    I went to the this location today around 1 pm to resolve a matter with my bill and the place no…read morelonger exists. It has been completely gutted. Back in December I was offered a promotion to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 15 and only pay $215.64 over a 36 month period. The employee Keith G said that I would save money by adding an additional line. I asked him if I could add my sibling later to the business account and he said, yes but my sibling would need to be present. I went to the store I normally patronize and wanted to remove the new line that was added. I was told they could not remove the line because the promotion was added to the new line and if I were to remove the line or even suspend the line the promotion would no longer stand and would have to pay the full price of the iPhone 15. I was instructed to go back to the point of sale to get this remedied and now the store is closed. I really feel taken advantage of and feel that this place was doing fraudulent activities. That is probably why it no longer exists. I had no knowledge the employee was going to put the promotion on the new line bc it was my number and my phone that was being replaced. Also, he had knowledge that I wanted to add my sibling later. Now I will have to escalate this matter to corporate to get this resolved.

Was given the wrong phone and right out of the box it started to have problems. It was literally costing me hundreds of dollars a day and there was no way to fix it. Took so long that I had to leave the store. But upon my return, I found out that Alexis had been working on my issues the entire time I was gone. In the end a solution was reached and a lot of time and money saved. All I can say is Choose your store wisely. They are not all the same, and this store clearly understands that and has raised the bar on service and customer needs.

And although that is true but there's certain things that sometimes people need help with in fact going home I did run into some issues in the upgrade process because I need to send one unit to a different address so therefore it did not allow me to pick up the unit and the others delivered to my home it rerouted me to just deliver and it only has a 20 mile radius limit for delivery. I love coming to this T-Mobile because they've always been well staffed and extremely helpful well trained Professionals, and yesterday Team Member Stephan met my expectations of warm and friendly service and took it to an entirely impressive whole new level! Right when Mom and I walked in we were instantly energized by how well lit, designed, and professionally set up the Holiday Service Cave was! Team Members were all dressed professionally in attractive and colorful T-Mobile Signature Colors proudly identifying as knowlegeable Experts on the back of their Hustle Jerseys, and it was awesome to see no bottleneck wait times for attentive quality Service since there were so many Experts available to assist all the Customers in the stores ready to stock up on Sexy Technology Upgrades for the Holidays. Stephan made strong and friendly eye contact with Mom and I right away and was eager to help us with whatever we needed, and kindly walked us over to a table and pulled out chairs for us like a True T-Mobile Todo Caballero Gentleman! Stephan's warm and friendly personality helped put us instantly at ease as I explained to him the terrible incidient that happened the day before and why we needed a new SIM card for Mom ASAP to make her feel safe and connected to her Family and Community Guardians. Stephan actively listened to our situation with fully efficient focus and reassured us he could help us with a new SIM card right away and even informed us about the E-Sim Cards that can help us save money after losing so much of our high value assets during the Robbery. Mom and I were so relieved and happy and Stephan was responsibly well trained enough to zip through the whole process quickly and efficiently to save us time, energy, and money which we were already so depleted on. Other Team Members made sure to smile, greet, acknowledge, and thank us for visiting on our way out too! I am so proud of the T-Mobile Eastvale Team for being such fantastic Role Models of quality professionalism and especially Stephan for giving my Mom her first Real Life Santa Claus interaction experience! The only reason I caught it was because the monthly total they gave me was over $12, when I had already calculated my payment to be around $2. When I questioned it, they acted surprised, removed it, confirmed my trade-in value, and told me my monthly would be in the $2 range. I left thinking everything was corrected -- until I got a text saying I was enrolled in the plan anyway. I went back to the store, and they told me nothing could be done until my new phone arrived... which was TWO months away. The store manager, Eric, apologized and he was the one who promised he would make it right by giving me a screen protector once my new phone arrived. Fast-forward two months: I return with the phone, ask for the screen protector, and Eric suddenly says, "Oh, it was either the screen protector or a credit back for the Next Up Anytime." A credit back for a plan I NEVER signed up for, that they would have had to refund anyway -- and somehow that's presented as a choice? Eric was completely useless throughout this whole process. The entire experience was misleading, unprofessional, and honestly exhausting. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

I called them and was told to bring it in and they'd replace it. Apparently, sometimes these screens have issues. They replaced it again in under an hour and it works great!
