I went to another T-Mobile and was just about completely done with them (read my recent reviews) but my husband said give it another try. Thank goodness I listened to him because I had to the best experience ever! HUGE SHOUTOUT TO ERIC AND LEXI! I walked in and was greeted right away. Eric was very friendly and listened to what I wanted to get (upgrade to the 17 Pro Max) and made sure I was an authorized user (shocker, I was in there twice). He even let me check his phone out first to see if I would like the bigger screen and he said he loves his phone, so I went with the Pro Max. Eric was very helpful and we talked back and forth as my phone was being transferred. He made me feel at ease and I wasn't pressured into buying Apple Care or any accessories as I had them waiting at home for me. Lexi came by and just made sure everything was going smoothly. She is the store manager and she was so friendly too. I am really glad I went back to try T-Mobile again and went to this store. Very rude service. 3 guys at the store one with red hair was helping us. I had entered the store with my mom and asked them if they can remove me off of my parents plan but still keep phone number. I was gonna have an independent line. They said they didn't do that in store so we had gotten in the car and completed the process through Tmobile customer service . Team Members were all dressed professionally in attractive and colorful T-Mobile Signature Colors proudly identifying as knowlegeable Experts on the back of their Hustle Jerseys, and it was awesome to see no bottleneck wait times for attentive quality Service since there were so many Experts available to assist all the Customers in the stores ready to stock up on Sexy Technology Upgrades for the Holidays. Stephan made strong and friendly eye contact with Mom and I right away and was eager to help us with whatever we needed, and kindly walked us over to a table and pulled out chairs for us like a True T-Mobile Todo Caballero Gentleman! Stephan's warm and friendly personality helped put us instantly at ease as I explained to him the terrible incidient that happened the day before and why we needed a new SIM card for Mom ASAP to make her feel safe and connected to her Family and Community Guardians. This is the worst store ever one of the workers his name is Christopher he was flirting with my daughter all the time. He didn't do our order right and he lied to us. He kept saying you can call me to my daughter he kept saying you can come to the store and my daughter said I don't have anything to buy after I get my phone or you can come and say hi and then he said That she can Trade in her phone and we did and then he finished the pairing the phone and it was good to go and he said you can keep the phone that needs to be traded and you can come back later and bring it in I said, why should I return it later? We're in the store. You take it now and he said just in case there is nothing transferred fully. I was like no you're making excuse in my mind so anyway he did so many things that I can't my watch he opened the line for the Apple Watch but my watch doesn't exist in the system so I came back to return the watches and he said they won stocking fee but when I called T-Mobile they said they shouldn't when you take it from the original store and things happen they shouldn't but I was willing to pay. I didn't care and they lied to me that I was speaking to the manager he wasn't the manager because he started asking the other lady what to do and I said I thought you were the manager. You don't know what you're doing you are asking your colleague, what to do? they told me To leave the store they got so offended and They said we need you to leave the store. The overall customer service over the phone with the representatives are excellent specially on 611 however when walking into a physical store like the one On Limonite Avenue the remark to help a customer was "you can do that on your phone" this was in regards to phones being upgraded up to four phones I need it upgrade and I was not purchasing any so that made me feel like she didn't care to bother helping so she said you can do that now Online and on your. And although that is true but there's certain things that sometimes people need help with in fact going home I did run into some issues in the upgrade process because I need to send one unit to a different address so therefore it did not allow me to pick up the unit and the others delivered to my home it rerouted me to just deliver and it only has a 20 mile radius limit for delivery. Recently had not been a big fan of T-Mobil as I was an original customer that rolled over from Sprint- that how long I have had this account 13 yrs! Due to some inconsistencies between the store and csr over the phone. Long story short my account had been put in delinquencies due to non payment (I had lost my job six months ago) sometimes it was food or the cell phone and I would ask over the phone for some help in courtesies in removing some late fees, always got a NO! Well flash forward this day I had to walk in the store and make my payments in person to restore my services, I really needed it as I was starting a new employment and was waiting instructions to onboard. I paid what a thought was the minim payment to restore services and was told by the rep that I had to call 611 and my services would be restored because his access was limited. I called and was told all the opposite they made me pay the full amount which was over $600 and I had to go the bank again because I generally don't carry large sums of cash with me. 2nd time back to the store, I was in a really, really bad mood! Michael the store agent was at the front as the crowd died down he took me and started verifying me account, I was annoyed and what I thought I heard was I going to be charged $5 more which meant I would have to run back to the bank for the 3rd time and unfortunately I gave Michael a whole frustration response, no swearing nothing like that just was really pissed off because I was thinking I needed to back to the bank for like $5! But that wasn't the case it was the opposite and if I would kept my mouth shut and listened to him finish his sentence I would of realized he was trying to reverse some of the late fee's. Went in to the store after talking to customer service line to return home internet. The rep said the store could return and cancel my service so I opted to do that instead of waiting for a shipping label. Eric the manager returned the equipment but said I had to call to cancel even though another lady was there returning her equipment and that rep was also cancelling her service. I called back to the customer service line who confirmed at the store they can cancel the service so either Eric is lazy or doesn't know how to do his job. Today March 7, 2025 at approximately 6:45 PM, I went to the T-Mobil store 12435 Limonite Ave Suite 550 Mira Loma, CA 91752 to get business internet service information, after giving my phone number for assistance, Manager Mercy L. came out and started the information process, then she assigned this service to "Mobile Expert" Natalie A., she did not greet us, she started the process again using my phone number, she asked me to open my T-Mobil App, then she asked me for my ID, she took pictures of it of both sides, without my authorization, and when I asked her the reason of that, she did not give me an explanation, threw her tablet on the table and told me very angrily that she would not attend me, turned around and left with her tablet, my sister asked her her name (to make the complaint with her manager), but she ignored us, and sarcastically told us to call her whatever we wanted and walked away. We left the store for a moment and then I went back to talk to the Manager, she explained the reason for the process and gave me a "Mobile Expert" T-Mobil business card of the angry Store Associate whom denied a senior citizen customer service. John helped us change our phone service, I got a new I phone 15 pro max with trade in, I'm only paying $4 a month until $100 is paid off, they are paying off my son's contract/phone with Verizon and he got a smart watch that he loves. John was so calm, helpful, answered every question and gave us the best deals. Even though it took an hour and a half, it was the quickest phone set up ever. I highly recommend John, you will leave with the best service and products, it's been years since we've had 3-4 bars on our phones. The worst customer service I've ever experienced with T-Mobile. Bianey and Mercy were both unprofessional, lacked common courtesy, and communication. Purchased a new iPhone 16 plus so my mom can give her 14 plus to my daughter. We were told it would be 45 minutes to transfer the data. We left to walk around the plaza, came back and was told it was gonna be 2 hours. We waited a bit and the time still said 2 hours. We opted to just sign onto iCloud and go from there instead of transferring the data. Mercy gave my mom both the phones, which Bianey also saw, while I waited until in the car. I tried to set up the phone and sign onto our iCloud. And THEY BOTH weren't activated. I went back in and asked why it was given to us if it wasn't activated. Now, T-Mobile had some sort of technical issue with eSims being activated. Waited 2+ hours anyway since she was on the phone with customer service. Bottom line was nothing was done, no phones activated, and no data transferred after 3+ hours. No apologies, no assistance, and was told just to wait it out. WORSE SERVICE EVER. Do not go here. Thieves and liars! I came in to inquire about their home internet service. I was told I could try it out for 2 weeks free without any commitment. If I decided not to keep it, to just bring back the device and my account would be closed out and no charges would be made...... I brought the device back 11 days later, as the connection speeds were just too slow...... a couple of weeks later, I get a text notification from my bank for a charge of $60 from Tmobile. I called them about it and, after 40 mins on the phone, they said that I had to call them again in 2 weeks, that they could not reverse the charge until the end of the billing cycle. I called again 2 weeks later, after 30 mins arguing about it, they now say that because my account was setup with autopay that I now had to call back June 5th but not without insisting on giving me credit instead of a refund, which of course I refused. So, not only did they take $60 out of my bank account without authorization, now the collective time I have put into trying to resolve this issue is well over an hour, who pays for my wasted time? I upheld my side of the agreement, so? It is pretty obvious they make it difficult so people just forget about it, and they could keep your money. Again, thieves!!!! read more

I was told I would get $850 credit for the phone and it would hit account once phone was received at their shipment center. Once it got there I got a notification that I would receive only $43. After calling I was told all I could do is go to store and hope they would rectify it....lied to about credit and now either way I am stuck with a new phone I am paying for even if I "reject their offer" after the fact. read more

I went into the Eastvale T Mobile and told the employee that I was moving to Lake Isabella and needed a phone that would work up there. In conversation I told him I didn't know how I would get internet up there and he talked me into the wireless home internet and a tablet for streaming TV. Turns out, UNTRUE! By the time I found out, it was too late to return the tablet and they told me I had to drive three and a half hours to return the wireless box. They finally let me return it by mail but kept charging me for the tablet service every month, even after I told them I wasn't using it. When I told a supervisor on the phone my story, he said it didn't matter what the store employee told me, because they had my signature. Wow. A couple of thousands of dollars later, I switched to Boost. Never, never, never will I trust this company again. read more
