This 99 Cents Only store is my go-to store when I'm in the high desert. I've been to the one in Victorville, but I prefer this one in Hesperia. It's usually organized, but there's been occasion when it's a little messy. You can find some neat stuff here... you just need to walk through the aisles and seek what you're looking for. Surprisingly, they do have a good selection of a variety of goods and foods, too. They have a refrigeration section and selective fruits + vegetables area. I normally buy baby wipes, ear buds, b-day cards, maybe some candy, etc. Staff is usually pleasant. You can't beat 99 cents for things that may cost more elsewhere. Sometimes I come here first before going anywhere else. Location is in a small plaza. Parking is plenty. Just because it's 99 cents doesn't mean it's the cheapest. I have found in the past for the same item, Walmart or Target may be cheaper or at the same price. If you find yourself nearby and need to pick up something quick, come on by and see if they have it!
