I had to interrupt her with another customer to say T-mobile was ready. She gave me a pen to take down the info and didn't bother coming back to assist us... her original customer. I ended up having to flag down a different person to help us finish getting two phones from their store! Ridiculous. Furthermore she didn't tell me about the add-ons that I didn't ask for. She put insurance on all of our phones at 19.99 each, assigned the HBO/Netflix bundle to the wrong phone. Didn't go over everything because she never came be back, didn't tell me about the line activation fees which could have been removed; that's an additional 80 dollars we could have saved. 23 years with this carrier and the treatment was substandard. The store people are on commission so you must watch everything. This is the second time I've had a negative experience in this store and the crazy part is this same lady was involved the last time. My bill went from 147 to almost 300 dollars. After speaking with customer service ( not in the store) My bill is 244 so I actually saved acouple of bucks because I was paying 100 per month for the other two lines at T-Mobile and will save 30 more after enrolling into autopay so I'll be paying less no thanks to her.

I've gone in the activate, upgrade and purchase new phones in the past fifteen years and it's always been nothing but smooth. Parking is easy and never full in a huge shared plaza lot with Us Bank, Vons, Ross, Petco, Pizza Hut, Del Taco, Gator's (2), and much more. Customer service is prompt and friendly and even though I'm not a local anymore - whenever I'm in town and in need of some assistances this is the first Vz store I go to. Currently a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 users, not quite ready for an upgrade but inquiring for the future. Plenty of people to answer questions or offer assistances. Accessories can be a little steep compared to deals you can find online, however they are convenient and discounts arised, especially around the holidays. I will note that I'm not an iPhone user by any means so I can't speak to any issues with the 15 or even 16 or issues with Trade-in/upgrade to those devices.

It was clear he was focused on making a sale rather than being honest and helpful. After purchasing three Apple products from this store (a phone, iPad, and watch), he earned his commission, but several things he told me turned out to be false. He promised to waive activation fees and gave inaccurate information about my bill, but those promises were not kept. From the beginning, the staff openly talked about meeting monthly quotas and treated sales like a game, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. He told me he would be going on his lunch break when I came back and said he would greet me afterward, but instead he completely disregarded me when I returned. When he did help me, he was visibly upset about missing his lunch break and told me I was basically taking up his time because he had not eaten. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Additionally, he added an extra line/service to my account that we never discussed or agreed to. I was not aware of this until I saw my bill and had to call to have it removed. Since then, I have returned to the store three times to speak with him and was brushed off each time. On another visit, I was also spoken to rudely by a different representative. I tried contacting Lamar through his work phone, but he continued to delay and give misleading responses. I do not recommend this location. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly suggest contacting Verizon corporate customer service directly--they were the only ones who helped resolve my issue. I believe the staff here, especially Lamar, need better training in customer service and transparency.

Nay lied to her because frontier would not switch her as a new customer. He conned her out of $79.98 and now she has to dispute the transaction with her credit card company. She called corporate but unfortunately this location is not corporate and they would not help her. Nay won't get very far on lies. Nor will this location! Beware and double check if the location you're going to is corporate. I'm pretty sure Verizon would not approve of this guy Nay nor would they hire him. This is probably why he works for this strip mall location which is non corporate! At the end of the day.... Watch out for scammers, they come dressed up like they're corporate material when really they're street level scammers!
