This place is always super slammed. You have to wait for about 30 mins to get an available associate. The first time I can in here was right after my bachelorette party on a Saturday and I waited 45mins. I needed to get a Phone, The guy suggested one of the cheaper options and hooked me up with a the Beats Pill along with my cheap phone. I think the phone was a droid lucid. Do NOT get this phone, it's absolutely terrible. The service was great and the guy seemed like he was very knowledgeable. The 2nd Time my husband and I had previously stopped in, waited 30 mins each time and reviewed a new plan and offer from the employee, Evan. This wait time was on a Sunday and Monday. Evan had previously given us his information so we could get in touch with him when we were ready to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable and represented Verizon very well. Evan let's you as the customer make the decision and doesn't force you to buy or up sell you. We also had the pleasure of working with one of the specialist, Claire. Claire was awesome, she was extremely knowledgeable and just fun to be around. Both employees did an excellent job. The only down side to this experience was the wait time as we had to wait for almost an hour on the associates trying to get my husbands HTC info to switch to a Samsung5s. read more

Here is the problem.... I have had Verizon since I was a teen and have loved their customer support but I do not like the discrepancy they have between different customers. My cousin got them as well after my influence and has had nothing but problems! He has dealt with going into the store and is brushed off. The first issues was with the data... he doesn't use it and every month there are random charges on his bill. I know you can block the data feature but the people at this store say it is not possible and tell him to stop surfing. He is not!! The second issues was with the lies about the upgrades... I know you can get phones that do not require you to have a $29.99 data package, so why are you telling him that is the only thing they can upgrade too? Thirdly, even when he calls about data issues, or overages he accidentally used (which when it is his fault he will pay for it) he gets brushed off. My cousin is not a push over either... he is a lawyer and it makes me very disappointed in the fact that he gets treated one way and me another. I have had Verizon (and used this store too) and they bend over backwards to help me out, or fix my bill, or show me the newest and price affordable toy. Because of his issues for the last year he will be switching over to either Cricket or T-Mobile which makes me upset because then I can't talk to him for free. So thank you... your lack of support for one customer will now cost me minutes.... read more

Have always had excellent service at this store. The specialists are friendly, helpful and don't try putting me in to a plan or phone for commission. Their tech support has been able to 'undo' what I've done to setting in error on my iPhones on multiple occasions, Thanks guys, you are all awesome! read more

I'm very impressed with the customer service at this store! My (senior citizen aged) parents got signed up for a new plan and phone package at this store, and I was worried that they had been taken advantage of (because this often happens to them, unfortunately). I called this store and spoke to the man who had helped them, James. Even though I started off the conversation pretty sassy (oops), he was polite and professional the entire time, and took the time to explain the details of the plan to me so that I understood everything my parents signed up for! And yes, he HAD gotten them a better deal, plus had dealt with my sassy attitude with class! Thanks for the awesome customer service! read more

I was looking to purchase an additional phone to add to my new family plan for my husband. I wanted the new iPhone 5S, 16GB. The sales girl said they were out and then kept trying to up sell me the in stock 64GB. I let her know I was not interested in the 64GB but thank you. I asked her if she could search other locations that might have a 16GB in stock. She kept only looking at the 64GB phones and lett me know wen she found one of them. After a period of time I told her as nice l as I could that unless the 64GB came for the same price as the 16GB, I was not interested in it. In sales myself, I told her I appreciate she was trying to up sell me, but again, I am only interested in the 16GB. She then looked online to order one and said Apple was all out, they were completely sold out. No more to order or purchase. I find it hard to believe that Apple would only make enough product to sell out 30 days after a major new release. Another gentleman, who I assume to be a manager, stepped in and after another 20 minutes of what appeared to be searching, said he found some. It was not active search process. At periods, he would just glance off into space and then tell me that there are "secret places" to look. Then he would just stare at me and the two of them would talk about the fact he was battling a migraine all day and the meds he was taking weren't working. I tried to redirect their attention several times to ordering a phone and eventually was told that they had some in stock in their warehouse but I had to come back and I had to wait a few more days to order the phone. I left extremely frustrated. I will never visit this location again. I am not sure what kind of show they are running there. read more

I visited this location for my 2 yr "Free Upgrade" while on vacation. I had an Iphone 5. The salesperson showed me the Iphone SE, I went with that and paid $22 for activation etc... I was assured that it was not going to affect our monthly bill. This all sounded reasonable because I got my iPhone 5 for 50 cents and have heard you can get the SE for 1 cent. 3 wks later(back in Las Vegas)...the bill came. $17 recurring equipment charge on top of our existing monthly contract service charge for the next 2 yrs totaling $400!!! Two questions: What salesperson in their right mind would think someone would be ok with paying $400 for a phone when a customer comes in asking for a "free" upgrade and how is a $17 increase not affecting my monthly bill. Now I have to try to deal with Cust Svc and I'm 1 week past my return period. Wish me luck:( read more

Brianna and Jereimiah should not be allowed to work for Verizon. I joined this company before it was Verizon and am SOOO disappointed that they are the people you choose to represent you. Do NOT even waste the time to go to this store. Brianna, the manger, is terrible. My daughters phone was ruined by water. We were told that nothing could be done as she still had approx. 60 days left on her contract. I asked the sales associate if she was supposed to be without a phone for that time and was told there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the manager and after 5 minutes of being told how the stores hands were tied and this manager would not be able to do anything she finally came over. Her first words were that we were out of luck there is nothing she could do because Verizon would not allow it at the store level. Having worked retail I knew she was not being truthful and told her so. I left the store so angry I called Verizon from the parking lot. I explained what happened and was told the stores will only help you if there is a profit in it for them. Within 2 minutes the associate on the phone understood what I needed and said there was no reason it could not be done. He entered what I needed and transfered me to the order desk. The order desk took care of ordering a new phone. When asked why this couldn't be done in a store I was told that the stores have the same rights as the call centers and could have been done in store. read more

I brought my iPhone 5S in to change from my current provider to Verizon. After 2 trips from home and 3 hours invested, someone other than the guy who was helping me said, "You can't switch that phone to Verizon. It's GMS(?) and Verizon is CDMA(?)!" I asked if I shouldn't have been told that at the beginning and was told, "Of course." For my trouble, they offered me $50 off a new phone. That's less than $17 an hour. What a waste of time and driving! read more

Incompetence and bad management. My wife and I went into the store to deal with a broken phone and merge our accounts. We were told the wait was 15 minutes, even though 2 workers, including the manager, were walking around doing nothing that whole time. 50 minutes later we were finally helped. They put my wife on the phone for 45 minutes to speak with the phone insurance people who disconnected her 3 times. They completely screwed up the merger of the accounts on top of quoting a wrong cost, which we spent an hour on the phone the next day to correct. This place is pathetic. Don't waste your time...go to a different store or a different cell service provider. read more

I've been in there 4 tea in the last week and the customer service was awful! Not only are they sexist, they are rude liars. When I was finally able to get my new phone I asked them if they would help me put my screen protector on when it came in from online and they told me yes they would. I went in there today and flat out told me no they wouldn't. I have never been treated as such. read more

First they sent my phone to the incorrect state, then the repeatedly "forgot" to process my rebate and when I followed up with the manager Jeff he claimed there was a two year "statute of limitation". When I pointed out that it was less that two years since the phone was purchased he then claimed it was a two month limitation and he'd "done all he could" which was literally doing nothing. I would avoid this fraudulent retailer at all costs. read more

This location has the worst customer service! After waiting several minutes to ask a question one of the associates took me to the counter. He continued texting his gf while having a conversation with me. He didn't seem very intelligent. I'm surprised verizon would hire someone without customer service skills or the decency to at least fake it. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have been to a handful of stores around town, all are bad, but Aspen Grove the worst. I have had to spend HOURS on the phone with customer service because of the lies the shiester of a sales person told my husband and I when we went in to upgrade his phone and combine our plans. After months of excessively high bills, we were finally able to get me access to our account, review the detailed bills, only to realize they did not give us credit for the phone he turned in that day OR the buy-one-get-one-free promotion that we were convinced to take. We understood that in order to get that deal, we had to add a line (that we did not need), but were willing to pay that fee for 6 months as that still was a fraction of the cost of the phone. What they did not explain were all the other "incidental" charges that came with doing that. The salesperson was either highly incompetent or dishonest - either way, we have been paying for it. We are currently paying for a new phone that I would never have bought if not for the promotion AND a second line that we don't use, AND all those incidentals. Waiting for customer service to make this right - we'll see. I have been back in the store several times since and spoke with JR (I believe that was his name) who was so smug and refused to help in any way, answering, "I don't know. You'll have to call service" to every question I had despite the fact this all started because of "service" we received in the store. After reading other reviews, it seems this sort of behavior (smug attitudes and dishonest sales practices) are common across all the stores. My 70 year old mother was coerced into changing her plan that locked her out of a very economical plan she had been grandfathered into for the last 10 years. My SIL was also tricked into buying several accessories that she did not know were at an additional cost. read more

Very dissatisfied! I went in with my husband to use my upgrade and get a new phone. The salesman explained the "edge program" to me and we both agreed that it would not be a good choice because I usually keep my phones for the full 2 years and I'm not interested in having the newest and greatest. At the end of the transaction he asked me if I would like to purchase a case to go with the phone. I said "if you have a deal I might be interested" ... he came back with a case and a blue tooth headset and said that there was a promotion going on and I could get them for free. He said that if I purchase the phone alone it would cost $*** but if I purchase the phone and the case it would be less. What he didn't inform me was that it was free because he was now enrolling me in the edge program! Of course "stupid me" signed the paperwork and it looks like he wrote that on there but he never once explained that to me and like I said before, we had already come to the conclusion that I was not a good candidate for that program. Anyway, to top it off when I got home I realized that he switched my husbands phone number over instead of mine and the store was already closed so we had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service who thankfully was able to help us. Unfortunately, they could not un-enroll me in the "edge program" for that we needed to go back into the store. So I brought my 6 month old with me and was once again dissatisfied with the customer service. The female manager did not once apologize to me for the inconvenience. I explained the situation to her and she just kept repeating to me that it must have been a misunderstanding. I could tell she just wanted to get me out of the store by her attitude. She fixed the problem in the end but it was not pleasant and she made me feel as if I was making up a story or just "confused". I would watch out when going to this store or Verizon period. I feel like they are really pushing that "edge program". Enough where their employees are taking advantage of customers and the managers are sticking up for them.
