They kept my computer for a week, charged me $85 to backup my data to a USB drive, and actually managed to make the problem worse! (I could turn on the computer with a tedious workaround before I gave it to them, and it refused to turn on at all afterwards). I took it to SmartFix in Shrewsbury instead, and they reinstalled Windows in about a hour. Maybe this location is amazing at fixing phones, but I will never go back after that experience with my laptop.
