Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. My dad's phone was so old it couldn't even connect to the Wi-Fi in the store, so Thao gave us detailed instructions so we could finish the set up at home. They are very deceptive, do not care about you, and have no clue as to what customer service is all about. They convinced me to purchase their internet air Wi-Fi device for only $17. The monthly internet charge would be a significant savings over what I am now paying from my current supplier. They said to give it a try and return it if it doesn't work out for you. It was easy to install as you just simply plug it in. The Wi-Fi worked fairly well with devices that were within about 30 feet but would not work well throughout my entire home. So I returned it to the store and they said there would be a $55 restocking fee. I said I was told that I could return it and there was no mention of any restocking fee. He said, sorry but that is store policy. When I told him it didn't work well in my house, he said, oh no we would never sell it to you without knowing your location and knowing it would work well there. At this point my blood was boiling, it was not just the $55 but the overall scam. I grabbed the device and walked out hoping for a clearer head once I cooled off. The next day I found AT&T's customer service on line and called them. They were very helpful and said that I was entitled to a free return. They sent me a free shipping label and that was it. They were very respectful and they renewed my faith in the company itself. They really should do something about those workers representing them at the Blackstone Mall in Millbury Ma.
