I was down here at the south end of town doing a few errands and then I need to go to Auto Zone to…read moreget rid of some used motor oil. A friend of mind said he would change my oil in my car with this new oil sucking thingy, where he could change my oil and not have to jack up the car. The oil filter is mounted on the top, how you unscrew that and not have a bunch of oil pour out, I dunno, but I guess it works. Well, he got the oil sucked out through the dip stick tube and into a big container. Now, I gotta dump the used oil somewhere, and not like just toss it in the trash. I hear Auto Zone will take it free. So he dumped the oil into two old gallon containers, and managed not to spill any all over my garage! I took the oil over to AutoZone, since that's where I purchased the new oil and filter he filled my car with. It was super easy, they just took the old oil no problem. That sure beats trying to figure out what else to do with it, besides hiding it in the trash! If you have used oil, take it here!

Arthur, was busy, but he stopped working and wanted to help me find what I was looking for. They had some covers in stock. He made sure the cover was large enough to cover the bicycles. This store is in an easy access location, clean, and well kept, with ample parking.

I called Roger and he said they had one in Oregon with 110,000 miles on it. I paid over 900 bucks for it and went to pick it up after they had it shipped to their Red Bluff location. Looking at my receipt after I got home I read the VIN of the truck the transfer case was removed from. I got curious and did a google search on that VIN. The truck I found had 230,000 miles, not 110,000. That's a huge difference. I called Roger and he said they must have not been able to find the low mileage one so they sent that one instead. He said sorry and I could return it if I didn't want it. Im forced to keep it since I need the work truck back on the road. I asked if the high mile one would be cheaper and get some kind of refund and I was told no. I would never have bought something with that high of miles. I would NOT recommend this place.

I will keep this updated as I am going to do a compression test on the motor and install and hopefully everything works great but so far Roger has definitely been very helpful with his knowledge and customer service
