I went to this store looking specifically to upgrade my Apple Watch to the 3. They didn't have any of these available, however. I thought well- I'm an hour away from home, and I really wanted to make the trip worth while. I asked if they had iPad pros- I told her specifically that I'm interested in the newest models because I think it's a waste of money to buy an older model when they are always upgrading- (paraphrasing- I said that but in a nicer way)-the sales clerk says oh yes, absolutely! And yes.. they do have iPad pros, but only 32 gb. I was pretty surprised at that- as it seemed like their available stock was *extremely limited. She said I could order what I wanted- but I would have to come back. I didn't want to have to make another trip, as I said- I live an hour away. I decided my phone has a capacity for 256 gb and I just wanted the iPad as a secondary and maybe I could just "work with it". Naively- I didn't realize the iPad Pro didn't come in only 32 gb, nor did it come in a 9.7 inch size. (I remembered it came in two different sizes and one was similar to my kindle fire, and the other was about 12 inches- so ‍) I also didn't expect to be completely swindled, lied to, or misled. I'm naive and hopeful that way. I took the iPad home and I didn't even really have a chance to look at it right away- I got home at midnight, I had to be at work at 8am- you know the drill. When I did look at it- I noticed little things. I was thinking I was surprised the display wasn't as sharp as my 7+. I'm not used to working on an iPad, so I assumed maybe that was part of it. At some point between working 50 hours a week, I had enough time to mess around with this iPad to realize that there were too many odd pieces in this puzzle. I researched online and figured out: They had either lied or been grossly misinformed when labeling and selling their products. They took a regular 32 gb iPad and sold it to me at the same price I could have bought a 64 gb iPad Pro. Almost double the price for a two year contract, and over a hundred dollars over retail. I was the biggest Pollyanna blind idiot on the planet to not pay more attention and to take a sales person at face value for anything. I called Verizon at this point and because this store is only in all actuality a Verizon retailer- All they could do was credit my account, otherwise I would have to go back and return the device (or just so they could adjust the price) but they were extremely confused as well. The (extremely helpful) customer service rep even said, "I double checked to make sure, and I can't find anything that says that these stores are allowed to charge their own prices for equipment." I didnt have the time to take off work, so I just asked her to please credit my account- and I would buy the iPad and then purchase the Pro I really wanted. All in all- Not impressed with this store. And I'm upset that a store that I was so glad to find in a convenient location had to end on this note- I am super impressed with Verizon stepping in to handle it on their end, though. read more

The staff was very slow to offer to help me. The store had 6 people working and only 3 customers. After waiting for 15 minutes to be helped, I left and went to a competitor's store across the parking lot. read more

Stopped here to help trouble shoot a super random issue with my cousins iPhone. They were super helpful and friendly. We were in and out in 15 min with the phone fixed. We've been here multiple times and had excellent service. Seems like only the negative people take the time to review on here. Thanks again for the great service! read more

I called all day to ask a simple question. No answer. The phone rang and rang. Decided to make the 25 mile trip. Asked if I had the correct phone number. Yes, I did. " we only answer the phone when we have time." The store had 6 people helping customers and two employees working on computers without customers. Trip was unnecessary because they couldn't wipe my defective phone before I send it back to Verizon. That was the simple question I was calling to ask. Suggestion: employ someone to answer non-technical questions. I also explained I had a custom ringtone and wanted it preserved on my new phone. He went into my phone, did several clicks and changing of screens. Handed back my phone and said here you go. Dummy me, I didn't check until I got into my car. Sure enough, ringtone had been changed to default ring and my 20 year old custom ring was no where to be found. I returned to the store, waited til the same rep was available and said I don't have my ringtone. He again went into several screens, taking longer this time. Handed me my phone. THIS time I had him call me to hear my phone ring. Authorized Dealerships for Verizon have never provided adequate service. Wonder when Verizon will take enough pride in their Brand to protect it from amateurs. Weather permitting, I will drive the 100+ miles to a corporate store or go without. Sad. read more

Dressed up in suits and dresses with argumentative tones and attitudes. I need helpful, friendly customer service. Not pushy salesmen with condescending personalities. This is the coast, not the city. Chill out. I'll go anywhere BUT the Warrenton Verizon store. Obviously this is an issue that permeates throughout because they seem to have a horrible turnover in staff. read more

Start by saying I hate leaving bad reviews and am aware of all the circumstances that can lead to a bad experience. That being said, I just had the worst experience with this store. When I first walked in, nobody even looked up from their desk. That's fine. I can find a chair on my own. Waited a couple minutes which was also fine. What WASN'T fine was the gentleman who "helped" me. I told him my current phone was going haywire and I was unable to use it. He didn't offer to help me find a new phone or even offer to show me options. I told him I was trying to reactivate my mom's old phone and that I had brought it in hoping he could just plug it in a sync all my info onto it. Instead of doing that (HIS JOB) he googled "how to factory reset an iphone4" in front of me, as if I don't know how to google things. I told him I didn't want to factory reset until I knew I would be able to re activate it with all my information because I live in Portland now and am unable to stay here to get it all set up. He basically told me I'm out of luck with my current POS phone and to call apple for help. Fine. I understand he's just there for sales. I guess I appreciate him not trying to sell me things. On that note, I went home discouraged and pulled up the verizon home page to do it myself. Got the phone reset, couldn't get my apple ID because it sent the verification code to my BROKEN PHONE. after being unable to get help from the verizon page, chat or their hotline, I called the same store to get some advice on what to do. The first time I called it rang and rang. I called back and the guy who answered was also rude! Like it was inconveniencing him to try to help an existing customer. I understand they are in "cellular sales" but he clearly didn't give a shit about their own customers. He told me again to call apple (probably the same charming, helpful dude who helped me earlier) and when I said thanks, he just said bye and hung up. This store needs a lesson in customer service. For a place as small as the coast, where I grew up and lived for 23 years, it's unfortunate that businesses can have shitty, rude employees simply because they have no other competition. I was extremely disappointed by the attitudes and unwillingness to help from not one but two employees. will never return to this store and am thinking about leaving verizon altogether as I'm locked into a contract with a broken phone. They will scam you ! Don't go there ! KENNETH PHILLIPS helped me . He said he needed $35 to proceed with a phone upgrade , I said just bill me . He said no I need it today . So I paid . Later I realized he charged me $35 to " program and set up phone " basically to transfer pictures and contacts. I could have done that myself KENNETH PHILLIPS! You should have been honest and told me what the charge was really for . Frustrating to live and work in this small town and get scammed by my own community. Shame on you ! read more

I needed a new cellphone. Since Verizon opened this store, the reliable locally owned business with which I had done business was gone. The inventory seemed good. I had started with one salesman and wanted to give him the sale when I returned. I came back four times and he was either involved with other customers or not there. Finally I bought from someone else. She did ok. I am not going to go into the intricacies and extra fees involved in an iPhone purchase. That's life. I was disappointed though to have purchased a car charger only to discover it didn't work. I was traveling to Europe by then and emailed my concern on that point but received no reply. When I returned I took the defective car charger to the store (special 20 mile round trip) and met the original salesperson at the door who graciously replaced it on the spot. read more

Avoid this store. Took my old phones in return for new ones and promised that I'd get a credit later. Never contacted me and when I checked back to find status they had no record that I turned the phones in and gave me no credit. read more

Older customers (friends of mine) went in for a problem with new phone that they had bought elsewhere and the salesman was unacceptable, the rudest human imaginable. Insisted he had dropped the phone and busted it (untrue) calling him basically a liar to his face. Said he would charge him $180. to send it to factory, even though insurance was purchased. Told him the samsung galaxy 7 was a piece of crap and he could sell him one like his, because none of the phones there are any good, only the one he has. JUST AN ASS!! As it turned out they walked out very upset with the way they had been treated. Went to Costco kiosk and the salesmen were extremely helpful, the phone had a burnt cell the manager fixed it but gave the customer a new phone to be sure he was satisfied. DO NOT SHOP VERIZON IN WARRENTON, this guy has no business working there he would do better as a garbage man where he does not have to interact with customers!! (not anything wrong with being a garbage man just this guy should not be a salesman) read more
