It took almost two hours to transfer my phone and rashaan didn't know what he was doing and had to call Danielle and Verizon help desk most of the time. Online my account stated that I was eligible for an upgraded phone. Verizon TV adds stated that if you bring in any phone in any condition and "Get a new IPhone 15 on them". All this is misleading. Once in the store they go to work on SALES. There is no upgrade other than,they allow you to pay for an upgraded service(at your cost). There is no Trade-in of any phone in any condition for a new phone. They offer a trade-in rebate based on the age of your present phone. When I said that all Verizon advertisement (including the in-store posters)were BOGUS, Their response was a joke. They told me to "pause the TV commercials and read the fine print". Verizon, How do you feel when you try to bait and switch? Is it ethical for a business to mislead a long time customer? Should your advertisement BOLDLY state to "Read the fine print"? The FTC, FCC and BBB should look into what Verizon is doing. read more

I went in to get some help regarding some settings on my Samsung cell phone which I couln't figure out. Don was extremely proficient with navigating through my phone to set the changes I requested. Every time I've gone to get some help there, their employees have been very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have a great team. I highly recommend that location. Keep up the good work!!! Did online chat quoting monthly rate at $106 plus tax. When received phones in mail actual amount was $198. Called online and they told me to go to the store to sort things out. Store said nothing they could do I had to contact online. Then online wouldn't help me because I listed my husband's name first and they didn't have authorization to talk to me even though I am the one that set the account up. Unbelievable. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Management (Renee and Danielle) have no idea what they are doing or how to honor their customers even when their Rep (Malik) makes a mistake. I was very misled about pricing when ordering a new Ipad. I was quoted at one price and only because I inquired did I find out that my bill would be significantly higher. They were unwilling to stand by their original quote and I had to contact corporate to get some type of credit. It was a 900$ discrepancy. I would be very cautious when going to this store, they are a franchise, not a corporate store. DO NOT GO HERE!!! find a corporate location where they know what they are doing. read more

Very unhappy with my visit to this store. The young man who waited on us had to check with the lady (manager?) before answering my questions. I was interested in purchasing a iPhone 13. They had the 13's mounted on the wall but they could not take them down to be looked at. The piece that secures the bottom of the phone makes it almost impossible to sweep up on the screen. Our sales person was mumbling through his mask and the manager talking to another customer seated 2' away drowned him out. They did not have iPhone 13 and could not tell me how long it would take to get one. I was very unhappy and left. I have switched carriers as a result of this store. read more

The folks here at Victra (the Verizon store here in Viera), especially Harrison and Danielle are totally awesome. He is fast, smart as heck about all the products here, and super friendly. I've bought a lot of phones, and never had a speedy set up as I did here today. When I asked about cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc. He had a selection for me to choose from in an instant. He was absolutely no pressure on accessories and I only bought what I thought I really needed and he understood completely. What I did get was a fast charger that was almost half the price somewhere else. I was in and out in less than an hour and talking on my new phone with Everything moved onto it from my old phone. one employee helping a couple when I walked in no one else in the store. After 5 minutes of no one else coming out of the back I ask the other employee if he was by himself and he said no and looked to the back. 5 more minutes still no one then a serviceman came through the front door walked to the back proceeded to tell who ever was there hey you have some one out there and she thanked him as I could here and she still didn't come out. So I peaked back there to see an older lady having a conversation with the serviceman ZERO concern for the actual customer. She sees me and in the rudest tone "I'll be with you in a minute sir" I said you know what nevermind and she said "ok have a nice day" in the snarkiest way possible. I'm in sales and customer service for 35 years and have never seen such an unprofessional display. I was incredulous so I left. I went back to get her name which she happily gave as Rene' and 3 more snarky have a nice days to make some point of which I'm not sure other than ensuring I'll never step foot in this store again. Well done Rene' I'm not sure you understand your job. If you're the owner reading this I encourage to dismiss this employee before she costs you more business. read more

I wanted to say thanks to Zachary who helped us get a new phone for my wife (they didn't make her's anymore and we had to get it on Ebay). After we got her new phone, he uploaded the new information to Verizon and transferred her old phone info to the new phone, all on his own time. He came in on his day off to take care of us. This is no longer a "Verizon" store it is a verizon authorized retailer so you no longer have the knowledgable Verizon employees there . Instead the employess are there to sell you products. We went in to add/buy a USB access card to our plan and make what we thought would be a couple quick changes to our plan. No such luck. We got a trainee - who although nice - was clueless and didn't appear to have much in the way of computer skills. And although there were other more experienced reps there who were not helping customers they did not want to help us or the new guy. They would give him a suggestion but not really walk him through what he needed to do. So it took an hour plus and we didn't make all the changes we wanted - but with football to watch and annoyed with the other employees lack of interest in helping the trainee trying to help us get anything done we left. Would not go there again. Try another authorized retailer or do as we will and just make the drive to the 192 verizon store.
