Unfortunately, Verizon store in Santa Fe and whoever performs billing for Verizon do not communicate. I made a few changes by purchasing a new phone and changing the number on my daughter's phone. Everything appeared to go smoothly until billing. My estimated billing was supposed to be $157.00. Apparently, I was told I was removed from paperless and autopay according to them and was told my bill would be $217 and that's when I headed to the store. I worked with a young lady for 45 mins to correct my bill. She finally got it to where it reflected the $157.00 and I was told I'd have to go onto the website to reinstate autopay and paperless. I didn't make sense to me because the $217 was removed from my banking account as it was for all the time I've been with Verizon. So, I did and found out it still showed I was enrolled in both. Now I get this month's bill and it's $203.00...and it's still in autopay and paperless. Does anyone at Verizon know how frustration this is and do they even care? read more

This store has awful customer service people! They pick up the phone and then hang up to stop the ringing, because I could hear them do it. They are in your face rude but since Verizon is the only decent service provider in Santa Fe, I guess they think they can treat customers badly. I'll see how much corporate cares how these so called Customer Service representatives treat their customers. read more

Had to wait over an hour for assistance AND they don't have restroom?!?! What the heck?!?! I hate this place.

The Waite is long and the music too loud. I turned it down only to have the girl jack ot back up. On the up side the person helping me really did try to find me the best deal. I ended up walking out content but it took a very long time. read more

Went to this store to get new Samsung Note 3 and was extremely happy with the service. I was in a hurry - had to get to some corporate dinner, and the salesperson was quick, but informative and didn't use crazy upsell tactics. He used some, but was respectful of my not wanting to be roped into buying extras. No complaints, and I love my new phone. read more

This Verizon store has really turned around. I have had very bad experiences here and almost drove to Albuquerque so I didn't have to go back. This experience was just the opposite. I recommend calling and setting up an appointment. Ivan answered the phone right away, answered all my questions, put back the phone I wanted and set up an appointment with me that same day. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with a new phone totally set up and a new friend who said to text him with any problems. read more

Be prepared to camp out waiting for "service" and any type of "help" here. Your time would be better spent driving to los alamos where they actually have help that is helpful and a quarter of the wait. All the time I spent in Santa Fe was for nothing. read more

As is typical, my gripe is not with the people who work at the store. They work hard, are courteous, and generally seem familiar with problems and questions. ------once you can get their attention. But Verizon does not make for an acceptable experience. Long waits at the store. 15-20 minutes OK; 30 and 35 minutes in my case. Make an appointment? Store does not answer the phone, but puts you in the customer service queue. A very long wait. Customer service couldn't make appointment, but has to call the store. Same #, and only once did the store pick up. Otherwise, apology from the phone agent. Store charges $10 to transfer data to new phone unless it's already backed up on cloud (across the parking lot, this was done for free at the Best Buy Samsung kiosk). How did I pile up so many bad experiences? Two Samsung Note 7 returns and a new purchase. read more

The first gentleman to greet me could not find my account number on a 6 page bill. God help you if Jonathan helps you. I told him the changes I wanted to make 4 times and he still didn't get it and started arguing with me about what I wanted on my account. Julio was amazing. He was patient and creative in helping me find a solution for my 88 year old mother, who needs a phone that is simple to use and as inexpensive as possible. By far the most knowledgable in Santa Fe. Very busy. Expect a wait but there are lots of staff and things move briskly.

There are very few employees at this store that actually know what they're talking about. The others I swear make stuff up as they go. The first two said they would schedule an appointment, however, neither young woman was smart enough to do so. Was disconnected twice. Went to the Santa Fe Zafarano Dr. store to upgrade my iPhone 5. Checked in and waited 45 minutes only to find out that they had skipped over my name. The two guys at the check-in desk asked if I had left the store. When I indicated that I had been sitting in the same location the whole time they laughed and looked at each other. They acted as if I was bothering them and one guy told the other, you can take her. By this time, I was completed disgusted and told them to forget it and left. I have been a Verizon customer with 5 lines for the past 5 years. The lack of Customer Service and lack of customer appreciation is quite evident at this store. I recently got a phone upgrade, and specifically answered no when asked if I wanted insurance for the new phone. Two months later I saw I was being charged $11 mo. for insurance. My mistake for not looking more carefully at the agreement. I called Verizon and they told me I had to go to the store to ask for a credit. I did, and was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for a service rep. I explained I was only there to request a credit, but I still had to wait in the cue. I waited 20 minutes and left. Seemed crazy to have to wait for a sales rep on this issue.I called Verizon the next day and explained the situation and they processed credit for the insurance. Unless you have to go there, avoid this store like the plague and do all your transactions by phone or email. Read the other reviews. Why wait for bad service. read more

I can't speak for the Verizon products or cell phone coverage (which is supposed to be decent in Santa Fe), but the experience in this store was abysmal. First, I called the store. I am attempting to switch my cell phone carrier from AT&T (no coverage in Santa Fe) to another carrier, and I wanted to see if Verizon could help me. They never answered their phone. So then I drove to the store. The store was packed -- probably because they have no competition from AT&T. There must have been 25 customers in this store on a Wednesday morning. You have to sign in at a computer and then your name is posted on an electronic monitor so you know where you are in line. After waiting 30 minutes, I noticed my name had disappeared from the screen and that people who came in after me were now being helped. I reported this to the woman who helps you put your name into the computer and her response, without looking up from her computer, was that I was in someone's log and they would be with me soon. Then someone else was called. At that point, I left the store. read more
