They kept my computer for a week, charged me $85 to backup my data to a USB drive, and actually managed to make the problem worse! (I could turn on the computer with a tedious workaround before I gave it to them, and it refused to turn on at all afterwards). I took it to SmartFix in Shrewsbury instead, and they reinstalled Windows in about a hour. Maybe this location is amazing at fixing phones, but I will never go back after that experience with my laptop.

He was able to get into the old phone to recover my contacts etc and was able to transfer everything over to the new phone.
