No matter how good the deal or…read moreoffer is...you're going to pay the difference in headache, false promises, and horrible customer service. I switched over to AT&T from T-mobile because they promised me a much cheaper rate for my 22 business lines. There was also a deal promotion where they'd pay off my old devices up to $800 per device. a) The "seamless" transition was everything but seamless and took days and weeks of porting over numbers b) Every month the statement would look different with charges that no one knew how to explain and it was NOTHING close to what was originally promised. c) The mislead and misdirected me (frankly they didn't even know) in the process of getting my reimbursement for paying $2200 OUT OF POCKET to T-mobile. p.s. It's been 6 months and I never got my reimbursement. So in summary, I spent HOURS in person and on the phone trying to understand what the heck is going in. I never got my $2200 reimbursed after 6 months, false promises, and being told the wrong instructions every time. I paid just as much as I was paying with T-mobile and really the savings is all a sham. I finally decided to pull the plug 6 months later and lost several thousand dollars because AT&T phones are locked, btw, so you have to pay them off, which btw, they make VERY challenging to do. All in all this is a failing company. They're surviving on a thread. The only thing that's keeping them alive is their name, since they've been around for 100 years. I pray that they shut down in my lifetime; they don't deserve to be around. Never again. Please don't offer me anything, interact with me, or sell me anything. If you want to see screenshots of their stupidity and false promises, DM me and i'll gladly share. Dodge a bullet and DO NOT consider AT&T in any way, shape, or form. I get NOTHING out of this review other than the hopes that I save someone the headache, money lost, time wasted, and unprofessionalism I had to bear.

    Just a short review to express my gratitude for Theon (not sure if that's the correct spelling)…read more Theon is an exceptional employee and representation of Apple. He took his time to answer my questions and help me understand the benefits of each product based on what I might need it for. I am starting grad school in September and really need a new laptop and phone. My previous laptop is about 13 years old and even if we changed the interior of the laptop to have more memory and it's processing program, it's time for an update. Theon asked the right questions to help understand what I would need in a laptop based on what programs I'd be running and how much space I needed. He even had me consider the weight since I would be walking to class from Caltrain. I ended up choosing a MacBook Pro M5 14-inch, since I'll need to run a few research statistics programs, have many tabs open for research articles and keep my guilty pleasure of having so many pictures saved. Next, he helped me with understanding it's time for a new iPhone. I go to a lot of concerts and I'm not allowed to take my camera a with detachable lenses, so it's the camera is my main concern. I decided I might try to wait and see if Apple releases a new phone this year to have the latest camera, but if they don't announce anything by October, I'll definitely do the iPhone Pro Max!     What went well was the easy ability to schedule an Apple appointment through the Apple support…read moregroup at the 800 number after I got help troubleshooting what may be wrong with my MacBook Pro laptop. Albert & Jerold checked me in efficiently with the repair team. I was told 5 to 6 days potentially before it would be complete. Ugh!! Now keep in mind I wasn't exactly happy with that news as this is my work laptop and the original price on the laptop through Amazon prime date was 999 for a 13 inch MacBook Pro. To fix the screen was gonna cost me almost $600 (more than half of the cost of the original 1yr old new laptop.) Warranty was exhausted 90 days before this happened. I have a complaint for Apple in general regarding the cost for this fix, but I don't blame the people at Hillsdale. Kevin was exceptional in getting it done for me within just over 24 hours. The service level at the Apple Hillsdale store is exceptional as well as the telephone support. The policies and cost of Apple parts and replacement is robbery at its best. Some form of waiver or discount would change my opinion. But that would mean they'd have to actually read this and listen and do something. The four stars are for the Apple staff. They would've had five except for the Apple costs for repairs and service.

    The customer service at this store is horrible! The bold dude I guess he's the manager or whatever…read morehe's so rude. I needed a charger for my phone and they only had the car charger and so I got itcause I was tired of not having phone. I wasn't sure if it would fit my phone so one of the associates took it out of the box and tried it he kept the box The associate told me I had 15 days to return or exchange. I went back today to return because I'm switching to At&T and the bold dude said I couldn't and I was ok?!I asked if could exchange for something else and he said no! I explained to him his associate kept the box and he responded : " No, you left the box." I called him a stupid asshole and left! don't go this store. IT SUCKS! !!!

    We purchased a Samsung cell phone along with a Motorola Bluetooth ear piece and Metro PCS service…read more I was having difficulty with the earpiece and, in fact, had purchased a Plantronics ear-piece elsewhere. I could not get either to actually work, despite the phone showing one was "connected." I came back to this store to ask for some help...The young lady was finishing lunch and busy playing Solitaire on her computer, so I was an interruption. She determined the Plantronics simply was defective (since it didn't come from their shop, I suppose). The Motorola piece, which did come from Connect Wireless, had, she said, a dead battery. I explained I'd left it to charge over-night. Her co-worker suggested a 4 hour charge was sufficient and they explained over-charging the device was harmful. The girl suggested that's why the device was 'dead,' since I'd over-charged it. She got the Motorola to hook up to the phone and I sat there for a moment, wanting to see if I could actually operate it successfully. A potential customer came in to the place and now she wanted me to get the heck out of there... "Sir...you'll have to move. Sir? Sir!!!" I was there for perhaps a minute after she handed me back the earpiece. It seems to me the crew at this shop is totally clueless about "customer service." Had I been buying the phones in the first place, I would have simply walked out of this store had I gotten a whiff of the level of service here. Sad to say, the other Yelp! comments posted here are a good reflection of what you can expect at Connect Wireless. The place should be more accurately named: Disconnected & Clueless.
