Worst customer service. Don't greet you, employees holding personal conversations with no interactions for customer. When in for an upgrade, now I'm contemplating about upgrading phone carrier. I was visiting from Philadelphia and suddenly my iphone 12 stopped working. Went to the Apple store at the mall. They said there was nothing they could do. (The screen wasn't connecting to the computer in the phone). I then went to this store on a Monday night a half hour before closing. I had EXCELLENT help with Mariah and Brandon. They were problem-solvers. Days later when a replacement phone arrived, I had to go back to the store because I couldn't get my data. Brandon was there again and did an excellent job helping me get up and going. I honestly do not understand why this store had the reviews it had. As a business with internet service, needed faulty equipment replaced immediately. Both online chat and telephone call representatives disconnected my calls before resolving the issue. Online had to "refresh" and the phone call just disconnected. read more

What an excellent experience. Ron Romagossa spent a couple of hours with us getting us all set up with new phones and new service. He showed us the best plans, best phones for us, best deals on trade ins and rebates, tutorials and gave us the best customer service. I had been with AT&T for decades and had never experienced this level of excellent customer service before. Kudos Ron! I bought my phone here about six months ago, and it was fine. I said I wanted a new phone, asked a few questions, and did the exchange. The sales person answered my questions and was fine. There has been an issue with the iCloud update or something along those lines on the phone for about four months, and I had decided to live with it. While running errands today, I had a bit of time to kill and saw the store on my right. I decided to see if they could help me with it, even though realistically this should be an Apple problem. Don, the associate, was awesome. He spent about fifteen minutes, if not more, looking up different fixes on his phone through google until he found the way to fix it. He could have told me to google it myself or to go see the Apple store, but he went above and beyond with customer service to help the less-than-tech-savvy me. I'll continue to be a customer there for future upgrades. read more

Had SO many problems since I purchased new lines at this store. The salesman said lots of things and didn't follow through. Paid off a phone balance of my daughters and cancelled that service, months later found out he never did that. Said they would waive the activation, they didn't do that. Said my rebate check (for three phones) would come in about 8-10 weeks, it hasn't (found out I needed to submit something after). My sons device that got traded in just seem to disappear, still no credit on that phone line. Huge crazy erroneous charges on first bill, which I never received. That is just a few examples of the horrible experience. Overall, horrible service at this store! Seems nice at the time, but they lack knowledge and integrity! Will say whatever to sell you phones and get you out the door (which he was sllllooowwww). Beyond disappointed at this store and Verizon. Sadly, I switched from AT&T whom I had for 16 years and no issues. Don't buy from this location if you want to get Verizon, go elsewhere! read more

My job requires me to take many photos during each house inspection. I have a dedicated camera and my procedure works very efficiency. One day on a very large roof(6,000 sf) I dropped my camera and it fell in the owners pool. I was forced to use my cell phone to take nearly 150 pictures for my inspection. Unfortunately the cord to plug into the phone and my laptop was not working so I was forced to email all these photos to my gmail address. Unfortunately for some reason the emails were not going through. I work for myself so any technical issues I have nobody to turn to for help. My job requires I write the inspection immediately after inspection and I was fighting this for two days with Verizon 'customer care' on the phone. In desperation I went to the Verizon store at 3544 Veterans. When I walked in I waited uncomfortably for someone to help me when finally a gal behind the counter asked, "do you need help."(Note: try "how can I help you?" not "do you need help?") I replied, "of course I need help thats why I am here." Well, this upset her and after I explained I was trying to get photos off my phone to my laptop she said they didn't do technical service and I needed to call the 1-800 number. I asked if we could check to see if its my cord and she threw a cord on the counter and walked away. Then Shaana F suddenly was there. I asked her about what number to call and she asked me what was I attempting to do. I explained the situation and she suggested right away to copy them on a sim card and download to my laptop. OK! Does that work?! Yes, please. She got a sim card, explained how it worked and did the whole copying of pics and downloading to my laptop for me. She instructed me on how to do so and even gave me the little hook to access the sim card. In a matter of minutes she solved my problem that hours of technical support never came up with. She then pulled my plan and came up with a different plan that included a Jetpack and it was about the same monthly charges, printed it out and gave me a copy. Later after I left, she sent me a text with information on a new plan. She alleviated all my angst and stress of two days of not getting my problem solved and she did...SHE SOLVED THE PROBLEM. She didn't say "its technical" and walk away, she saw what was happening and helped the customer. She is a star among the reps in that store and she is destined to me upper management if not more. Promote this woman, she gets it! read more

I was up for the latest and greatest in cell phone technology, the iPhone 6. For the first time I hadn't crushed, cracked or crapped up my old phone but was ready to get a shiny new phone. Thursday after Mardi Gras at around 11ish was by far the best time to go into this Verizon Wireless with no wait what-so-ever. The head dude sent me over to one of the women reps (Her name started with a J but can't recall exactly what it was...) and she was great. She turned me onto Edge, their newest promotional contract but assured me that my contract would not be any more than it was before and I'd be able to switch out a phone sooner if I happened to want the latest, greatest in less time than the usual two years. We chatted about case options which she let me take them out of the case to get a feel for. She also kept me abreast of any costs and would ask if I'd rather pay now or have it on my next bill. I really appreciated this because I've been mildly shocked after switching out a phone of all the costs that get tacked onto the next bill, so I opted to pay then and there. She also pointed out that I could potentially get a work discount and could either bring in a pay stub or file it online. She did let me know about other potential deals and up-selling opportunities, but she wasn't pushy at all. Just kind of an FYI. She set me up in less than an hour with my new phone outfitted in it's new Otter box. My phone numbers were transferred but since I hadn't used the cloud or updated my software before the transfer, I've been struggling getting pictures and other stuff on my previous phone to my new phone, so I could've had some more guidance in that area, but I think she did a great job overall. See you when the next latest, greatest urges me to walk through your doors again! read more

Lousy customer service, they treat you very badly when this is their job, help you, support you and clarify your doubts, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor and not your job, it's better to call the service at Attention to customers of the company that go to the store directly, a total waste of time and money for the associate of that store read more

The sales man at this store lied to me & or Misinformed me. A mistake that cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Im wondering if they are doing this just to make sales??? Upon realizing the error I contacted the store and the man who answered the phone was very rude. I asked for a manager and he was rude, unhelpful and a Manipulative talker. He told me that the sales person who rang me up was so good that he knew he had not made an error and then blamed me. Then I get on their Facebook business page to leave a review and find a post from a woman who said they did the exact same thing to her 60 something year old mother. I will never be back. These guys should be selling used cars Really! Or snake oil. Do not go to this location! read more

I learned my lesson and I will only shop at this Verizon location, not a franchise! The same employees have been here for years and just recently one of them left after about 15 years, Vanessa! She went to start her family! I used to go there just to ask Vanessa what her personal favorite phone was at that time of year. The whole store is great and provides professional service. Only rating 1 star because zero wasn't an option. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any Verizon merchandiser before you are forced to deal with the complete morons that staff this store. I went in at 6:30 after work because they were open later than the other stores around me. When I went in, the girl that was "helping me" could not care less about her job and it was apparent. She just sat watching youtube while also having a conversation with me regarding the phones I was considering upgrading to. I was already frustrated as i stood there waiting patiently for her attention from her little videos. She then gave me a pamphlet on how to go home and activate the service on the phone... maybe i'm wrong but i thought it was her job to oblige me when i asked for assistance with that.... (the man whom i presume was a manager saw my frustrations did give some advice on how to do it myself as i left to get into my car, which i appreciated) fast forward a few hours, i noticed the volume button was weak and even glitched out. So the next day, i called customer support and they prompted me to return to have the phone replaced for no charge. When I returned, the same woman insisted the phone was fine and that if i wanted to replace it, it would be $50. I assumed I needed to return to the store where it was originally purchased... i should've attempted this process at ANY OTHER STORE FIRST. To wrap this up... the $50 fee i shouldn't have even been charged then declined on 3 of my cards for system issues and absolutely no fault of my own, they refused cash, helped in absolutely no way, and sent me about my day after a complete wasted hour because THEY WANTED TO CLOSE AN HOUR EARLY. I went down the road to the Kenner store and was taken care of immediately with absolutely no problems. Phone replaced and a pleasant experience. I will never return and this establishment should 100% not exist. read more
