The first visit the staff confirmed that the phone had to be replaced and insurance was still valid.. Jocelyn and Nyla (store manager) were very helpful. if I could give this store & its staff a ZERO, I would! 1st when I initially got the AT&T service & Samsung Galaxy S24, the first salesperson just flat out LIED about eligible discounts. after three trips far out of my way, the manager had to admit that the discount was NOT even ever available. by then, the original salesperson was long gone. I have had nothing but problems with AT&T since; despite paying a HUGE bill on-time every single month! AT&T messages that "my phone is not connected to a network," they constantly have "no service" in my area, they flip from 5G to 4Glte in the middle of calls, streams, searches & online purchases, so that everything is lost. A-N-D there's ZERO customer service at all; NOT from AT&T, NOT from this store. in fairness, this store is just the same awful people as Lancaster, CA at Av J & 15th, and Tehachapi, CA, too. What is wrong with everyone that works here?!! Came in yesterday and we stood there a while looking like idiots waiting to be checked in and finally comes and check us in and we waited for almost an hour to get serviced. All the employees were walking around gossiping amongst themselves or doing absolutely nothing. A women that worked there that looked around her 40s with brown hair and glasses kept walking passed us and kept giving us a snobbish look as if we were an inconvenience. When we finally got called in they didn't do ANYTHING. They told us everything can be fixed by phone. So I called AT&T and canceled my service and moved onto another company. Customer service is trash. On the phone they told me I can come in and change my account from another name to mine without the other person. After waiting 45 min at the store, they told me the person had to be there with me although prior, they would just take the person's phone call with all their info and change the account. This is the only store I see in Victorville. I got my phones at Cosco. Either way do not trust anything they tell you. How they are going to help you. My phone bill was 80 dollars with T mobile. It was supposed to go up 10.00 to 90.00 and I was to get two free phones. Lie being charged 1500.00. For two phones. And they took my old phones from T mobile. So far nothing ATT told me was the truth. My bill almost doubled to 140.00 a month. Then they will tell you to bad so sad. We got you for 36 months. All and all horrible company ATT. Due to operational changes and restrictions, AT&T in general and this store specifically, lacks proficient and attentive customer service, when faced with billing issues. This stores personnel including the Manager failed to gain access to my account to print out copies of my invoices or even a screen print of my account details; because AT&T had disabled my account when I switched out of Direct-TV. They informed me that I would have to call customer service to get copies. After more than an hour on the phone to Customer Service they informed me that they would charge for copies. Called the billing department and they argued with me and the Store Manager Jorge, about which account number was active and why they weren't able to view it or print. More to follow... read more

Ordered 2 phones online at 6 pm. It says that they would be ready within 2 hrs. It said curbside. Waited 2 hrs then went inside the store because there was no curbside set up. They couldn't help me; they were with other customers. Meanwhile I see several employees sitting around watching the laker game. Kids running around, etc. They took my name and number down. Waited. Waited. Then I see the security guard pulling down the gates and locking the door. Then I walk back up to ask what is going on. He said they are still with other customers. I purchased an AT&T land line phone BL102-2 with call blocker. The instructions were not hard to follow but after following all of the call block configurations none of them worked right. I finally gave up and returned to o no screening, where it is now blocking people in the directory, and not recognizing some with "unknown names ". on top of that the voice has is hard to understand. While at this store we changed our direct TV service which was fine, however the promises made by Rodger the sales associate did not happen as promised. On two different occasions I called the store to speak directly to him and the first time I called I was told that he would call me back, that never happened. Two days later I called back again to talk to Rodger who also this time was to busy to take my call or even call me back. Once I mentioned talking to the store manager another sales associate did finally help me out. Here's the thing, DO NOT make promises you don't intend to keep just for the sake of a sale. That concluded the positive part of my customer service experience. I was the only person in the store not with an associate at this time so I figured I would not wait long. After 5 minutes the same customers were all sitting around with impatient looks and I decided to look at the phones I was interested in. I managed to look at every phone and tablet in the store and handled several before the associate "Anthony" confirmed my name and that I was next in line before helping the three people that came in after me. Not sure why I bothered to check in... I explained to "Anthony" that I have been an att customer for over a decade and am part of a family plan that is changing carriers because we are unhappy. I wanted to know what he could do for me. "Anthony" pulled up the pricing schedule from the at&t website and showed it to me. I could have gone online and saved myself the wait if I wanted to see what prices you have on your website. The worst part of the experience was when I stated that my family data plan was worse than the new data plans available, "Anthony" laughed at me and stated that at&t doesn't just change people's plans. Upgrading longtime customers to keep them happy would be stupid, you're right "Anthony." I will be taking my business to another carrier. read more

Don't stop here if you have a technical question! Stopped here when my phone turned off for some unknown reason. Being from out of town, I thought I could count on this store to know how to fix my problem. The clerk took a hold of it asked if it was charged. I told him that it was charged. He proceeds to take the phone plug it in anyway and starts pushing buttons. Unplugs and takes it in the back to run it on some machine. 5 minutes later he brings it back and tells me I need to take it to an Apple Store cause they couldn't fix the problem. Drove to the nearest Apple Store in Rancho Cucamonga. Waited for over an hour and half to have a technician tell me all I needed was a soft reset! Beware of credit card Fraud at this store. My parents don't use the internet so when they set up phones they had to go to the store. They wanted to do automatic payments because they are not Internet Savvy. An employee took a credit card and disappear to supposedly enter info to set up it. After two month using the new phone they received late notice payment was not received. Next event that happen is credit card company called to ask about an online purchases of a 1000.00. Given this was only time my parents have give a person there credit card. I'm assuming that someone was able to get the number, security code, and they had their billing info. I'm a very dissatisfied customer. My previous experience with Waid Badwan was Horrible! In December of 2017 Waid misrepresented your DTV NOW streaming service. He created a DTV NOW account for me without my authorization, signed me up for auto pay without my permission and also added insurance package to my account without my permission. That same day later on, in the evening I noticed my visa debit card was charged for DTV NOW. Let me be clear, I never agreed to DTV NOW. just thinking of it bothers me. I complained to the store manager Abdullah about this issue and he seemed bothered by it, he flat out told me to call customer service. Wow! Didn't take ownership of the issue. Customers beware, the staff at this location engage in unethical sales tactics for the purpose of creating more store revenue! read more

My only regret is that I actually have to give this store any stars whatsoever. I spent 3 hours trying to get something so simple done, that apparently had to be done in store. Only problem is they had no idea had to do it. And it's always horrible when you have to call THEIR customer service while they're sitting there twiddling their thumbs. The day after going to this store I talked with an amazing customer service rep named Melissa who was able to help me out. I had to give up on porting a number (because that would have required going back to the absolute abyss that is this store), but the man from the porting center said that they should have been able to do it by calling activation (the employees of the store kept trying to do it over their ipads). Melissa said she has AT&T service, and even she knows that there are just some stores that you avoid, because there are other capable ones nearby. This is one of the stores to avoid. Today I went to the store to exchange my iPhone 6 Plus that I bought same as cash without a contract for $900 I got a 16 GB yesterday today I needed more memory so I wanted to exchange it for a 64 gb and the manager Jorge didn't want to waive a $30 fee he wasn't even a manager he was an assistant manager now I know why the store has only two stars their service is horrible I will never go to that corporate store again even if I have to drive down the hill he was very rude and seemed irritated.
