    Do not go here. I have had a bad experience every single time. Some of the staff are decent but the majority are rude and pushy.

Recognizing the importance of having a reliable remote system, I reached out to Ron, the owner of this reputable company. He was incredibly responsive and understanding. We arranged for my wife to stop by their shop, and from there, they dedicated time to explore potential solutions. Initially, they attempted to find an alternative remote that would work with the existing system; however, it became clear that the required system was no longer available. I also tried searching online through Amazon and eBay, but unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in locating a suitable replacement. Deciding that the best course of action was to install a new remote starter, I scheduled an appointment. Given the high quality of their service, I was prepared for a wait--typically, their appointments are booked out about a month in advance. To my surprise, a cancellation opened up a slot just two days after I called. They accommodated us promptly, and my wife was provided a ride home, then picked up once the installation was complete. Throughout the process, I was impressed by the professionalism and customer-centric approach demonstrated by their team. The installation was completed smoothly, and I am pleased to report that the remote system has been working flawlessly. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service and the final outcome.     I paid one of the representatives or so called owner $50 to diagnose and fix my television. After…read morehe received the $50 and the tv, he never called or text me. I had to text him. Sometimes he didn't even answer my text. One time he said he was visiting family and sent me picture of what was supposed to be an airport. I'm thinking what does that have to do with my tv? Then he said he was going to return my tv early Saturday morning at 8 a.m. I knew the guy was sketchy so I reached out to him to confirm. Then all of a sudden he is sick. He didn't even have the nerve to call me and tell me that ... Oh I'm sick I need to reschedule to return your tv to your house. So if I didn't ask I wouldnt have known. Then up and out the blue he decides to bring my tv back. So, I just tell him to put it outside in the back of my house because I was not home. Keep in mind he didn't schedule with me and let me know when he was going to bring it. Instead he was very unprofessional and just brought it on his own time, unannounced to me. He was very unprofessional. After returning my tv, he told me that I had a bad panel. Then he proceeded to tell me that he could sell me another tv. I would never buy anything else from him. Then after that he was unprofessional and sick by texting me saying I like you. I didnt even respond. I'm thinking like I know he is not trying to flirt with customers.. how gross!!!!!! Also, he never returned my remote control. I texted him and left a message. Still, he has not responded to this day. He still has not returned my remote control.     Hired Twizted Home Entertainment through Thumbtack. I thought the team was generally good to work…read morewith while the install was happening, albeit a few issues here and there. However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).

They didn't just stop at audio/video setup either. They connected all of our TVs, shades, and thermostats to a single, easy-to-use app on our phones, making our home smarter and more convenient than ever. Mo, in particular, was outstanding--knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly focused on customer service. Not only was the entire experience smooth and professional, but the cost was also significantly lower than other quotes we received.
