if I could give 0 stars I would. first I'm given the wrong phone that doesn't match my contract so i have to come back in (slc store) then I inquire about WiFi and it gets added to my bill without my knowledge I fix this and get it removed because I DO NOT HAVE THE BOX and they still charged me for the box. I've spent 3 days trying to get the store manager to call me but either they call center sucks or the manager doesn't do her job. go into the store and the kid is snarky won't call anyone to help says it's her day off and I'll have to come back to tomorrow or go to a store in slc.. well no duh I already did and they said I have to go to this store since I inquired here and it was added here. Verizon is an overpriced joke with nothing but salty and incompetent employees. do yourself a favor and try any other company. read more

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY NEED TO FIRE AUSTIN! Customer service and employees so irresponsible with their hours and super unprofessional . Office hours said open but got there and store was closed. There was a sign that said employee went to lunch be right back soon. I waited and it was past an hour when I came back and doors were still not opened and sign was still up. After waiting for a while I saw employee go inside but still took about another 15min to open the doors. I called customer support and they tried calling/reaching employee but they couldn't even reach them either. customer service did not do anything or couldn't give me employees name. After so long doors were finally opened and Austin started helping customers but was very lazy and being slow while doing so and did not even acknowledge or apologize for waiting a ridiculous amount of time. read more

I followed a young lady into the store, both of us needed a SIM card. She wanted to add her iPad to her plan and my iPhone 13 was giving a SIM card failure error. The young man told us they were out of SIM cards. When troubleshooting my phone he said it was an Apple issue, not my carrier. This did not agree with the information Apple support online has told me. So, I made the appointment with Apple Store for the next day, today. After further research I decided to go to a different Verizon location in Woods Cross and the young man there was able to connect me to an eSIM in less than 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable and fast! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Zach Senna was the rep that helped us @ the Bountiful UT location. He is a SNAKE. He signed us up for every single insurance that was available without our consent, did said he took care of the porting since we were moving over from AT&T but he didnt do any of it. We spent 3 days on the phone with AT&T and Verizon trying to get it all squared away. Ended up having to change numbers. He spent more time showing us his personal videos on his phone than he did helping us. Told inappropriate jokes, was bad mouthing customers as they walked out of the store, making personal phone calls to his friends while he was helping us, and the list goes on. We will NEVER go to that store again. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. read more

This review is about Verizon's internet not he bountiful location. I ordered the internet service and cancelled it the exact same day. I kept receiving notifications about it and about being charged. Since this in November, I have contacted them several times and they assured I wouldn't be charged yet now in February I received an emailed saying I was charged $200 for unreturned equipment which I never received. Customer service was difficult and said that they could only follow up with me in a few weeks and wouldn't be able to tell me if I would be charged. DO NOT DO IT! Awful experience and so hard trying to find a real person to speak with and help you out. read more

We ordered new phones and they said they would be here in 3-5 business days. They didn't get here for a week. Frustrating but understandable. We had gone into the store several times to see if it had arrived because they don't answer their phones bc unfortunately there aren't enough employees. We kept trying to call bc we went into the store earlier in the day and they said it would be in later that day. We were told without a doubt that we would be called when our phones came in, but to no avail... we were not called. So we had no choice but to go to the store. We got to the store about 25 minutes before closing time and yes, the Employee which I shall out of kindness not mention his name was helping 2 people at the same time, bouncing back and forth between them. He checked for our phones at about 15 min before closing and they were in. He proceeded to tell us he would have to check with his manager to see if he could help us out or not. What??? What kind of customer service is that? He finished up with one of the customers and they left and then he went to the back, closed the door so we couldn't hear and then came back out and claimed he called the manager. He finished up with the other customer then he told me that the manager said he could not get us our new phones bc he would need to close the store at 8pm. Seriously??? 1. I called him out about calling the manager, turns out he lied about that. 2. He said his manager had the day off.... He didn't bc we were in the store earlier in the day and he was working. He lied about that 3. He finally admitted that the reason why he wanted to close the store at 8 was because he had somewhere personal he wanted to be. He lied saying his manager said it had to be closed by 8. I asked him to call his manager in front of me so I could hear it from him that his manager said he couldn't help us because I've never been turned away like that before, EVER!!! All we were doing was picking up the phones and getting them activated. I do get that this would have put him past 8pm but a little bit of honesty could have gone a LONG WAY and changed the whole situation. Too bad it was such poor customer service. I liked going to this Verizon before hand but WOW this situation was awful!!! read more

Well I decided to stop by again just to see how much my current phone would be worth of I traded in. I came out with a brand new phone. The sales rep who is new to the store is awesome I unfortunately forgot his name but he was awesome. They've got much better people than the last time I was here. read more
