Horrible costumer service. I am 16 and the employees went off on me because I didn't have enough gas to go to my normal provider.

I would not have ever thought I'd write a review for a cell phone carrier service store, but the…read moreguys working here are awesome. They answered all my questions and made sure I got a great deal on all the phones and accessories I purchased. They knew the veteran/military plan details and all the promotions. I was able to transfer 4 phone lines from ATT to a single TMobile Magenta Max plan and save $150 month. They knew what trade in value I could get and that I could also get a buy one get one free iphone and then 2 free sets of airpods from the Black Friday promotion. Best cell phone company/store experience ever.

Cookies obtained, the five of us in our friend's Nissan Rogue. He attempts to turn the car on. Click click... silence. Nothing. We're stranded. Car isn't moving. We have triple A, however, one of us knew how to jump start the car, we just needed another car with a good battery. Sat with the car hood up, eating cookies, eating them, the usual thing to do when stranded and waiting for a good samaritan to offer up their car. We finished the cookies. They were pretty good. After several taste testings, we finally decide to make a move. First business we asked couldn't help us. Then we decided to go to T-Mobile. I don't know their name, but a very kind person there not only offered their car battery to help, they had better jump cables than us and also knew how to jump start a car. We very much appreciate it. Without you, our friend's beautiful car Randy might be still sitting there. Seriously recommend this T-mobile. Literal life-savers.

I have had several negative experiences at this location, and unfortunately this was another one. When it was my turn, my cart was counted item by item, and I was questioned about an item that was clearly paid for. After experiencing treatment like this multiple times, it is hard not to notice the difference in how I am being treated. Whether intentional or not, the message it sends is clear and unacceptable. We all deserve to be treated with the same dignity and respect. God created every one of us, regardless of skin color, and it is disappointing to experience behavior that suggests otherwise. Please do not tell me "God bless you" while treating me differently because of the color of my skin. Respect and kindness should be shown through actions, not just words.

Just not impressed- but we already have a Costco membership, so if you don't belong to a warehouse club already it might be a good option for you. Stopped in one last time to see if previous experiences were outliers. I just find the prices to be the same or higher than Costco, and often the same as any old grocery store. Today milk and eggs were the same (or more expensive) than Kroger. Very small prepared food section compared to Costco. Lots of clothes for little kids, but nothing up past size 7 that I saw. There were a few clearance things that had okay prices, but nothing else stood out. I got a bulk container of snacks, just because I wanted that particular thing, but almost left at checkout because the price was just not great. Service is fine. I like the aisle signage. They have smaller packages than Costco for some things, which works out better sometimes. Parking and access is good. Not busy at all at noon on a weekday; Costco is always busy and gets crazy at peak. Odd to see a store with so few customers and so many open checkout lanes. So, that's good for you getting in and out, but doesn't bode well for the company. It just doesn't work for us. Farther away than Costco, costs the same or more, doesn't have anything that makes it worth a special trip.
