There is more than one occasion they were flat out wrong about the promotion we were getting and the bill ended up being much higher than they had told us. This time, I came in to cancel a line and upgrade my device. They quickly told me the only way to cancel a line is to " through 611". Then they just looked at me like I'm supposed to know what that meant. So I had to ask them, and I guess that is their customer service line. I'm not sure if this is a T-Mobile wide thing, or this store just didn't want to help me. But either way, that's ridiculous. At the very least I would have expected something like " the way to do that is through customer service, let's get them on the line now to help you out". After the two team members told me that, they both just stared blankly at me. Like they had asked a question or something. Finally breaking the silence I then asked if Im still able to upgrade my line with them. They got a little confrontational for some reason and said " of course you can, why couldn't you" This was all very strange. I decided to head out and not waste anymore time. I highly suggest anyone in the area takes the drive out to the corporate store on 5600

It's hard to tell the difference, so the best thing you can do is ask. In my experience, almost every time I work with a 3rd party store, they are not familiar with current promotions, provide misleading pricing, and don't give accurate information This is a corporate store, and they have never steered me wrong. All the team members I've worked with, most recently with Tegan, have been friendly, professional, and everything works out on our bill exactly as they say it will.

The tech said they used new batteries, but that they sometimes got bad batteries from their supplier. So if the battery goes bad, return to the store and they will replace it. The battery failed after 1 week. I returned to the store to get it replaced. The tech opened the phone and said that it appeared that a used battery had been installed. So he installed a new battery per their guarantee. When I picked up my phone, the tech was showing me the battery box that my battery came from to indicate it was new. Right on the box was a big orange sticker that said RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), clearly indicating that this battery had been returned to a supplier and was not new. The second battery failed within 2 weeks. Save yourself some money and find another vendor if you need a battery replacement.

Getting warranty replacements from them is a frustrating nightmare. The first one never came back in stock. After about 5 months of waiting they eventually agreed to give me the next model up. The second one was in stock, but what I assume was an AI Bot canceled my replacement because it mistook the requested pdf of my receipt as an image and claimed it couldn't read it. A human agreed this was a mistake and suggested I resubmit the request. Only when I did so, aha, the case came up as out of stock. (I have my suspicions.) They have offered the lower model instead this time around. I am not taking that "offer" and I am not waiting 5 months this time. Friends and I have also noticed that their screen protectors aren't holding up very well either and must be replaced fairly frequently. (I am an adult and not hard on my devices.)
