I had a slight miscommunication error on getting a battery for what I wanted (partially due to my ignorance). Being on a retirement budget I needed to save every $$$. The Mgr totally helped me unwind and find the best solution for me. Also, there was a great recommendation for my door lock batteries (to ones that would do better for me). They are truly after repeat customers with the service(s) and courtesy they offer here. I recently purchased two brand new duracell AGM batteries approx. $500 from the mesa location in an emergency. I live in peoria and was told i can return the cores to any batteries plus as long as i have my phone number. i tried returning my cores to this location and was informed they couldn't give me my core $44 without the receipt. he advised i can jump through hoops by calling the mesa store and getting the receipt number at which point i told him that makes zero sense, and he kept the batteries. hire better employees that will do the work and not make customers go out of their way for what's rightfully theirs anyway. this occurred around 10AM on November 26th. dont trust what any employee tells you because apparently they dont have any idea what their policies are for franchises or otherwise. 1/5 stars, do not recommend simply for lack of customer service. read more

Jon runs a great store. It's clean, organized, and has wonderful inventory. There's more to this store than most people realize, it's the only authorized Samsung repair shop in town, and it's conveniently located. This family owned business is worth shopping. Went to get a new key fob. Ordered one and came back to have it set up. The man made me wait until he helped other customers then spent an hour trying to set up the fob only to tell me it was the wrong fob. Then said he had a new fob and tried it. Still didn't work. Ultimately he never got it programmed. Wasted 2 hours of my time and left without a new fob. Don't go here. Skip this and go to a professional if you need a new key fob programmed. read more

Batteries Plus was twice the price of Home Depot for two small batteries for my garage door opener. He installed them then charged me double b/c of the installation fee. I never asked for them to be installed.. I'm sure it's a good place for hard to find batteries- just watch out for their hidden charges. Wow... The owner of Batteries Plus just called me at home to admonish me for my review of her store today. Make sure to leave a positive review or Pam, the owner, could call you at 630pm on a Friday evening to hassle you for your less than stellar review. One more reason.... I love this store!!! My husband and I came in looking for some help on his iPhone​ 5 and the staff, owner Gary, Pam and Kellan went above and beyond to answer our questions and find the solution to our problems. We had gone to Verizon with the same question and they weren't helpful whatsoever. Next time I have an issue, this is the place I'll go to get it solved. Very helpful staff and they have so many products in the store that will solve so many other issues I have from lighting to batteries to phone holders. This is my place for answers and great service. AMAZING service and super nice knowledgable staff. I got an education from Larry on my RV batteries which was very informative. Gary replaced my four house batteries on my diesel pusher and the installation was free. Did I say Gary installed four batteries for free. So I Got a battery from the batteries plus on bell road It's only six months old and went bad took it to this batteries plus on Lake Pleasant. They said they can warrantee it then they told me I couldn't I have to take it to a different batteries plus. So the names has batteries plus but they only sell Chinese batteries and then will get American-made ones so they can that's why they couldn't warrantee it. the Chinese ones have terminals on the opposite side. Bad service I won't be buying anything from batteries plus again specially that one! I would like to add to this. I received a call from batteries Plus and was to he was not happy with this review and that I need to take responsibility for the battery. Then called me a pu##y and a tuff guy on Yelp. Look it's a battery I already got one yesterday from Ram Jets so don't need this one to ride. This place is a joke and I'll keep letting everyone I know just how bad it is here. Chinese batteries. The guys last light could not have been more professional. But the guy today calling like that was not right at all. I did not say anything to him . Wow. These people are amazing. I took my smartphone in to get the glass replaced, after I managed to shatter it the day before. They told me it would take a few hours. When I returned to the store the phone was not ready. I was unable to wait another 45 minutes or return for it the next day, because of illness in the family. Since it is a business phone that I need 24/7, the owner offered to deliver it to me at my home later that day!! And so he did! I was very impressed - this really went above and beyond the call of duty!! Went into the store wanting to replace my 4 foot fluorescent tubes with equivalent LED tubes that bypass the ballast. Gary helped me find the proper replacements. The instructions with the LED tubes explained the bypass wiring. Brought the old tubes and ballast into the store the next day to recycle them. Store has a wide selection of both bulbs and batteries. read more
