I left multiple messages and nobody returned my call. On the 27th I drove down to the place and was told they can't find the battery and that he would text the guy I spoke with the first time to find out where it was. He said that since the next day was Thanksgiving to come in the day after to get the battery replaced.  I called on the 29th and was told the tracking for the battery shows delivered but they can't find it.  I told them if they couldn't find it by the 30th I would need my 50% deposit back and I would go someplace else.   Here we are on the 30th and I called and he said he found the battery and I let him know I would be right down. When I arrived he asked me to give him 20 minutes so I went shopping.  I picked up my phone and got home to find the back isn't even fitting back on right. There is a large gap on one side which you can see in the picture. Can't imagine my phone is water resistant anymore. I'm so disappointed and if you take your phone in after reading this all I can say is, you have been warned.

He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!
