Isaias G.'s customer services was above and beyond! I went to this store to get screen protectors put on all of our devices. There wasn't one in-store for an iPad but it was available at another Verizon store close to where Isaias lives. He went and picked it up after his shift and told us to come in the next day and he would put it on for us. That was completely unexpected and we were very grateful for the excellent customer service. Plus, he took his time to carefully put on all our screen protectors himself. I have used this store several times and have had positive experiences each time. Highly recommend. read more

Sales rep was more interested in selling iPads instead of making sure your phones are ported-in and working properly! They have set-up and go fees in addition to activation fees which she did not clarify until it was time to pay. They couldn't print the invoice before you signed your life away. You had to read the line items in the tiny signature screen. Had to chat with Verizon and call the port-in center myself when I got home and was working on my 4 phone lines til mid-night. I'll be glad to share the Verizon chat transcript if someone from Victra doubts this claim. I was also told that I had to purchase an iPad or device to get the $150/ported BYOD line giftcard. I knew this was not true but went along with it just to get out of the store as the iPad transaction was taking way too long. The manager did apologize for this misinformation as there was a communication error between the sales rep and him. I actually didn't need an iPad but the price seemed right and wanted to help the sales rep make a sale. I made notes and the sales rep agreed to the net price (I even had her take a picture of my notes with her phone) after discounts but when I looked at the invoice closely when I got home (the one that couldn't be printed beforehand) it didn't add up. Not even close. I would have been ok with just returning the iPad but the sales rep gave me attitude when I called the next day. Way to go!!! read more

Terrible. Told me I was getting a particular service and price then didn't honor it. I called them on it and they said it would take a billing cycle to refund (turns out if you wait over 14 days you can't even cancel... so don't buy their story or anything from them). Found out today that they had charged me for items I didn't know about and didn't provide the receipt of services at the time of sale. Never going back, considering dumbing Verizon too. Going to file complaint with Better Business Bureau. read more

We came here to set up a phone we purchased privately at 10am and we were sat down maybe only about 5 minutes after coming in. The gal who took us was very quiet and kept walking off and finally an hour later she finally started going over prices. It seemed a bit much for just service and not only that she would not take no for an answer about adding on extra accessories. We told her we are on a budget and she literally kept pushing it. And the next time she left we asked someone else about getting the most basic package for service and he showed us a chart we never even saw with her and it was 70$ and she said it was going to be at LEAST 100? Okay so the manager came out and then we finally started getting somewhere. We work graveyard and we were here for 2 hours which was ridiculous because we already knew what we wanted and already had a phone we were going to be activating. Believe her name was Haley. But this girl would not take no for an answer and was saying things like "well it's only this much more..". I swear the first hour and a half I have no clue what she was doing but staring at her computer screen and kept walking off ? And her nails were wayyyyy to long to even type on the touch screen and the computer, which made the process even longer. From the get go we said we wanted the most basic package and get out of here quick because we work graveyard and needed to go to bed fairly soon. She did not seem even remotely passionate or caring about her job or taking care of us. It was only about how much more can we spend ? Finally she had so much trouble the manager came out, we didn't even ask and Then finally was taken care of. Even though she gave us the wrong area code.. we just felt like this was a totally inconvenience to us and not a good or memorable experience. Only reason why we didn't go somewhere else is because we were too tired. It would be understanding if she were new and didn't know or was training but she was not even interested in taking care of us at all or didn't seem to care. Honestly seemed like she was high. You guys should really do better about finding people who care about their jobs and the people they are PAID to help. And whose only concern isn't making some sort of commission and making the process as easy for us as possible... always hate coming here. read more

They took care of everything and were able to reduce my monthly bill as well. They were both extremely professional and courteous. On 12/06/19 I went into the Verizon store located at Summit Sierra Mall and had the worst experience and was lied to repeatedly by sales associate Al Small-Mount. It was worse than dealing with a used car salesman. He gains your trust by stating he is the grandson of Evelyn Mount who is well respected in our community. He then proceeded to tell me that I could try out an Apple Watch for 30 days for free and that there would by no restocking fee if I returned the watch within the 30 days. I confirmed several times with Al that I would not have to pay any fees if I returned the watch and unfortunately believed him without reading the fine print. On 12/09/19 I returned the watch because I did not like it. Prior to going to the store I actually read my receipt and it stated that the watch needed to be returned within 14 days for a full refund and not the 30 days as was quoted to me and that I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee for all returned products. When I went into the store Al was working but assisting another customer so I was assisted by someone else who refused to talk with Al and confirm that he told me I would not have to pay the restocking fee and pointed out my signature on the receipt. The associates rush you through signing electronically and know that none of the customers read what is further on the screen. (I have learned my lesson and will never sign again without reviewing it fully.) Al then proceeded to tell me that if I got the "free" iPad that they were offering that my monthly bill would actually go down. I found this hard to believe but he kept saying my bill would be less since it would be bundled. After my experience with returning the watch and realizing I had been lied to several times I reviewed my account at home and found that when Al added the iPad to my account he lowered my data plan from a 3g to a 2g plan. We had discussed my data and I told him I did not want to change my data plan. He even reviewed my data usage and was fully aware that I always use more than 2g's a month and so I would have had an overage fee every month. I contacted Verizon's customer service department who rectified my issues with the unauthorized change to my account. They also confirmed that my monthly fee would not be reduced as a result of adding the iPad to my account. On 12/09/19 I again went into Verizon and spoke with supervisor Wagner. I told him all of the issues I had with Al and all he could say was that he wasn't there when our transaction occurred. He could have easily had Al come out into the lobby and the three of us could have discussed the issues I had since Al was hiding in the backroom. I knew Al was in the backroom since the first associate I spoke with walked into the backroom and called out his name to talk with him about my issues. Also, while I was sitting there dealing with Wagner another customer came into the store with issues very similar to mine. She mentioned Al by name and stated he had promised her the same things he promised to me which again were lies. Even though I returned the iPad and watch I paid more than the screen protector that I kept. The manager and I went round and round about why I had to pay almost $60 to return an iPad that was still in the cellophane and unopened. I finally gave up and paid the fee just so I could leave. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for almost 20 years and now I am seriously thinking of switching to another company since committing fraud is apparently an every day occurrence in their store. read more

Ive had nothing but problems with this store. I went to update my apps, lady sold me a new phone, said gig-plan and cost would remain the same. Bait-and-switch raised cost by 15% & reduced gigs 20%. They said they would fix, didnt. The billing people just keep widdling to try to get you to accept the fake plan. Im reporting to State Attorney General for fraud. read more

Great service! Samantha was very helpful in our transition from a different service provider to Verizon. She's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as best as she can. Everything was transparent and made easy to understand. She went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible which is much appreciated. If I could give this store a 0 I would do so. They lied about the promotions and by the time you figure it out it is too late to return the phone. When I call the store to get the issues resolved they they tell me they don't have time and will call me when they do...which apparently they never do because they haven't called me back. read more

Seriously the best service I have ever had at a cell phone store. We all know the terror of upgrading in a store, long waits and mediocre customer service... but not as this store. I went in to switch from sprint and was ready to endure hours of waiting, but to my surprise I waited only 5 minutes and was out of there with my new phone and I Watch in an hour! They even transferred all of my stuff which other places can't do! Will 100 percent be going back when I upgrade! Kudos to you guys!!! read more
