This company is just straight forward hard to deal with. They will charge you every fees, hidden and bs, just to get their money. How do you charge your customer for a decade a termination fee? Every change in your service even though minute they will consider as a start of a new 2 year contract and will charge you termination fee if you want to leave. They will offer you HBO for free and will consider that as a start of your new 2 year contract. They offered it to my mom and he not knowing anything said yes. That's illegal cause the account was under my name. Then charge you if you forget to cancel it. Passing on your account to a family member was like pulling a tooth out too. They will forward a small bill to a collection company when they didn't even try to collect the bill themselves and it was an uncalled for bill too. Why am I still getting billed if I turned over my account already? Optimum internet is just as fast. As a matter of fact I don't get lag playing multiplayer games with consoles using optimum. With food I was getting lags and I die without even seeing my opponent. And that's wired connection fios too. With optimum I'm wireless and no lag. Tv and phone of course is preference. I don't want to deal with Verizon anymore. If I can help it I won't be going with any of their services. read more

I went here today because I was having a problem with my charger on my phone. When I walked in the store I was approached by several employees asking if I needed help. When I told them I was having a problem with my charger and needed help I was immediately blown off. I guess most of the staff work on commission and feel helping a customer with a charger isn't worth their time. I was told by one of the three employees camped out at the front door that the chargers are over there(he pointed to an entire wall of accessories) and that was all the help I got. Had somebody helped me they would have discovered that in fact it wasn't my charger that was the problem but the actual phone itself!!!!!! I didn't give them the opportunity to find that out because after being left completely alone and not even acknowledged by the three people who walked by me or the three people standing around doing nothing I left!!! I went to a smaller wireless store where I was actually helped by an employee and ordered a new phone from them!!!!!! read more

Do not go to this store. Please go somewhere else even if it means having to wait. I have never written a review but feel compelled to let the public know that the employees here are incompetent On September 29th I went to the store on Route 4 East because the one on Route17 South was extremely busy. I was thrilled that this store was empty and was quickly approaced by one of their salespeople. I told Julian that I wanted to order an IPhone 6S-64GB-in the rose gold for my teenage daughter. He put in the order and told me that it would ship out on October 12th and that as soon as they received it I would get an email to come in and pick it up. On October 14th, after waiting well over 2 weeks and not hearing from them, I called to check the staus of my order. I was told that it had not come in and to check back Again. So the next day I called again and even though I had not received an email that my order had come in I was told that my IPhone 6S-16GB-in rose gold had come in. Wait! What! I ordered a 64GB not 16GB. And now this is where the fun begins. The employee that I was talking to asked me for my number and told me that he would check the warehouse to see if they had one available. I must admit I was still hopeful but as the hours passed and no one called me I knew this was not going to end well. So I called back again and got another employee on the phone. I explained my situation and he told me that he would have Julian-the original salesperson-call me. Well Julian never called me and in the meantime I received my first email that an IPhone 6S in rose gold had been ordered in addition to another IPhone 6S Plus in rose gold. I don't know where that came from because I never ordered a 6S Plus! So I called for the 3rd time and luckily Julian answered because I don't believe for a single moment that he ever had any intention of calling me. He was very methodical and told me that someone there must have made a mistake by ordering 2 phones instead of just one. He then said not to worry, that the correct phone would be in in 2 weeks and that I would receive an email when it arrived. Really? Now I have to wait another 2 weeks! I told him to cancel my order because I would never contemplate going back to that store. Truth is-the salesperson didn't care in the least bit that he ordered the wrong phone. All I wanted was for someone to return my call so that we could solve the problem but that never happened. Instead all I got was the run around! So I am off to the very busy Verizon store on Route 17 South to order a phone that I will have to wait another 2 weeks for. But there's a reason why they're busy and a reason why Route 4 East isn't! read more

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. Stay away they sold me a product I did not need and told me they could lower by bill. But guess what when bill came it actually went up and now they want to charge me a termination fee for the unwanted product. YOU MUST AVOID this store at all costs. The closing time was for 9:30PM. My mom and I arrived there around 8:40PM. We told the employee who waits by the door that we were there to upgrade our phones. He took down our names in his tablet and told us there was only one person waiting to be taken care of in front of us, so we were next in the queue system. We looked around the store, which was still being renovated, when the manager approached us and made friendly conversation. He appeared to be helpful and came back and forth to us with reminders that someone would be ready to help us very soon. For the next 30 minutes, he kept doing this and occupied us with small talk but no substantial service with upgrading our phones. At around 9:20PM, 10 minutes before closing time, he approaches us and says that the store has JUST been notified (WOW!! WHAT A COINCIDENCE!) that they need to upgrade their system. He warned us that they would be able to start our phone upgrading process before the system had to be ugpraded at around 9:45PM. This would mean we would have to pause our personal phone upgrades, wait for the system upgrade to finish, and then continue with our phone upgrades. He told us we probably wouldn't make it out until 10:30PM. So my questions are: 1) Why couldn't the manager himself start our upgrading process when he first approached us? 2) What were the 4-5 other employees doing when they finished helping the other customers? It seems that one by one they made their way to the back and never came out again. 3) Were these employees LIARS or am I really giving into a company that notifies its stores/employees just 10 minutes before an important "system upgrading" needs to take place? I don't care if my questions are never answered. I will never go to this store again, and if it is within my power, I will not let you be subject to such faultiness either. DON'T go here. read more

This is the worst cell phone store I have ever been to. Employees don't care about you after the sale is over. My wife purchased the BOGO for the galaxy S7 edge. They did not inform her she had to fill out paperwork to get the gift card. We went back to the original location where we purchased the phones. They told us to go home and gave us a bogus inactive website to check. I tried the link from my phone and found out it didn't work. We refused to leave the store until we had an answer. After that they told us to call 611. After a couple hours of explaining customer service and the store agreed they would refund half each. This did not happen. We called 611 again after a couple days and after another hour on the phone we managed to get a half credit. We were unable to get in touch with the store as they don't answer calls. I called other locations to get regional manager contact info. They gave me bogus email addresses that do not exist. After a week of complaining Verizon customer service refunded us the full amount. Thanks for wasting a week of my life, Verizon. I think I would have been better off trying to buy a used tank from a shady Ukrainian arms dealer. read more

I give this store one star only because of the help you receive from the service men. As far as everything else goes I will never return to this store. For example: I upgraded to a new phone and I purchased two accessories from one of the service men. My phone had to be shipped to me so I left the accessories at the store until my phone arrived a couple of days later. I did not pay for the accessories at that time. Upon my return to set up my phone I purchased a different set of accessories from a different service man. These I paid for. The others we're supposed to be returned to stock. When I received my bill a couple of weeks later I found that they charged me for the accessories I did not purchase. When I called Verizon about the charge they called the store and they told him I must have taken them because they did not have them. What a crock. There is a word for them, thieves. Never the less I received a credit two billing cycles later after calling them again. If you do go here whatever you buy take with you. You'll be happy you did. Never again. read more
