Apparently I just visited a parallel universe because when I went into the Xfinity store today, the only thing I encountered was exceptional customer service. Zoey made my visit stress free and highly productive. The only thing he seemed interested in was giving me great service. He was professional, friendly and respectful of my time. He efficiently took me through everything I needed to start a new service at another home. (I've been a customer for over six years in my present residence.) Every one of my many jobs has been as a customer service rep and I was impressed by how well Zoey displayed stellar customer service throughout my visit. read more

Rating.....0 stars! Stopped our Internet through xfinity to get it for a lower rate through Verizon. Xfinity refused to give us a lower rate and we were paying 96.00 per month on a fixed income. A few days after dropping our Internet they took the $96.00 automatic payment out of our checking account, after being assured it would not be deducted anymore. And, on top of that, they shut off our t.v. cable which is provided through our manufactured housing community where we live. Five days later and we still have no cable t.v. or refund! We were even promised our cable would be back on by 9 a.m. this morning, but it was not! Worst ever company for Internet and cable! Exorbitant rates, lousy customer service, just a horrible experience! Get your Internet from Verizon, T-Mobile, or anyone else... You'll thank me in the end. read more

I had scheduled an appointment for yesterday and when I arrived there were several people waiting as well as 3 customer service representatives handling customers who were there for a variety of reasons. I was able to accomplish everything within a few minutes and was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge the representative who helped me. I needed to switch my Mom's internet. I set up an install and I had to go in the store for the equipment. The manager "had" to speak with me and I was upcharged a mandatory annual fee of $120 which turned out to be a scam. Business practices like these are short-sighted and leave the customer feeling used. In addition, the technician that started the install was physically and verbally abusive to my handicapped mom. That says a lot about a business when there is zero professionalism all the way around. Get internet anywhere but here. read more

Xfinity "customer service" process: Have an issue? Talk to a chatbot Tell you just to reset your modem Never works. Chatbot elevates you to chat "tech" in India. Tells to you reset your modem. Tries to upsell you, while you don't have an internet connection. Complain until they schedule a tech visit. They eventually reluctantly do. Get a txt 20 min later - trying to talk you out of the tech visit. Get a call 30 min after that - to try and talk you out of the tech visit. Get a txt the day before, and the day of, to talk you out of the tech visit. Tech visits - not an employee of Xfinity. Obviously a subcontracted service, that they don't want to pay for. Fix the issues. Same issue appears 2 months later. Now here's the thing. If the service was cheap, government sponsored. You get what you get. I spend $250 a month on this monopoly. To get treated like garbage. Trying Starlink as it's the only other option. read more

DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES HERE. They sell you on lifetime warranties of screen protectors which is listed on the package, however the store neglected to provide a receipt at the time of purchase. We were getting text messages and emails of receipts from the phones we also bought so thought one was for the accessories. once we realized we did not get a receipt we tried 3 different times to obtain one and the first two times in the store they refused to even try to look it up. I went to another location in highlands ranch who told me exactly how they would be able to provide a receipt, went back and they "Manager" spent 15 minutes on an old laptop behind the counter to end up stating no way to provide a receipt so not only can we not get the warranty, we cannot return the items. Store also has the worst general service and longest lines of any we have been to so I will use any other xfinity store in the future. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Andrew, and he was truly exceptional in helping us find an excellent solution for my parents. Thanks to his assistance, my parents are now happily enjoying their cable entertainment and have upgraded to newer iPhones. Andrew's patience and dedication were truly admirable, and it significantly improved my perception of the Xfinity store and Comcast in general. As a corporate training manager, I understand the value of exceptional employees, and I must say, you are fortunate to have Andrew on your team. It's evident that the rest of your team is outstanding as well. Beyond providing Xfinity services, it's commendable that your team helps our older population understand new technology. At the moment, I'm pretty disappointed with Xfinity as a and based on the customer service story I have to share, I cannot recommend them at this time. My wife and I were lured to Xfinity on Jan 1, 2025 explicity because of being able to get a trade-in value on each of our perfectly good iPhones. At the time, my wife and I both had iPhone 12 Pro 256Gb models in perfect shape. The trade-in amount at the time was $600.00 spread over monthly payments, equaling $25/month. It all started off fine. We got set up and left with new phones, reset our old phones, and within a few days boxed up our old iPhones separately and sent them off to Xfinity (really their 3rd party Assurance/Assurant). The phones appeared to have been received and inspected fairly quickly according to information I am now aware of. Later, I'll find out my wife's phone was accepted, and application of the promotional amount has begun; this was hidden to me for some time, but now I can confirm it is applied to our monthly payments. My Phone - Oh, boy!!! that's a different story altogether. Toward the end of January or beginning of February, I got a notification from Xfinity my phone was being rejected. I thought it strange and because at the beginning I couldn't tell if my wife's old phone was rejected as well, but I KNEW they were in great shape. So, instantly I thought I screwed up and put them in the wrong box on accident because the website told me it was a serial number mismatch. Since I thought that was odd but I got in touch with customer service to check in on it to see if the boxes got mixed up. Nope not it. In fact, customer service is severly limited in what they have information on, but that's a whole 'nother story. Initially, they couldn't actually tell me what was wrong and how we could fix it. I turns out after being on the chat box and the phone for LITERALLY around 8 hours, I finally got someone that could offer some insight into things. I don't know why the first SEVERAL people were nearly worthless, but for the most part they were, or it was an accent barrier that we couldn't understand each other. During my most recent nearly 2 hour conversation with a representative named Irish from the Philippines (supposedly), who was actually very pleaseant to talk to, I finally was able to see this customer service agent could understand the error. What I will say though is just as frustrating for a customer service experience and I think you'll agree. So here's what happened - we found the serial number was actually not an exact match, as reported by Assurance. I received my old phone earlier that day and reinitialized it so I could get the IMEI out of it directly. Where did it go wrong one might ask, and how can we fix this? First, don't bother - Xfinity doesn't care, and wont fix it. Anyway, while talking with Irish, I explained that the sales rep at the Xfinity Mobile store is the one that entered the necessary information from our phones into their system with their tablet. In fact he had to enter all of the information a few times because the system crashed on him twice. The fact that a member of their own company entered the information incorrectly doesn't seem to matter to Xfinity. They operate their trade in system as a way to F*&^ their new customers, even if the mistake was made by one of their own - one digit, and it wasn't even my mistake. To make things worse, the system doesn't let you just start a new trade in between the new phone and the one you traded in with the correct number. NOOOOO. That would be too simple. What the rep wanted me to do was send my new phone back in, then they'd send me a new phone in it's place, and start a trade in off of that "new, new phone." I was very hesitant to do that because it was also going to lose my phone number I've had for nearly 15 years, but they could "recover" it - I'd imagine most people would insert the word "hopefully" in there. The proof is in the pudding. Anyway, I started to go along with this because it seemed like it was going to be the only way I'd get the $600 phone trade-in credit. EXCEPT, once she entered information asking what color and memory I wanted in the new iPhone, THEN she told me that the system would ONLY allow a $350 trade in credit now. I got a LITTLE mad at this point, because I signed up for these new accounts when the trade in amount was $600, and a member of their personnel made the honest mistake. A normal company with good customer service would understand the situation and if necessary get management approval to take care of things on the spot, recognizing the importance of correcting their mistakes. Some would call it accountability, and just doing good business. There's more to it, but Yelp wont let me include. read more

This place is a joke. Specific location at Southwest Plaza in Littleton # First it's not a corporate store. That's obvious in the name of this listing but not to most customers. The staff hardly know how to click a mouse, while waiting in line i witnessed the girl at the counter basically force this couple to call the 800 number to add a user to their account. I tried to tell her it could be done online but was ignored. During the automated answering process "Hi what can i help you with" The employee -"add authorized user" AI "You can add authorized users in the Xfinity app or online, would you like me to send you a link?" I was waiting to pick up one of the new Xfinity Storm modems. I had just got off the phone with Xfinity which was setup for delivery. I was told by the "manager" ha, a cocky punk I'll get to that in a min, who told me they had one but I had to pay all at once instead of monthly. I said that was fine as long as he had one. He then proceeded to tell me it was $280 for the modem and an additional $280 for the battery - the battery is kind of essential for an advertised "always on" connection. . I told him i was charged $252 and that was a total one time for everything. He pulled up my account and told me that was wrong i wasn't getting a battery. At which point i told him i'd get it straightened out and come back. I went outside and looked it up Here's the FAQ https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/storm-ready-faqs Which includes the following: "Q: How much does Storm-Ready WiFi cost? A: If you rent an XB7 or XB8 Gateway, you can add Storm-Ready WiFi for $7/month for 36 months or a one-time payment of $252. There is no monthly reoccurring charge. Q: Are Storm-Ready WiFi and Battery Backup sold separately? A: No. The Storm-Ready WiFi device and Battery Backup devices are sold together." Which is when he got really rude and tried to tell me that was different equipment and could only be purchased online. "It says that in the FAQ as well" he rudely proclaimed When in fact it started this: "Q: Where can I purchase Xfinity Storm-Ready WiFi? A: When Storm-Ready WiFi launches, it will be available for purchase across all sales channels, including xfinity.com and Xfinity Retail Stores." I asked to speak to his manager, he said "you're not talking to the manager" I've reported to Corporate. I'm guessing they don't care based in other reviews of this place. Here, The Littleton chamber of commerce and the BBB. I recommend going to the Corporate location in Lakewood. They actually have professional people with some semblance of customer service skills. But unless you have some serious patience and like to pay double for equipment (did i mention they are ripping people off charging them twice?) I'd avoid this place like the plague. read more

We came in two days ago for new iPhones. The clerk started prepping the devices without even acknowledging the capacity/color choices, trying to finish the transaction without even bringing up that they didn't have our choices. When I called them out, they just talked my wife into getting what they had. they told us we had a few weeks to bring back our trade-in, and we'd simply drop off the old phone for billing credit. Here we are only two days later and they say they won't take the phone, that we either need to fill out something online to mail the phone to them, or call their service number to sort out the in-store transfer. So, I call the service number and talk to a representative, who says she's talking to other people to sort it out, and every 10-20 minutes or so checks to see if I'm still on the line. After FIFTY-EIGHT MINUTES, a recorded voice tells me to call back later and the call disconnects. read more

Had a big move today, went in to the store on Wednesday to make sure WiFi and cable transferred. Big surprise, nothing transferred. Spent all day (when we should be moving and unpacking) on the phone with Comcast and even went into the store AGAIN. Update! We go to cancel Comcast and go with the other company and then magically we got a manager with a new appointment and a personal phone number if no one shows up. New technician shows up, hooks up our internet and we learn later that day he disconnected our neighbors internet! So apparently you have to try and cancel for them to actually pay attention to you, and even then they'll most likely not do the right thing. read more

Calling this team's customer service skills bad, or describing it as inattentive still feels like an understatement, and reminds me that I honestly can't think of the right way to describe how uneditable my disappoint with this place has been, and just how sub-par the service provided by people I regret to describe as employees. Their technical expertise may just rival the Flintstones! But even that would be giving them too much credit. My suggestion? Save yourself the headaches, go to maybe any other Xfinity store? There is one up in Bel Mar, I believe, and perhaps they may not push you to the edge of loosing faith in modern customer service. Was in there to set up two lines on a promotion. First line went fine but struggled with setting up second line. The manager Shay ghosted me a few times after saying they would call me back. My 84yr old Mother in Law went into this location on 1/10/2022 to have her account updated and get a replacement for her remote. She was told that in order to have her deceased husband's name on the account changed to her name on the account, she would have to bring a copy of his death certificate. The tech(Shay) took the certificate, didn't look at it and handed it back to her. Unbeknownst to all us, he DELETED her service. After numerous phone calls on the afternoon of the 10th, we were told a tech couldn't be able to come out and fix this mess for 72 hours, that was completely unacceptable. Her service was turned back on on the the 12th. I certainly hope she does not get charged for fixing the mess created by a careless customer service tech at this location. read more

The lady who checks you in at the front was very rude. There was nothing on the door that indicates you need to wait outside before entering the building, and there was no employee there to stop me. So of course I walked right in and got in line. Suddenly this short lady who works here comes out of the back and is ushering me outside because I need to be "checked in first" like I was supposed to know that? What the heck? I don't care if she was "grabbing her sweater" she should have informed another employee that she needed to step away from her post, even if it's just for a moment. Very irresponsible and I will not be returning back to this location which is unfortunate because I live right down the street. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service all around...started by upgrading cellular devices and ended up going back and forth for over a month because we were given the wrong devices from the start...Gigi was the associate who got us started down the wrong path...eventually, a "manager" by the name of Troy tried helping us through but we were consistently fed with bad information throughout the entire process. We have since switched carriers and will never deal with Xfinity again because of this store. read more
