Update : emailed Verizon and received an automated response on May 23 to allow up to 48 hours before someone will reach out. Think I've heard from anyone? Nope. Pretty on par with this garbage Verizon experience. I wouldn't even leave one star for Ben. Have his manager get ahold of me. Apparently she's busy on other projects until Thursday, today is Monday. There's no manager to speak with, he's supposedly unable to put me in contact with the managers manager. What a great representation of customer service, being told to wait three days or pay $$ for a replacement I shouldn't have to pay for, or I can go to a corporate Verizon store. Those were his solutions. Did I mention this is my fourth trip into the store in three weeks thanks to phone issues? So the solution is to wait three days and make another trip in, when I live out of town and lose an hour of my day in drive time alone. Ben needs a lesson in customer service. I went in for a phone upgrade and was well taken care of. The staff was kind and ensured I got the best deal for my new phone.

I upgraded my phone recently and decided to keep my old phone just in case I wasn't happy with the new one. Went back in today and traded in the old phone and was told the credit would show on my account today by the time I made it home. Called the corporate office and found out it actually takes 60 days or more. The clerk lied right to my face and insisted it was virtually instant. Don't waste your time on these clowns. read more

My girlfriend and I bought one of their screen protector plans from them, Her when she got her phone from them and I about a year later. The plans were each for 2 years. All we had to do was pay $10 for a new tempered glass screen protector. We went in not even a month ago to each get new protectors put on. The person that initially put on our screen protectors that day messed them up so bad that there were permanent bubbles under the protectors, even slightly cracking 1. We had never had this issue before and personally was my 3 time using this plan. We were told that new screen protectors would be ordered and we could come in in a few days to get them swapped out. So, we did just that only to find out that they hadn't been ordered and they would have to figure out where they would be able to find a replacement from and were told we would get a phone call in a few days to come back in. We waited a week without hearing anything and decided to go in and check. We were told that the manager needed a few days. We gave them yet another week and heard the same thing when we went into check. We gave them 2 more weeks, a month total at that point. When we went in they had some screen protectors waiting with my name and number on them but hadn't received any phone call. So, who knows how long they were sitting there before we ventured in or how much longer they would have sat there before actually calling me. The one's they gave us are well under the quality we had gotten before. Here we are now, barely a week later and without any trauma to my phone or screen the protector is peeling off by itself. We will never show there again and will encourage everyone to do the same. read more

Worst experience upgrading my phone ever! After six trips to the store and 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service, the reseller finally resolved the issue and exchanged a defective phone. They cut some corners setting up the new phone so things aren't perfect, but I am just happy to be done with them. My advice ... don't use a reseller (especially not this location). If you are with Verizon, use one of their stores (the customer service representative I worked with over the phone totally rocked). read more

A day after I had done it, I had second thoughts about my decision to upgrade my phone. This wasn't a problem for Dawn! She communicated clearly ("I know this is possible/won't be a problem, but I do have to confer with my manager and he's out until tomorrow"). Then, just as promised, I came in and she smoothly handled this new-phone-in, old-phone-back series of transactions, all the while with a smile on her face. Kudos also to Jeffrey who expertly handled my initial purchase. I would completely recommend this retailer for all your Verizon-related purchases and questions. read more

I wish i could give no stars. I stood outside the door for 10 minutes by the sign that says "please wait here for assistance" before realizing that i would need to sign in on a paper (really thrilled that i'm writing my name & phone number on a paper that anyone can walk by & take my information off) i proceeded to sit in my car for 30 minutes before i decided to call & see if there was an estimated wait time. After getting redirected to a different go wireless store twice & getting hung up on twice, i decided to go stand by the sign again. Stood there for another 20 minutes without being acknowledged by a staff member to let me know that they'll be with me when the next rep is available. BIGGEST WASTE OF AN HOUR. At least acknowledge that you have a customer waiting to be helped. There were also more than the "1 customer per rep" in the store so they could easily have people come in check in get an ETA & then go back out to their cars. I will not be going back to this location again. read more
