I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend these folks for your repair and maintenance needs. Thanks Rizz!

Brittany in service was great several times they thought they had it fixed but did not. They did the routine maintenance on it and other things and then I was told they were not qualified to go further to work on carburetor. After I had paid almost 1,000. I was referred to Jeff's generator service in Chico. I took my RV to Chico and they diagnosed it immediately as plugged jets in the carburetor from sitting. During the fixing of the plugged jets Jeff's found washers missing for the carburetor bolts. Found ground connection bolt for the solenoid stripped and had to re-tap bolt hole for slightly larger bolts. I have never had anyone but Camping world work on my generator. I paid $320 for this wonderful quick inexpensive service Don't get work done at Camping world. Too costly and not done correctly. So this started back in June of 2025 when my Battery died and because I have a vehicle that Is used…read morefor Work it's important that I get my Battery replaced as soon as possible. So I drove to this Interstate Battery location to have my Battery replaced. When I pulled up to the Business the parking lot was about full so that gave me a good sign that this was a great place to get our battery replaced. So I walked in and started talking to the Associate about my problem and they kindly offered to look at testing my Battery and advised that if the battery was bad that they would look at getting it replaced. After waiting about 10 minutes and pulling my vehicle into the bay, they tested the battery and sure enough the battery was on its last leg. The associate there offered me a battery that had a blemish and because of that it would be lesser cost. So I decided to take that one. After a period of months the battery worked GREAT! But then 2 months ago the battery started causing my vehicle not to start. If I waited a minute I could then start my car. Well this went on for awhile and so I decided to take my Vehicle to a mechanic to have the battery tested. The diagnostic came back as the battery was showing as it having Low Voltage. So I returned back to this place and explained the situation and since the battery is under warranty I was wanting to have it replaced. The one thing that I dont like here is the Associates tell you "Well if your battery is doing good then we cant replace it for you after we test it" I mean maybe they have to say that, but a customer isn't going to come in and lie about the battery they are having problems with. WELL maybe they would, but no honest person would anyways. Especially with us having to drive almost 3 hours 1 way to look at having a battery replaced. Oh, and if you live in Sacramento, dont go to the Wherehouse because they dont do installs. They can test your battery but they want you to take the battery out and also to bring it to them. Anyways, so after having a conversation with Destin, he said because the battery wasnt showing 300 cold cranking amps that he would go ahead and replace it. Well after waiting about a half hour, my car was finally back on the road and with a new Battery. Let me tell you that since that day of having my battery replaced a week ago, I havent had any trouble with it since. The only reason why I am giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star is because I dont think Associates should be telling customers that if the battery is Healthy then they cant replace it. Because from a Customers perspective they are gonna know best with what is wrong with their vehicle if the only thing they replaced that started the problem was the battery.

Well I have to tell you this was a great experience! My battery died the day before. I charged it…read moreback up that night. The next day I drove to Interstate Battery. They checked my charging system (which was good), checked my starter (which was good) and then took my old battery out and did a thorough check. It was ok. It had a dead cell but would probably get me by for a couple more years. They did not try and sell me anything. Needless to say I bought a new battery. Personally I don't like being stranded. If you want to wade through the crowds at Costco you might get a better price! Personally I like a fair price with great service any day!!!

Our refrigerator caught fire in our MB…read moreSprinter while dry camping; we think it was due to poor workmanship done on the refrigerator by another mobile RV company. We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

They found a minor problem with an outer bearing and replaced it. They took pictures, and saved the bearing to show me the problem. Best part with this place is not just the excellent work they do but the communication too. I've heard nightmare stories from friends about other RV repair places/dealerships. Fortunately, I've only brought mine to RV Time and it's exceeded my expectations. If you live anywhere near this place, I'd highly recommend bringing your rig here. Great family owned business.
