Thank goodness I listened to him because I had to the best experience ever! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ERIC AND LEXI! I walked in and was greeted right away. Eric was very friendly and listened to what I wanted to get (upgrade to the 17 Pro Max) and made sure I was an authorized user (shocker, I was in there twice). He even let me check his phone out first to see if I would like the bigger screen and he said he loves his phone, so I went with the Pro Max. Eric was very helpful and we talked back and forth as my phone was being transferred. He made me feel at ease and I wasn't pressured into buying Apple Care or any accessories as I had them waiting at home for me. Lexi came by and just made sure everything was going smoothly. She is the store manager and she was so friendly too. I am really glad I went back to try T-Mobile again and went to this store.
