Well, after I got home, I spent too much time trying to get accustomed to the new interface & drove myself crazy. I went back to the store to have Sergio assist me & he absolutely did! We sat down & he answered ALL of my questions, while being SO PATIENT with me. The phone gods knew that I needed a lot of help & I'm convinced that's why they chose Sergio as my savior, lol! On 6thMobday September 21, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a45m., I went into this T-Mobile location because my phone wasn't working. The employee who initially helped me was friendly and helpful. He plugged in my phone, got it working again, and then went into the back for approximately ten minutes. While I waited, I had a quick question about a Samsung smartwatch I was considering purchasing for roughly $725. I politely asked another employee whether she was busy. The manager immediately interrupted and told me she was with a customer. When I explained that the employee assisting me was still in the back and asked whether he could answer one quick question about the watch, his response was dismissive: "You have someone helping you. He'll be back." The interaction then escalated unnecessarily. The manager repeatedly told me not to raise my voice and to calm down, even though I was simply frustrated and trying to ask a product question. When I objected to being spoken to that way, he abruptly told me I was no longer allowed in the store and ordered me to leave. I left without causing a scene, but I was genuinely shocked. I came in for assistance, received good service from the first employee, and was prepared to spend a substantial amount of money. Instead, the manager turned an ordinary question into a confrontation and removed a paying customer from the store. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a management position. I hope T-Mobile's district or regional management reviews what occurred, because customers should not be treated this way simply for asking for help. Christy and Brian were incredibly helpful! Great customer service. Called in advance and Christy answered all of my questions. Found the phone I wanted in their back room (just arrived). Went to the store and was greeted by Brian who is incredibly knowledgeable about the plans and phones. After signing up and getting our phones, Brian set them up for us. He took a lot of time, without making us feel rushed. I have never seen someone who knows the setup process as well and can do it as fast. His fingers were lightning on the screen, and he immediately found ways around minor setup issues. read more

Being a member of the " senior sector" of the population.... I think I might have missed the technology boom - because when I see new devices with additional features I don't get excited like a millennial ... I panic . Put it this way for the past 7 years I have been getting the same exact phone every time I needed one - no upgrade , nothing fancy ..,, the bare bones , basic "ES whatever it was. " You can only imagine the crisis I was in when I entered this store only to discover - they STOPPED MAKING THAT MODEL ( years ago) and there's nothing like it . That's why the service provided by this amazing staff ( shout out to James and Rex) made a monumental difference to me . Not only were the both welcoming and understanding of my plight- but they did everything they could to normalize my issues and let me know that I would survive and possibly thrive using a new device like the 17C or E or whatever they called it . I am blown away with their professionalism and ability to diffuse my anxiety by letting me know up front they would assist me in transferring all my data or files or whatever and I wouldn't lose anything in the process . I also learned that they don't sell the cases with the protector glass any more - you buy yhem separately - it is a little pricier than before ... BUT , this part is major .,. If you buy the protector glass shield from them just one time ( it's about 40 bucks right now ) they but a notation in your master file / so if anything ever happens to your protector glass shield thing- you are covered thru them for life ! That's monumental...,,,but now that I'm thinking about it - how much longer do I actually have ? I'm as old as dirt now! Well.... It'll be a great deal if you're younger . If you're of a certain age ( over 50 , pushing 60) go see them - they explain things well and talk slow if you need them to. Above all you will retain some of your dignity when you leave and aren't made to feel like a moron with special needs . They are good people - the manager - I think her name was Christina ( I might be wrong but I know for sure she had the coolest fade I'd ever seen on a girl) a very helpful and lovely person as well . read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Sonya or Sylvia, the girl with glasses, was rude and unhelpful. When I called customer service to set up AAA, the representative referred me to the store, but the employee there was completely clueless and couldn't provide any guidance. To make matters worse, the manager kicked me out simply because her employee lacked knowledge about the situation. They need proper training on how to do their jobs and assist customers instead of resorting to kicking people out. I was the only customer in the store, they had plenty of time to help or at least make an effort. It's evident they dislike their work. Customer service is about helping people, especially when they are sent to your location by your own customer service department. Employees should be properly trained on company services and how to professionally assist customers rather than turning them away. I've always had exceptional service with T-Mobile and have never had any issues until this experience. Sergio helped me activate my new line in a new phone and was very patient and helpful. He made an extra effort and updated the phone's software and began the transfer from old phone to new phone to make sure everything was working before I walked out the door. Other customers were receiving excellent help from other staff as well, but Sergio stood out as above and beyond the call of duty. I bought one 36" floating shelf that was easy to install. Great hardware and they don't sell it anymore. All other floating shelves I tried have useless mounting hardware. They also don't sell decent drywall screws. It requires sophisticated equipment and an expert to mount those. Who has that money to waste on some floating shelves from Home Depot. Very disappointed. Not everything at Home Depot is horrible. I buy a be lot of things there. My heart was set on floating shelves. read more

This review is not about this store but of my overall experience with setting up a new account. I wanted to try their internet service so I set up an account with a sales person. They shipped me a unit with a 15 day trail. I opted not to use their service and called sales to return it. Never even plugged it in. They emailed the return label and I shipped it out the within the 15 day trail period. A few days later I received an email for a monthly payment. I called sales and they said I was outside the return period. It's not when they received it but when they processed the return. Reluctantly I paid for the lesson of bad corporate policy. I will never invest, buy stock or use this company. They will never be in any portfolio I handle. I would short them if I do anything. read more

Got my phone stolen at EDC. Not my first time filing an insurance claim (2nd) but wanted to see all my options because filing a claim. Belen was extremely helpful in answering alllll of my questions. There was not one question she did not know the answer to and was able to break down my options clearly/ comparing all phones/ along with how much more I would be paying if I were to have gotten another phone instead. She was very straightforward and I did appreciate that. All in all I went with filing a claim since my phone is paid off I didn't see a big wow factor to get into a contract with another $1300 phone. Became a t-mobile customer August 2023 traded in iphone XR for Iphone 13 was promised 730 for trade in sent phone in after wiping it clean and removing find my iphone. Never heard from them except that they received my old phone via text. After receiving a 100.00 bill again this month instead of the 55 I agreed to I called and after a 45 minute conversation was told the promotion was cancelled because I did not turn off "find my iphone" I assured them I had but no avail and they stated they could not return phone nor would they give me any credit for it. When you're over 50 and walk into any sort of tech related store, the millennial associates tend to condescend and generally treat you like ignorant garbage. This was the case at this T-Mobile location when I tried to buy a phone, even though I currently have service through them. I may not know my 5G from my 128Gigawhatevers, but I've been in sales and customer service for 40 years and I know this: when you quote and "out the door price," that means you've already calculated taxes and fees. Once you realize you made such a blundering error, you go out of your way to honor the price that just came out of your mouth! I wound buying the phone elsewhere. T-Mobile advertises that they do not raise their prices. HOWEVER...They start taking away discounts previously agreed to by contract. No longer can you get your autopay discount using a credit card. My Credit card gives me an insurance plan for my phones that I will not be getting using other ways of payment. I changed nothing, they changed the contract. Ten solid gold stars for this store, for T-Mobile's call centers, for their plans and rates and coverage and policies - for everything. I've been using cell phones since 1995, had been through seven different companies, and was never more satisfied than I am with this one. A few years ago when I was looking to change from AT&T due to poor connectivity, I surveyed other residents to find out which company provided the best reception in my apartment complex and could provide the best working personal hotspot (wherein your phone works like Wi-Fi, so you can use it to connect your other devices to the Internet - tablets, computers, TVs etc). T-Mobile edged out Verizon, and my neighbors were right. They just seem to get better year after year. Unlimited data, taxes included, faster and more reliable streaming - and whenever I had a problem or a question it was quickly and cheerfully resolved. Despite anything Elon Musk may have said, I'm not too worried about some vast AI entity like Skynet taking over the world, because it would be assimilating T-Mobile along with everything else so would probably be too softened by their "aim to please" attitude to want to rid the planet of we meatbags! read more

I had the misfortune of choosing this store in order to activate my new iPhone. The person who greeted me was Sergio. I asked Sergio for an experienced technician who could assure me that there would be no data lost or photographs in doing the transfer from my old device to the new one. My request fell on deaf ears, he assigned me to someone who did not inspire my confidence. I requested a more experienced technician. There was no further communication from Sergio or anyone in the T-Mobile store and I was left sitting there with no further communication. So save yourself the trouble of expecting good customer service at this store as you will be ignored and "punished" rather than have them respond to your request. This particular location is ridiculous! I literally waited for 45 minutes to simply pay my bill. Four employees were working and assisting other customers ahead of us, however, when new customers came in behind us, the employee who was "checking in" everyone overlooked us completely, and took customers ahead of us. We had checked in 45 minutes earlier. When we brought this oversight up to the attention of another employee, he simply said "you need to make an appointment". This is outrageous, as why should we have to make an appointment to pay our bill? Also, we had already waited 45 minutes.
