Brian was very welcoming from the start of initial interaction. He assisted upgrading four devices on our family plan, with a variety of phones. He was extremely patient and very detail oriented, getting everything correct the first time, which is quite an accomplishment given the customization that was needed to upgrade the four phones, plans, and various features and services that were unique to each. He was very knowledgeable when we asked questions about the "Pay to Save" promotion that we told us about, along with delivery and install of our new phones, down to the return of our existing phones and ensuring we turn off the "Find my iPhone" feature. Both manager and Tobi were not helpful. Assumed I knew how to do everything and didn't want to work. Messed up activation and created a bunch of work For me. Should have been smooth process. Not willing to step in and help. Had better luck with people on the phone. The 800 number people were Mor helpful. They did keep asking scripted questions even though I provided details on my request. Finally after a few calls and hours its getting worked on. Don't go into the store it wont be helpful read more

Was trying to get a new phone cause I had lost mine. Walked in and waited 10 minutes before anyone talked to us. The person who helped us out had no idea what she was doing. For the first 10-15 of talking all she was trying to do was sell us on the insurance plan rather than help us look at a new phone. Had no clue on how to look up a phone, turned down help from co-workers many times. Literally 0 help what so ever at this store. Knowledgeable staff in regards to making account changes. Wanted to go from iPhone to Samsung due to iOS 12 Bugs causing significant issues in day to day usage for me. There was a complication of the upgrade due to the apple watch that was linked to my account creating a "golden handcuff" to the iPhone. They were able to resolve it and successfully get me my new device in the same transaction. I also called ahead for the specific phone and size I wanted and they pulled it out and had it ready for me when I arrived. I did look into the store wait time Verizon publishes online prior to showing up and there was no wait so I did not have the issues others are complaining of. This store does seem to have a good inventory of devices, especially the higher storage variants. I would recommend both Verizon and this store to friends read more

Waited 30 minutes for a 'specialist' and watched other people walked in the door and being helped. Asked for assistance, and was told just give me a minute. I'm a fan and I don't like the whole tech experience online or in person. I simply want my phone to work, take pics and do my social media stuff. Email too. We called to see if there was a line and there was not so we cruised right in. Manny helped us instantly and was amazing from start to finish. Left with my new iPhone 6s and transferred my 5s to my daughters number. Super easy and it al worked! Love my case too with 25% off!! Purchased 2 new iPhone 12s on a Black Friday Special in November. The deal was buy one, get one free....well that's what their sales person said. I've been getting the run around for 3 months and now Verizon is saying this was never their promotion. Awesome job guys! Way to screw over your customers to get a sale! Came on a Thursday night to do a simple phone upgrade. The slowest service I have been seen. It's been 45 minutes and still waiting. When I checked in there were 2 people ahead of me. Now... two people ahead of me. These people are ridiculous. If you have an Apple go to the Apple store! When they did finally get to me, the guy was rude and not helpful. This place is worthless.... Completely blown away by how awesome the Friday night staff was. At the busiest time I went into the store and despite the chaos was greeted instantly. Short wait time and made my upgrade happen quick and painlessly. The Friday night staff is officially the dream team and I can't thank them enough. Even when people were rude and impatient, they handled it with a smile on their face. It genuinely was customer service at its finest. Although I typically dread dealing with any tech issues, every experience I've had with Verizon at the Orchards location has been pleasant, with top-notch customer service. My last experience (I think the reps name was Jessica..?) was exceptional! I was confidant in her knowledge and experience and she was incredibly helpful and hospitable. I'm so unbelievably upset and disappointed in Verizon. We went into this store fed up with AT&T and the constant BS they would feed us as to why our bill kept going up, it was never the same on a monthly basis and the customer service was atrocious!! We were helped by Matt who was supposedly one of their top guys who "knew his stuff" at Verizon and come to find out he suckered us by giving us these too good to be true promos and discounts. We were promised money back for giving them our phones and a certain amount off our bill every month for getting certain phones. We were going to use the money we got back to pay off the amount we owed for leaving ATT, weeks went by and still nothing in the mail. Next thing we know we are informed we didn't "qualify" for the promos because I signed up for a business account. Well Matt told us doing the business plan was a better deal and could take advantage of all the promos they had as well. Well that was not the case, corporate isn't doing a dang thing about it and the store manager has to come up with a way to get us $400 off our bill. Are you serious??? Not to mention the money we were told we would also get money off our bill every month as part of the promo and that was a lie as well so Matt had to get approval from a manager to get money off our bill for 6 months. Ok well what about the rest of the year? You should be honoring what your "top guy" told us. This is ridiculous and inexcusable! We left Att after being customers for over 20 years for this BS????!!!!! Is this how you do business? You sucker them with fake deals and then because people sign a contract they are just SOL after they find out they were duped?? The customer service is horrible!!!! The sales lady laughed in my face and my 11 year daughters on the phone she wanted then told my daughter it's not a good phone anyways. The manager was no better then her. If the corporate office doesn't call me back by the end of the week, I will be looking for a new cell phone provider!!! read more

The service here always sucks. They will add your name to a list, tell you it's a 15 minute wait, but really you will wait for at least an hour. They don't seem like a very knowledgable staff either, you will get a different response on how to do something from every associate. I went in for an upgrade and was told I didn't have one; we went in again a week later and was told I did have one just because the new guy we talked to actually knew what he was doing. We also had to go in 3 times in one day because our service kept not working after they would "fix it" and they made us wait again each time we had to come back. 3/2016 Terrible experience. We dealt with a lack of staffing and then we were openly lied to. Rep did not want to listen to us when we declined various offers. We came in knowing what we wanted and the cost having just done upgrades on two of the other phones on our account just days before in a store in Denver. We were given different tall tales as to why they couldn't do the same thing the Denver store had done. The Denver store was very customer friendly. The orchards store WAS NOT. If we continue with Verizon we will avoid the orchard location like the plague! read more

My iPhone was not working properly....no app updates, no Siri, no iTunes. Walked in the store and was immediately greeted with a smile and asked by the gentleman how he could help me. I told him my problems and he said he would see if he could fix my phone. If not, he would have an specialist look at it. He wasn't able to fix the problem and within 10 minutes, Jules, a Solutions Specialist was working on my phone. She was very patient and persistent and eventually had everything working again. She even backed up everything to my iCloud. I was VERY impressed with Jules and the friendly atmosphere of the store. I will be returning to this Verizon store for all my cell phone needs. read more
