We traded in phones for updated 16 and 16 pro max. Sales person (Jackson) said there is promotion for free Apple Watches. Husband didn't have interest and I had one. Because free, we agreed. However, after working in field for a month, we viewed our bill. Aw, there is a service fee of approximately $50 (for 2) for 36 mos. We went in to discuss with rep. He said we needed to come back and talk with Jackson or call customer care. Matt helped us get monthly charges of $79 since 2021 when we purchased iPad. I called customer care and they agreed we should not have been billed. He could only credit us 3 mos. He acknowledged he heard the same complaints regarding issue with watches but couldn't do anything and said to go back to Jackson. Made another trip to AT&T. He listened but said he always tells people of monthly service charge. Our word against his. We asked if we could give watches back. Of course, not. Past the whatever time limit. ..maybe 14 days? Jackson said we had to call customer care. Pass the buck. My advice is get all in writing, question everything. There are so many figures being thrown at you, initially, crazy. I came in to switch plans within Att from a Monthly plan to annual prepaid. The two guys working there said I could only do the prepaid plan if I was not an Att customer. I asked what about the Lily tv ads that specifically mention being able to get their best deals even for existing customers. They both said nope. They had to charge our card 5 times because of some issue with their systems, we were patient and understanding that things happen. We were assured by Anthony that we would be refunded for the extra charges by end of day. Well here we are 3 weeks later and still no refund and now they're saying they can't refund it to the card. I don't mind waiting to a sales rep when a place of business is busy. What I do mind is being completely ignored by the entire staff for 15min. I'm not going to walk up and interrupt your transaction with another guest because that's rude to them. However, it would be nice to be acknowledged with "we'll be with you in a few minutes" or "can we add you to the wait list" I walked in the door so I obviously want to do business with your establishment. I'm not there waste my time or anyone else's. I would advise folk to go to a different store if you want to be treated like a guest and not just a potential sale if you happen to wait around long enough to be acknowledged. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time coming here. Absolutely no customer service at all. We walked in last night around 6pm hoping to get a phone for my daughter. No one greeted us as we walked in. There were about 10 people sitting at the 3 tables just talking. My husband accidentally set off an alarm while looking at one of the phones. A lady came up and turned off the alarm but went back to the table where she came from. Never once did she or any other staff acknowledge us or offered to help us. I am not a fan of cable and cell phone stores for a simple reason, service is extremely slow, and there are always to few associates for customers in the store. We walked in here and there were already a bunch of customers and not enough employees. We waited and waited and there were a few other people ahead of us just waiting around for someone to free up. Then, in walks another customer and two employees come out of the back room and offer to help the person who just walked in and sign them in. The rest of us looked in astonishment as to where they were to begin with and why they didn't see us waiting ahead of the person who just entered. Ugh. Wasted an hour of my life at the AT&T Authorized Retailer on Grant Street left because the two employees and manager there were absolute idiots. Went to the actual AT&T store in the Orchard and had Adrian help us. He fixed up the phone and had it working within 5 minutes. He was nice, helpful, and efficient. Pro tip - don't waste your time going to a Spring Mobile store when you can go see Adrian at the location on 144th in the Orchard. Seriously. You will regret going anywhere else besides this location. read more

I have used ATT for many years, their coverage is okay, but trying to deal with customer service is next to impossible. You will reach representatives who don't speak good English and are barely understandable. There are reps who are very rude, reps who lie, reps who refuse to address your problems. You will spend hours and hours speaking to numerous individuals until your patience runs out. When that happens, even if you don't swear or yell, but have an angry voice, you most likely will be disconnected. The Chats are every bit as bad as person to person phone calls. The issue was that they put me on a cruise plan twice in three months. I went on ONE cruise for a week. You would think that would be something easy to resolve, but these idiots can't. read more

Always helpful and quick, yes there is a wait but no longer than the Apple Store or any other popular and well run store. They have a queue and always stop what they are doing to put you on the list and let you know what the expected wait time is. I have bought at least 8 of my last phones here over the years. I have to qualify that I am not sure if this is the store that is inside the mall or outside the mall. My experiences are with the store inside the mall. I have purchased at least 7 devices from this store in the last 8 years. Every experience has been wonderful until this last round and it has been so bad that it has blown my rating of this store. To make a VERY long story short I purchased an ATT Digital Life security system from this store when I was punching new iPhones for my daughter and myself. Some how the process was completely messed up and my instillation was never scheduled. I called the 800 number to find out what the problem was and it turned out that nothing was ever scheduled. So I scheduled through the 800#. Then I start receiving calls and texts (that ended up being very rude and unprofessional) from the sales rep telling me that if I did not cancel my appointment through the 800# and come back to the store and reschedule I would loose all of the rebates and benefits that I was promised from the store. At that point I was so frustrated that I said it was not worth the hassle I just wanted to be done with the process. After months of mess everything was pretty well over and I spoke with a rep from the 800# and told them what a problem everything had been. They called this store and spoke with a sales rep that agreed that the situation was a mess, that the rep from their store had not represented AT&T well at all and that they would hold to the reimbursement that I was told I would get. Now, understand, I had resolved myself to the fact that I was not getting this money. It was not worth the hassle and the prospect of having to deal with the rude salesperson that I had encountered to get a $400 credit on my account, that is a lot of money!! That is how bad this situation was. But, the store and the national customer service agreed to give it to me I just had to go to the store to get the gift card. I was told I had to come when the manager (Travis) was there. So I did that. The first time I went he was not there but I was assured that he was aware of the situation and fully intended to give me the money. The second time I went he was not there but I was assured that he was aware of the situation and fully intended to give me the money. But, instead of giving me the money he gave me a run around!! After giving me a run around for about about 10 minuets, while I was trying to curtail kids who were anxious to leave, I told him that I would give it one week for him to post the money to my account or call me and let me know where we were in the process. Now, more than a month later I have not heard from anyone. I have since had several people tell me to avoid this store like the plague, and that the store outside of the mall is much better. Such a shame because all of the the sales people, with the exception of one, that I have worked with over the years have been wonderful. I will definitely stay with AT&T but I don't think I will be using this store any more!! read more

Came on a Thursday afternoon at 2:30 because I couldn't get any help on a Saturday. I was first in line for 1 hour! There are 8 or more employees and only 2 customers were getting help. I'm sitting here on a Saturday afternoon and there are only 2 workers and the store is full of people. You have to get your name on a waiting list, which only an employee can do (and they're both busy helping people). So understaffed and the process is ridiculous, especially for the weekend. You can't even come here just to buy an accessory as you have to get put on the long waiting list. read more

We had previously pretty good experiences with this store. But when we purchased new phones after Thanksgiving last year, the rep said they are offering a tablet free for black Friday. We asked what the "hidden fees" were up front or with the plan and he said there were none, completely free. So, when we got our first bill, we were surprised to know that the mandatory data plan and insurance for the tablet is $70 a month! read more

Absolutly the worst service I have ever had and I travel a lot. I literally sat there for over an hour with no help. There were 2 managers working that were just walking around while many of the other workers were just standing around playing with phones. Total lack of motivation. After about an hour I left and drove 20 minutes to the next store so that I could try and receive some service. If you don't want to wait for hours at an unmotivated at&t store then I suggest you drive the extra mile to a store that actual cares about their customers. Poor service and did not seem to think that the order customers arrived was the order that they should be helped. I mentioned this to the manager who seemed less than interested. It started a bad experience that only got worse as at some point in the conversation he felt it was ok to talk to me like a child. I ended up walking out and calling the national customer service number which had no interest because "they don't own the stores" What a lousy experience overall and I will be looking for either a new provider or the cheaper option of a pay as you use it phone. read more

Every time I go to this store, it's a bad experience. Today was the last straw. My phone's screen had stopped working, and I was just wondering what steps I had to take to get it fixed/replaced/whatever. Before going to the store, I called them and asked what I should do. They told me I had to visit the store, and they would help me there. When I got to the store, I was not greeted or anything. I stood around for about 30 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there. When someone finally asked me what I needed, I started telling them about the problems I was having with my phone. However, before I could even finish my sentence, the associate cut me off and told me they couldn't do anything for me. I told them that I called earlier and was told I should come in, but the associate flat out told me that no one there would've told me that. So, all in all, I was called a liar. Thanks to the poor service and overall rudeness of the people that work there, I am now on the lookout for a new carrier in general. read more
