It was as if we woke the employee up from his nap and he was in no rush to help us or listen to our needs. He did ask what phone needed a new protector and when he found out it was an iPhone 12, promptly said, "we won't have anything for a 12." Not even an offer to order something in. As my dad was asking him some questions about the account, the employee asked for the phone number but didn't clarify if it needed to be the main account holders number. My mother, who was not with us got a text and the employee seemed very put out that he had to send another code to another number. I was told I was eligible for an upgrade and trade in so I upgraded my phone, to then find out that he had added a 3rd random line that was later deleted and made it so I was in eligible for the trade in, costing me an extra $830! The manager told me he would "try" and help, and after 2 weeks of not hearing back, I went in and he was so rude! Told me to just call 611 and that he could no longer do anything! I'm now stuck with a pay back price of $995 instead of owing the difference of what was suppose to be $830 of a trade in value! Go to the bountiful location! STAY AWAY from Woods cross!!!!

I had called customer service to get an upgraded phone and at the end by bill had jumped about $40, no idea why. So, got super confused and said that I'd just go into the store. Turns out the store at City Creek had closed but this one at the Gateway just opened. Talked with Philip Philips at the Gateway, got a new phone, bill remained the same, and he made sure all my data got transferred correctly. While I was there he also helped out multiple other people, everyone was super happy with the service whether they got a phone from him or not, this is the type of person you want to deal with on a daily basis.
