Staff lie and misled us when my son went to get an Iphone 15 to replace broken phone. August 2024 visit to this store took advantage of my son upselling him to the Ultimate Plan and Buy More Save More. Charged $505 at time to pay off old phone with new phone get a "FREE" Ipad and Watch. Verizon bill 6 months later shows I'm tied into a 3 year contract with the "FREE" Ipad and Watch, owing over $2000 on 3 devices. At the time of the store visit I didn't think this sounded correct so clerk assured son and me, via phone call speaker, no charge for the Ipad and Watch they said were free. Unfortunately Verizon could not do anything as this is a 3rd party store. Stay Away from these Crooks!!!!! Go to a Verizon Certified Store. read more

BEYOND EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! As a business owner myself, it's crucial for me to be available to my employees and clients at all times. During the rolling blackouts in my area, Verizon users were the only ones who still had service... since then I've been meaning to make the switch from my competing carrier to Verizon. Over the weekend I shattered my iPhone and decided to finally switch to Verizon. First I shopped online and was happy with the promotions. However during this Covid lockdown, I decided to support a local retailer rather than buying online. Although I walked in wearing a mask, the Verizon retail store members not only were wearing masks themselves, but they were on point by giving every person who walked in a mask and sanitizer immediately. I was greeted by Roman in an instant! Right off the bat he was friendly and helpful. After seeing the pricing online, I expected to spend a fortune on two new iPhone 11's, cases and unlimited plans. Before we even discussed costs, he called corporate to see if we qualified for any unadvertised deals... and we did! In addition, Roman spent over two hours with us and answered all of our questions. After he learned about our business needs, his suggestions actually made more sense and that's why we left with SIX new lines and new equipment! And immediately after our devices were connected, I realized how much faster and sharp the data is... websites that would normally take me 10-30 seconds to load, now are displayed instantly! Lastly the entire crew worked together like magic. Everyone was helping everyone. Never did I experience any pressure or hard selling. These guys genuinely care and the other customers I saw seemed to be happy and entertained. By far, switching to Verizon is one of the best decisions I've made. March 15 update; The business owner's response is repetitive, redundant and uninformed. Of course the employees aren't tech trained, they're salesman. That's their gig, sales and commissions. Enough of that. Its been a long, frustrating and disappointing journey for NOTHING As the salesman who sold me the six devices/lines, he was overcome by the dollar signs blurring his vision. So much so, he failed to attach a plan to my account and according Verizon Corporate tier two senior tech supervisors, that's the root of my problem. They all exclaimed "There's no plan attached". This had rendered my phone unable to send or receive text pics and images, or send and receive group texts. Hell, the tier two techs are unable to even text me to their complete surprise! Additionally, my three lines are still unable to download the Disney bundle Anthony promised me. I call three times a week trying to get just some progress on my issues! But I'm no closer now than when this started in January. "Business Owner"! Did you hear that? It's not my device ( manufacturer). Verizon Tech has submitted 10! That's right TEN tickets on this issue. Evidently all unresolved. So mysterious and humiliating it is, none of them, any of them, call me back like they said they would except Tiffany. I'm at the end of my rope now. I'm contacting the BBB to file a complaint. They in turn will contact AAA (American Arbitration Association) and I will win and be released from this stupid contract. I went into the store trying to get new service and my old phone number back. What resulted in was me paying a non refundable 110 for a new service and they took my Sim card telling me I cannot keep my old phone number that I have had for 25 years. Found out that was not true. Four days later in a lot of headaches and selling us ANOTHER SIM card, we were able to retrieve my phone number. They didn't know what they were talking about.They just wanted to sell us phones and phone plans. Grrrr what a rip off!! read more

I would not even give one star. Sales clerk M did not have accurate Black Friday promotion knowledge. In addition he didn't have enough basic product knowledge and was way to busy trying to sell other items. All I wanted was a cell phone. My husband and daughter went in January 2020 opened an account with 5 lines. My husband and I were on a Senior plan at Tmobile and Antoine walked me to the wall and pointed to the senior plan and said are plan would be a $100 a month on this plan. LIARS ... they because my daughter asked to pay her portion of the bill separately was our fault for them screwing $480. Out of us. I'm still here and they offered to pay 1 bill of $180 and I'm out $300. Not happy. Wish my family would've listened to me. read more
