Not too pleased with the service. I came to the store today to upgrade my phone. My contract was up, and it's time for a shiny new phone. I had already done some browsing online, and I knew exactly which phone I wanted. When you walk in, you're greeted by a guy with an iPad. He says he's there to "check you in". Then he tells me that I'm first in line, and the next available associate will be with me shortly. It was a fairly short wait. The salesman comes over and asks what brought me in today. I told him I want to upgrade my phone and that I've chosen the iPhone 8. Then he starts asking what I use my phone for. Obvious salesman!! He's trying to feel out my needs & sell me something accordingly. But I already know exactly which phone I want! Is this gonna take all day?! I insist that I want the iPhone 8, in silver. He makes sure he has it in stock and brings the phone out from the back. Now he goes into salesman mode again. He tells me I can get a discount on accessories, like a case, when purchased with the phone. Otherwise, he says, a case can cost up to $50. No thanks! I already bought a case online for $7.99. Then he tries to sell me wireless ear buds. No thanks! Then he tries to sell me an Apple Watch. No!! Then he pulls up my billing and adds on $11 per month for insurance on the phone. I insisted that I don't want that $11 charge for the insurance. I came in for a new phone, and this guy tries to get me to buy everything in the store! Not a fun experience. I've been a Verizon customer for many, many years. I love their network. Although my time spent at the store was definitely less than desirable. read more

I stopped in on Wednesday to pick up a new phone and was immediately greeted by Ashton who put me totally at ease considering that I am a senior who is not tech savvy. He explained things clearly and did a great job in setting up the new phone and showing me how to use it. I went in to this Verizon for the first time to add my boyfriend to my plan, and there was a promo going on for an Apple Watch (Fathers day weekend - some "dads and grads" promo) to waive all activation fees if you got it. I pondered it for a long time (and of course, by default, the employees kept saying how much I'm going to love it and need it, as I'm a nurse who's extremely active and workout regularly) and I eventually said I would get it, since the promo was that all of the extra fees would be waived. I tried paying for the watch up front, but they told me not to and that I wouldn't be eligible for these "promos" if I did. So I got the watch, and on my next bill, I noticed all of the extra charges for the watch. One manager told me it was too soon and that the Verizon app isn't always accurate and to come back later when the bill is due to get reimbursed. At this time, I also asked to get data taken off the watch, as I only use it for music and steps, and was told I can't because I didn't qualify for these "promos" then. I came back a couple weeks later, as my bill was nearly double what it's supposed to be, due to the added fees. The manager I previously spoke to was not there and after being there for an hour, the manager on site told me they never had these promos, and the customer next to me stated her daughters both got Apple watches that weekend for the same promo. Her response was "I'm not working on your case." Overall, I felt that this customer service here was terrible out of all of the Verizon's I've been to, as I was told I couldn't pay for my watch in full or not add data to it as I wouldn't qualify for these "promos," then was basically called a liar and told they "never had this promo." Definitely will not return. Very disrespectful staff and disappointed in how I was treated. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. My daughter and I went in to this store to get a new line, which means money in their pockets. They greeted us and said someone would help us. We walked around and watched as they helped everyone else that walked in after us. Yes I'm Asian. NO I do not have coronavirus. Never coming to this racist location again. read more

After my most recent experience at this Verizon location, and then checking online reviews. I see why that location has such low ratings. They have more then enough staff there, but none of them seemed to be helpful or willing to help. I will be sure to look for a new location for future business. read more

Verizon gets a solid 2.5 stars from me. I like Verizon. I've never had any issues with them the entire time I've had a cell phone. I usually don't need to go to an actual store, and I've only been to this location a handful of times. I can't help but feeling like a little fish in a shark tank each time I go here. I get swarmed with sales people each time. My last experience was very odd. I had to run over during my lunch hour - which was a 1/2 hour that particular day due to some meetings in the afternoon. I went in, explained my situation to the girl at the counter - and explicitly told her I needed to hurry it up since I was low on time. She told me she understood. Then came the awkwardness. She steered me towards some random wireless speakers set up in the middle of the room and did a Price is Right model hand gesture towards them, asking me if I would also "be interested in buying these, too? Maybe at some point, you will have a tailgate party, and want to enjoy some of your tunes in a wireless fashion? They will come in handy." I had to tell her no a few times and contemplated walking out after she tried to continue to sell them to me. After I told her no for the last time - I had to be back in 15 minutes for a vendor meeting, she finally grasped that I was in a hurry, didn't have an unlimited cash flow, and just wanted to get on with it. The set up of the phone was fine, I didn't really need an explanation or a tutorial, but that whole encounter made me re-think going to this location again. It was a very odd experience. read more

Stopped in a week ago to get some service for my phone. The manager was rude and very much in my face. Although I've been a Verizon customer for over a decade, I considered in that instant changing carriers. I was only there because I had to be. When will people learn that customer service is of primary importance. Don't go to this store; find a friendly user place. Vote with your feet and wallet. May also want to consider a more customer-centric carrier. ...very disappointed, hence the 1 star. read more

Have been a long-time Verizon customer and generally the coverage and calls have been great. But......wife went to this store yesterday to upgrade my daughter's cell phone and reps were terrible. Store rep made lewd and inappropriate comments to my wife and also told her that if she purchased cell phone online there would be no transfer charge which was false. read more

The Manager and sales associate misquoted my payments for an upgrade to the iPhone X. They told my son that they had a return policy (unconditional 14 days) but failed to tell him that he wouldn't get his trade in back. We had two choices, upgrade or go home without a phone. We left very upset (no phone for my son) and lost the value of an iPhone 7. After calling the corporate number, they were willing to send a refurbished iPhone 7 but only at a cost of $150.00. The manager did admit that they misinterpreted the product and did offer an iPhone 8 (which was still more than the misquoted amount). However, even after I mentioned my 4 other accounts and how I could cancel all 5 lines, he didn't care. It felt like a used car sales technique where they would tell you anything to sell a phone. Changed my plan online last year to decrease costs with their 'new' spiffy programs. Now, I have no caller ID. I went online and chatted with their helpful international rep and was advised that was part of the 'new' program and it was free for a year. I had it forever under the old program. Now it is $3.00/month more for caller ID. Something they did not advise me of when I changed. Verizon is tanking. read more

The absolute worse staff (Ryan and Tabitha) and management (JJ ). They were unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. They would rather pass the buck to their customer service phone line than take care of any issue there, which they can do there because they are a corporate site. So basically this store will lie to you just to make life easier for them, they are only intrested in sales. I will never go back here or any location in which these people are employed. read more

This place is managed very poorly. Always has a wait when we come here which indicates they need more staff (so customers do not have to wait around for service) Upon arriving they say it's a 15 mins wait. 1 hr later I am still waiting around for service ! If it's an hr wait the manager has to say so as greeting ppl and saying what the wait time is seems to be the only thing the manager seems to be doing around here . Verizon Wireless is a great company(been with them for over 12yrs) and have never had any issues until i visited this store. I dropped my droid mini that i had previously bought no more than 2 months ago and the screen went black.. I called Verizon and the nice woman Rebecca who helped me told me to go to the store and i would be able to get a new one for $XXX. The next day I went in and entered the line (4 people in front of me). I totally understand that places can be busy. After 15 minutes had passed I was still the last one in line. The whole time the manager of the store stood behind the counter and watched her employees pressing and pestering customers to buy toy helicopters which it was very clear by observing they were not interested after being asked the first time. She never once asked if she could help me. After a total time of about 30 minutes, the manager told the next available sales person to help me. Neither of them seemed very happy to have customers inside the store. I explained to this sales rep my situation and both her and the manager looked at me like i was crazy and was making this up. I told them both that i had confirmed this numerous times with Rebecca. Both the sales rep and the manager told me the only way i can get a new phone was to pay full retail price and thats it. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. (I had a previous issue with this same sales rep once before. She thinks she is better than everyone else or something) Frustrated but keeping my cool I stepped outside the store and Called Verizon once again. After being on hold for no more than 2 minutes a gentleman by the name of Randy answered. I explained my situation to him and he flat out told me there is NO REASON why they could not have given me my new phone for that price, and if he had authority he would call them right then and there and tell them himself. I thought about asking if his manager would be able to call but why go back in there and get worked up?. Long story short, i ended up ordering the phone from him and to spite my troubles over-nighted the phone for free. That is service! Don't waste your time going in to this location because it will get you nothing besides frustrated and lied to. It is a bad representation of what Verizon really is. Absolutely disgusted with Verizon as a whole. Add $40 to your quote to get the real price, and once you sign up don't expect to get out even after complaining that the phones don't get quality service and you are grossly overcharged and spend hours and hours of your own time trying to fix the problems. I've had Verizon for a month and am extremely disappointed that I'm stuck with them for 23 more months without paying $1400 to leave because of their shitty reception and lies. read more

Worst Verizon Store! I think they finally moved Tom (The manager) to a different store, but he was the rudest and most nasty employee of any cell company I've ever seen! He was VERY rude to us for absolutely no reason. I had to go out of my way to stop in because they did not transfer our phone number correctly and when I asked for some sort of compensation for their screw up they offered me $1, seriously. It was beyond unacceptable the way they treat customers. I hope this place burns to the ground! read more

Terrible terrible terrible! This store is terrible. Verizon does offer a nice product BUT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I was in my vehicle asking about my phone that was supposed to ship that I had not received. The gentleman told he couldn't tell me if my phone shipped. I asked him to talk to his manager and they laughed. Asked to talk to the store owner and they said no. Then I asked the gentleman I was on the phone with to email me the contact information for the store owner to send her something in writing so that she could address my problem and the manager told me he was not going to do that. When asked why he said the store owner told him not to and I can wait to talk to her when she was in. My phone just stopped working out of the blue and then they told me it would be here at a certain time and it wasn't! Then this! PLEASE choose a different Verizon store. There is one in West Bend and Germantown as well. Oh yeah they would not give me the address or location or phone number of either of those stores as well. They said "you can look it up".
