William was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options in a way that was easy to understand. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and never made me feel uninformed, even though I don't know much about cell phones. He also suggested a better overall deal that ended up being a great fit for my needs. The main reason I'm writing this review is because I've gone through many phone upgrades over the years, and this was by far the smoothest data transfer experience I've ever had. William didn't cut corners or rush to get me out of the store. In fact, he stayed past the end of his shift to make sure everything transferred correctly and that my new phone was fully set up before I left. I simply wanted to give credit where credit is due. We have had 3 service visits and finally learned it isn't just us. Apparently there is an area service problem and it has gone unrepaired for over a month. One tech said the people who can fix it are in training somehwere else. So we continue to pay full price for half price service. He took care of the entire switch over process and I didn't need to lift a finger. His installer was very polite and helpful in showing me how to work the system. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience.
