Several emailed "assurances" and nearly a month later, it's still not here. I emailed once more and while awaiting that response, decided to call the phone number (I was already nostalgic afterall). Bad idea. The person on the other end didn't have care one about my situation. I couldn't cancel or ask for replacement because it's "in the warehouse". Well it's supposed to be at MY house! After that call, I was pleasantly surprised by a fast response to my most recent email. He offered more apologies and a discount on my next item. There won't be a next item. Sadly, I hate going to Amazon, but at least there I get what I ask for, and if not, quick resolution.
