We have endured the continued price hikes until now. But because our internet is on and off…read moremultiple times each day we are less than happy. We have had 3 service visits and finally learned it isn't just us. Apparently there is an area service problem and it has gone unrepaired for over a month. One tech said the people who can fix it are in training somehwere else. So we continue to pay full price for half price service. Getting through the chat and AI phone system is nothing but the same did you do this, did you do that....it isn't us.

He took care of the entire switch over process and I didn't need to lift a finger. His installer was very polite and helpful in showing me how to work the system. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience.
