Went to this store this morning to exchange my outdated Galaxy S6. Told them I was interested in the S21 5G phone. Was told they have one in the back. While exchanging info with the service rep another rep comes up and tells me a woman had been here earlier and had returned to get a phone for her father. Of course, she wants the S21 5G. The rep helping me abandons me and helps the woman. After waiting for 10 minutes with no other contact I left. In my opinion, when you leave a store you've forfeited your place in line. I'll be contacting Consumer Cellular to see if they can meet my needs. Mind you I've been with Verizon about 15 years. read more

My visit was fine. The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the Pixel phones and helped me make my decision. I was an apple user, but the school district I work in is a "Google Education District" so I came in and chatted with the salesman about the Pixel. At the time I was on the monthly pay plan, and was able to swap my phone out after 1 year (or half of the phone was paid off). I was not sure about making the switch from Apple to a new phone, but he eased my mind when he said "well its only a year. You are on the Next plan, so if you don't like it, just bring it back in a year and get whatever the new iphone is". I checked in online with Verizon chat around December and was given an approximate date a few months back.. But when I chatted again a few weeks ago, the customer service person said that my phone is not eligible for the 12 month upgrade and that I must pay off the full price of the phone in order to upgrade. I am very sad, frustrated, unhappy, you name it.. to hear that I was misled when buying my last phone. I do not complain much, but after being a customer for 15+ years (family) I expect mistakes to become less frequent over time. But it seems as if I keep being on the wrong side of these issues. read more

This is probably the 6th time I have been to this location in that last 6 months and each time they have said they cannot help me without an appointment. This is not acceptable. I've had to go to other Verizon stores further away in the area and to Best Buy to get the help I need when scheduling an appointment is not possible. read more

Wow, just wow! Completely lazy pieces of dog sh-7. Sat in there with my children just trying to see how much it would cost to upgrade and ended up sitting waiting while 3 employees sat behind counter just talking and laughing and looking at me and my wife like we were just an annoyance to them just by being in there. Today for the first time in 20 years of being a dedicated Verizon customer I had a blow up!! I'm so angry at them My bill is due on the 5th of the month. I paid my bill in full on March 3rd. As always!! I received a text saying my bill was past due and please pay it immediately! WHAT? I called and the girl Kristie was RUDE saying I did NOT pay it in full. I told her I'm looking at my bank statement that says I DID!! She said we only received $38! That is what the check was written for. I asked her are you looking at my check? Twice. She wouldn't answer me because she was not looking at my check to make that statement. I though WAS LOOKING AT MY CHECK!! That cleared my bank for the amount in full that I owed! She opened a ticket ... ok Then I had to go to my bank and get a print out of the check and fax it to them. Done! Now I received an email saying ... thank you for "agreeing" to make a payment by March 30 (which I did NOT). and you will be charged $7.00 for payment assistance by a representative. Uh NO I won't!! On a promotion, I bought a tablet and an S8. I've had mine for one month and it has been nothing but trouble. Drops calls; doesn't notify me of calls and voice mails. Takes forever to charge; screen gets hot. Tablet doesn't work for texting. Finally after going into the store 3 times and then talking to tech support, They sent me a new one today; and someone said that it is most likely a reconditioned phone. Verizon technology for online purchases is apparently garbage because I used their website to swap over our whole family from AT&T in order to get online only rebates (otherwise I would've just done the whole thing in-store to begin with). Everything appeared to go through fine when I placed the online order, but I when I went to this local store to pick up my new SIM cards only two of five devices had actually been ordered correctly. Thankfully Tatiana helped us get everything straightened out and working how it was supposed to and submitted the rebate requests on my behalf so I didn't have to. I had the absolute worst customer service experience in the short life that I've lived thus far. ADRIEN was extremely unhelpful and rather rude. She was unable to break conversation with her fellow employee when I walked in the door to greet and get me checked in. I walked to the back of the store hoping they would come help when they were done talking. To my surprise they started helping another couple who walked in after me. After watching Adrien pretend to look busy for 20 mins, I asked if she could help me. She replied yes. The I informed her that I would like to buy a phone. She then told me that I'd have to wait for another employee to help me. So in fact, ADRIEN could not help me. Was in the Murrieta, ca store on Sunday and was working with an employee on a problem which was taking some time. During a lull, Danielle the manager pulled the sales person off my request and sent them to help so some else. When I was ready the manager help 2 other persons who came in after I did. I had to fuss to get waited on and I still waited what seemed like 10 minutes, but it was probably 5. Danielle decided to argue with me about how long I had to wait....the issue was waiting after my helper was sent off to other customers. Least polite or helpful service ever at a Verizon store. My wife bough 2 phones at Costco and the young man told her that since she was purchasing two phones that she was going to be eligible to receive 2 Samsung tablets for 10.99 per month but forgot to tell her that she was going to sign up for 2 additional accounts and the tablets were not on an unlimited plan.... So guess what ....after 1.4 years Into the contract we just received 300.00 bucks bill and they are not even considering that we never went over the data.... I am not a fan of large bureaucracies. I do not care for most banks, car dealers, various electronic service providers, etc. I have had a love/hate relationship with Verizon for several years, but I'm happy to have found this location and, especially, Tatiana the rep. A couple of years ago I completely dropped Verizon from my life. If you read the review I link to below, you will see why. We wound up switching our service to Sprint. It was ok, but we found several locations where we had no, or very sporatic, service. After deliberating and checking out various areas, we decided to go back to Verizon. We had already changed our home back to Verizon FIOS, after a horrible scenario with Time Warner Cable, and Verizon offered us a deal if we would come back. This time, though, we approached things differently. Instead of simply going to a store, we spent a considerable amount of time online: first deciding which phones to get (we decided on Samsung Galaxy 4S's), and then going onto the Verizon site and pre-ordering everything that we needed. We asked for themt to be delivered to this particular location, called to make sure that they were available, and went in. Tatiana had answered the phone when we called and asked us to ask for her. We are glad that we did. She spent about an hour transfering our information from our old phones and setting us up, and we were off. The above scenario was good as far as it goes, but.... The way I judge companies and people is by how they deal with the scenario when something goes wrong. The next day I discovered that the data transferred from my old phone was mostly incomplete: the names and email address were all there, but very few of the phone numbers. When you have about 300 contacts and about two-thirds of them are business related, this creates a big potential problem because I am completely reliant on finding phone numbers on my phone. I called the store and asked for Tatiana. She was not in but they offered to take a message. I decided to leave my number and hope that she would call. She called within an hour. I explained the situation. She offered to try to walk me through the motions over the phone, or help me if I wanted to come in. I went to the store. Within 30 minutes she had found my data and restored it. (I have never been, and am now even less of a fan of iPhones, iClouds, and Apple in general.) But I was back in business. I have read all the negative reviews of this location, but, thanks to Tatiana, I had a good experience. So I give her five stars. I suspect that she will get promoted and be gone from this location at some point. I visited this store today after having a horrible experience with Verizon when I purchased the Samsung galaxy s9 from another store. I bought it on a Wednesday and was promised it would be delivered to my house by Friday. They told me a signature would be required so I stayed home all day Friday waiting to sign for the phone only for it to not show up. I got an email Friday night saying it would be delivered Monday instead. I stayed home Monday waiting to sign for the phone and when I finally got it and went to put on the glass screen protector it cracked. At this point I was beyond unhappy with Verizon and I drove to the nearest store. At first they told me I would have to go through the warranty but after I explained to them my experience they did the right thing and fixed my problem. Big mistake going into that store to activate our newest phones. Workers could care less. Wanted to complain to the manager about how poorly we were greeted then saw that was the manager. Poor product knowledge. Person entered a wrong number for my activation because they weren't attentive and then ... b;am ed me for not knowing my own phone number - when it was his mistake,not mine. Told me to completely reset my iwatch when I didn't need to to pair it only because it was easiest way for him to deal with the issue and move to another person. Following his poor advice I lost all my exercise date due to the research. Only thing that gets these poorly trained employees excited is to up sell product. They even tried to sell me a promo package for a phone type I didn't have. Be smart, avoid that store. Go to the Apple store, where you'll be treated like a person, not a wallet, and you'll be given right knowledge by employees that are well trained. So I get my new phone go down here only to be told they will only give me 140$!
