    Long line
    Risto K.

Long time customer who came into the store to change plan, buy a phone and accessories. On this typical Sunday - so it seems- a lot of other people had similar thoughts so the line was really long. While nothing can be done about that, the crew at this store gave us approximate estimate for how long the wait will take. We came back and after more wait (ugh) David helped us out. The only reason this is a 5-star review is because David was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything you need for great service which is exactly what we got. While the wait was really long, David is a proof that only one person can make a difference and turn not great situation into great one. Thank you David! At the end of the day - we spent more in this store as a result.

Best Buy is the only big box store that has primarily electronics anymore. So, its still the best…read morebet if you need some random thing fast and don't care about price. If you actually build your own PC or are a techie in anyway, you really don't go to Best Buy because the choices are limited and the prices are usually higher than you would have ordering online. It seems like they are mostly for electronics that are not specialized in any way. These days, they also are where you go for phones, appliances, e-bikes and anything remotely related to electronics, apparently. They have more stuff on their website than in their physical stores. However, the service is decent when I randomly go in there and I appreciate that. At the very least, I don't get the whole sexist "ignore me because I am female and couldn't possibly want a pc part" that I used to get at Fry's electronics, so kudos for that, Best Buy. In fact, I was there yesterday and couldn't find an emergency pc fan that would fit mine and the guys in that department, helpfully, directed me to a computer repair store very nearby that turned out to have the part I needed! I really appreciate when people are polite and helpful even when it doesn't get them any immediate business. So Best Buy, keep telling your people to do this, be polite and be helpful to everyone even if it means directing them elsewhere. So, I'll give them high stars today for being helpful even if I would typically give them lower stars for having run of the mill, over priced merch.

I used to be able to walk in, give my phone number, and a technician would apply my screen protector for me. Now they want ME to pick out which is the right one and take it to geek squad and pay for them to put it on. System completely changed and sucks now. Nobody wants to just take care of the customer anymore, and the job gets off handed to whoever the newest hire is. Best Buy is not going to succeed like this for long.

I was in desperate need of a laptop to pursue my blogging and social media dreams. (Ya feel me,…read moreMillennials?!) When I found Ample Bays amazing online deals, my dad offered to get me a MacBook Air for my birthday. I told him I thought it was a little too good to be true and had to check out the selection in person. Welp- they were as good as they said online. They have a grading system for appearance (A- great, B-couple scratches, etc). In my opinion, they are hard on themselves. I saw what they would grade a C and they looked great to me! I walked away with a fast MacBook Air and I'm in love! I invested in the 2 year warranty that covers everything- except loss or theft. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and didn't try to oversell me. (Even though they could have...I'm kind of a sucker. ;-)) The place has a family feel and I'll be back for future purchases!

Dealt with Jack almost exclusively- knowledgable, helpful, and professional both on the phone and in person. In short, I needed a MacBook Pro for music/film work and looked around town for a good place to start. Went to a few places with less than solid results- expensive and prices change every few minutes if you speak with the wrong people. Found AmpleBay and swung by. Jack had me set up within minutes. A hard drive swap and few minutes later and I was out the door. More importantly, the laptop is in near-perfect condition with specs I couldn't find online or in person at the price Jack quoted. Well worth the drive for a blindingly fast, RAM-stocked, clean Mac machine. Big thanks to Jack and AmpleBay/Macs! I will refer this place until further notice for anyone looking for preowned Mac products.

Upon entering I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who seemed genuinely happy I was there. Before I could even say anything she asked if I needed help finding anything. I was in the market for a new computer monitor and she directed me to the computer section. After perusing for no more than 3 minutes a gentleman named Cash assisted me. I explained what I was looking for, the purpose for the monitor, and the budget I was looking for. He went to go check the system and came back with an option under budget that met all my specs. I'm an amateur when it comes to computers and such and so I appreciate Cash's honesty and professionalism in assisting me with what I needed. In a world full of competition, I appreciate the service and friendly nature this store has to offer. Will definitely use Best Buy as my fist stop for all my electronic needs

Staff have always been super friendly, $35 to replace two canisters.
