The woman who answered the phone told me they had SIM cards available and that I could get a replacement. When I arrived at the store, the employee helping me immediately said my phone was "old" and needed to be replaced. He kept pushing upgrades and trade-in options even after I clearly explained that there is nothing wrong with my phone--it works perfectly fine, the SIM card is the issue. He kept pushing sales instead of addressing the issue. When I asked for the SIM replacement I was told they don't have any and that I could not be helped unless I upgraded my phone, which directly contradicted what I was told on the phone. He continued insisting I buy a new phone instead of addressing my actual problem. I left frustrated and disappointed. The employee was dismissive, unhelpful, and misleading.
