I went to the Verizon store today to exchange a damaged car charger cord that was still within warranty.  My experience with Madison, the supposed store manger, was a bit bizarre and disturbing.  She explained that since I broke it, it would not be exchanged.  I have been a customer with Verizon for apprx 15ish years and have NEVER returned anything or asked for a refund for purchased products.   The one time I do, I experienced an immature, inept manager with obviously no customer service experience or training on how to deal with the public, let alone a simple store return.
