her in a threatening way, and told her he was going to call 911 to trespass her out of the store -- instead of doing basic customer service. She left shaken and embarrassed, and later that day she fell and injured herself because she was so upset. I went back the next day to get this sorted and asked to speak privately with the manager on duty. He shrugged, said he "already knew what happened," refused to review the security footage, and would not contact the other customer for clarification. No attempt to refund her, no compassion, zero accountability -- just dismissal. This wasn't a misunderstanding that they tried to fix. It was arrogance, intimidation, and outright negligence toward an elderly customer. If you enjoy gaslighting, being talked down to, and leaving the store with less money than you walked in with -- this is your spot. Otherwise, run the other way. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! Brought my phone in for a new battery. Returned to pick it up and they handed me a phone that…read moredidn't work at all. According to the "tech", the screen cracked when they disassembled it due to corrosion from being exposed to moisture, so essentially they broke my phone. Whether or not their story is true, or if they just broke it and didn't want to accept responsibility, well I guess that's a question that only them and the Lord knows the answer to. Interestingly, for just an extra $100, I could buy a new screen and replace the one that they broke. Anyway, this was at 7 pm and I needed the phone for work the next morning so going out and getting a new phone wasn't really an option. I guess they know they got you in a pickle. I'll give them two stars seeing as the tech did seem to genuinely feel bad and threw in a "free" screen protector to make up for it.
