I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. Although my bill has been paid I am still being told that there is nothing that can be done until tomorrow. This has put me in a bad situation and I am very unhappy with the information that I am continuing to receive. Yet the agents say there is nothing that can be done because the technicians go home at 5p. This is not fair to loyal customers like myself or anyone who pays their bill on time and doesn't complain.
