    We went in to get a new phone on a rainy day. As we opened the door to a crowded store, we were quickly greeted by Cindy. She didn't just take our name as the "greeter" does in most stores, she actually was a rep who could actually help us. She didn't try to upsell us either. We actually ended up.taking her suggestion based on my husbands needs, and walked out with a new FREE phone. Yes, we did pay $35 for activation. Cindy was knowledgable, nice and funny. I would wait just to speak to her. The store was clean, large and well staffed. The 2.5 stars are not a good representation of the stellar staff and location.

    This is a corporate store and they can actually help you. It's out of my way compared to an "authorized" location but worth it.

    Located off of I-74 and Matthews Township Blvd, Best Buy is in a safe part of town with a few…read moreshopping options around the store to make a day with the family. The entrance, exit and the overall roads in this town center are horribly planned so remain alert when driving there. That said, going inside the pleasantries continue the downward trend. Stepping inside, one might notice that first of all, this Best Buy is small, thus less options. Moreover, as with most Best Buys now adays, directly in front of the shopper, you know where the DVDs, Blu rays, 4ks used to be to encourage impulse shopping, lies the multitude of cell phones. It's just baren and I noticed the staff isn't exactly engaging or being proactive. Perhaps that's just my personal issue. The phones are by far the best-selling points and have the most accessories. Please note the inventory of DYI items like wire, connectivity butts, odd length of HDMI cable and things of that nature have been scaled down. I strongly advise checking online if you don't like just browsing like me. Also, a lot of options in terms of computer mice, keyboards and things of that nature aren't as plentiful anymore. I mean, it's better than many other competitors but not what I remember of the golden age of Best Buy in the 2000s. As I stated, CDs, DVDs, 4ks and even a robust game selection for the major consoles is gone. Yes, they do carry a limited selection of games, most have been replaced by some odd toys like Funko Pop, Disney or something of the like. Come to think of it, I forgot to check on records! As for gaming consoles, they do have a selection of controllers, computers do have a few mice and keyboard options and the stereo selection is ok with a broad range of products in differing price ranges. I admit it, I miss things like a well-stocked Best Buy, Toys R Us, the mall, Barnes and Noble, Circuit City, Block Buster, Camelot Music and many other places. I liked to walk around but I knew they always had what I needed. We call things "progress" right now but it seems what's left of brick-and-mortar businesses don't put much effort into their own survival. The people at this Best Buy were ghosts when needed and for the first time ever, I left irritated. Their commitment to the customer has long gone and considering how carefree they are to service, then I'm not going back. Consider somewhere else before using this place as it's a last resort.

    I have made several large purchases from this company. I have purchased; refrigerator, dishwasher,…read moreand possibly a microwave. I also purchased a washer and dryer. The issue; after 2 months, the washer stopped working. I contacted Queen City and I was advised to contact GE. Which is insulting when you think about it. $2500 in laundry equipment and you cannot do better than that? So, I did them one better. I used my Home appliance warranty to fix the machine for me. Since, every appliance in my home is covered; TV (7), robot mower (4), 3 fridges, AC, garage door openers, even my swimming pool and its parts are covered. So, I contacted my bank and had 50% of the sale price returned. You would think, Queen City would want to make this right after I took my money back and kept their equipment. ‍ I was completely honest about why I wouldn't shop there again. It's not about the product you sell. It's about your standing behind what you sell. If you sell me a defunct product, I expect you to make it right. I expect you to contact GE to make it right. But, since it's now free, I really shouldn't complain.

After one week, no one called me back. Not one person. After I hounded the one contact I had, a manager called and said she was taking over the case and basically to stop calling. I'm heading towards two weeks with no resolution in sight. I'm having to do all of the leg work to contact the manufactures of the damaged products. DO NOT buy high end appliances from this place. Their service ends at the sale. This is the second kitchen I've remodeled so even a repeat customer is not honored at this place. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Buyer beware.
