Meh. Most phone services are the same to me apart from price and coverage map. Gone into a fair amount of Verizon and AT&T stores. Everything is going for the Apple store aesthetic. I like the roam about and shop until some clerk pages you on their tablet system. Frees me up and them. Hopefully people see stuff and toss it into their cart in addition to whatever they came in for. Unfortunately with tech changing so quickly now people only come in here for issues and this the generally low reviews. Customer service isn't the best here. That's honestly no different than any cell phone store I've gone in since 2007. No parking complaints. Store is clean. Variety of products from phones, to speakers, wireless hotspots, cases and chargers. Do think Verizon online/phone could explain a few things better instead of pawning customers off on physical store locations. Employees in store. Please pay attention to the customer que! Likewise if someone is walking around aimlessly please inquire if things are ok. Are you waiting? Have you been helped? I just want to say this company only wants to scam customers' money. I signed up for their portable WiFi before. Their sales promised I only needed a one-month free trial,no extra activation required. I could just send it back anytime if I didn't want it. I already sent the device back to their warehouse long ago, yet they refused to refund me for months. They even tried to charge me $218.30 for the device. I spent two whole hours dealing with them, and they only gave back 200 dollars, still withholding the remaining 18.30. I talked to their manager,who only made excuses saying the refund would just be delayed. I waited a whole week and still got nothing. I am extremely furious. I have followed up many times but they still refuse to return the full amount. This company is absolutely terrible,they only care about taking customers' money. I called customer service today,and they lied straight out saying the leftover amount was tax and cannot be refunded at all. Such a shameless and awful company. read more

Review for Verizon Corporate Store on Kipling in Wheat Ridge Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. My husband and I recently purchased two iPhones and watches from Verizon. He realized he ordered the wrong iPhone size and called Verizon before it shipped to request a change. The rep convinced him the best solution was to add a line, receive the new phone, and then switch it back--only for customer service to later confirm this was incorrect. He was then told he could return the phone in-store with no fees, but when he arrived, Antonio and his team insisted on a $50 restocking fee. Days later, my brand-new iPhone started flashing like a strobe light. Verizon's phone support assured me I could exchange it in-store, but when I arrived, Brenda, the supposed district manager, immediately accused me of physical damage (which did not exist) and refused to help. Her tone was rude and dismissive, insisting I go to Apple. Frustrated, I did--and Apple quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, confirming it was a defect, not damage. This store has consistently provided terrible service, from misleading sales tactics to unhelpful and unprofessional management. Brenda, in particular, displayed a complete lack of customer service. HORRIBLE CLICK BAIT SERVICE Sent my wife in to the store to do a simple upgrade for a newer phone ... Everything was going great and things were moving along and that's when all the click bait and hidden fees start popping up and strong arming tactics begin... So I was offered 800 dollars for my older phone as a trade in towards my new phone .. great ... But then I was told that I couldn't use it the way, I thought it should be used towards the phone , they said it would be divided out during a 36 month contract of the phone ??? Weird .. ok so then we were told that we had a 35 dollar activation fee that needed to be paid ( for an active line ) ...ok and then I told them that I wanted the cheapest data planning for a smart phone there was for the line and they told me no they couldn't do that , they had to pick which plan and if I did pick out my own plan I couldn't use my trade in for the phone line ?? Wtf ?!?!?!? ... And then they said I had to pick of 2 plans which were the most expensive plans they had then they could apply the 800 dollar credit over 36 months but if I changed my plan or made any adjustments to my plan that credit automatically went away !!!! Wtf .... How many folks has this Verizon company stolen from like this ?!?!?! ... I asked them so there really isn't no credit because if you did the math ether way you were still paying full price for everything , the only diff was they stole your device and really get nothing for it ... And then the cream to all this was .. oh and there is a deposit for the phone 349 dollars !!!! 800+35+349=1184 dollars that should come off the device directly that does not !!! Then my monthly payment would have still been 80 a month for this phone !!! So I then turned around and told him well you're giving me 800 bucks for that other phone take the deposit out of that they said no that pays for something else ?!?!? If I could give a zero right this minute I would.First I want to say I hope I can go back into this review and share that everything has been resolved in a fair manner. I am a senior and it's impertinent that I am not without a phone especially living alone with two dogs that depend on me. I also want to say that Francisco at this location was very patient and polite but the outcome that I was about to learn when I got home was shocking. I wanted to leave my other carrier bc the free phone I had with that service was horrible and I wanted to go back to my old phone which was not compatible with that carrier. VZ had a good prepaid deal plus my old phone was compatible and I could keep my number I have had for 20 years. On the first visit Francisco told me I needed to go to the other carrier and get my account number and a transfer pin number. I was never asked to do this before when I switched from T-Mobile many years ago, they did it all plus I've been with friends when they've switched phones and they were never asked to go to the current carrier to get any numbers. I just assumed that's the way they do things now. I drove all the way over to the other carrier and sat there for an hour, got the transfer pin number and account number. I returned to this location and Francisco proceeded to call a bunch of numbers to Port my old number to Verizon and get a temporary number in the meantime. I paid for the first month as required I have a receipt and went about my Merry way. At 7:45 I received a phone call that came up as "Verizon Customer Service" on the free phone I had with the old carrier not my old phone that I thought had just been moved to Verizon. The # was 800 922 0204. The young woman asked who I was and wanted a bunch of information that I didn't want to give to her because Francisco had already done this and yet this woman sounded like nothing was done. I was reluctant for fear of it being a scam but gave the information. She told me that the transfer pin number was no good did I have it, she also asked me for the temporary phone number. "Then" she hung up on. I went to call her back and I didn't have service on either phone and I still don't. Now I have to go back to that store for the 3rd time and pray that I'm not being scammed. My previous carrier told me that the pin number would only last 24 hours. That would be 2:30 tomorrow and yet I don't have service with either carrier. This is totally insane and uncalled for. The girl that said she was with Verizon that hung up on me and disconnected both phones should be FIRED. Since I feel I was scammed I feel like I need to file a complaint but I'm going to give this location a chance to fix all this. I sure shouldn't be charged for not having phone service at all. I have thousands of followers on Google reviews. I always state facts and I think that's why. This should have never happened I should have not been allowed to leave until everything had been verified. I even had the other carriers business card that I showed to Francisco with their phone number and email on it. He told me if there were any problems or questions to have Verizon contact him and I told Francisco that. I think just like myself Francisco thought everything was okay but there should be something in place so that this doesn't happen to anybody else. I am going to personally email this person and ask him to check the pin number. Even if the pin number is incorrect I should have never had to pay or leave until everything was verified. read more

I've been a loyal Verizon customer for years, times are hard and I found a better price elsewhere, I moved my partner (also with Verizon) over no issue at all but my phone says the network is locked and can't change carriers. This is really weird because I've had the phone for a couple years now and that lock feature should stop after 6months of being paid off (it is paid off and has been for years) and the customer service systems all show my phone as unlocked. I have been without a phone and without service since July because of this issue. I've gone into this location seeking assistance and I've been told; It's a manufacturing issue, call Samsung It's an xfinity issue, call them Do a factory reset (I have and I've lost all of my saved info because there was an error with the backup system, not happy about that either) Call customer service (I have at home and the automated system won't let me through anymore. I'm not in the system so it hangs up. And I've sat for a collective 6 hours in the store with customer service over the course of 3 days, while I've gone in seeking help for about 14 days over the last 3 months) And given the sorry excuse that "it's just not in our toolbox to fix" Anytime I enter the store I am ignored or told there's nothing they can do and given excuse after excuse. I need assistance and these people are not the ones to ask for it from, they are not willing or capable of helping and I'll never go back to Verizon again. read more

When I went to this Verizon store, they quoted me an obscene number and gave me a plan that I didn't need. I was trying to trade in my old phone for a new one and they have to do a credit check and approve you for a certain amount and they only approved me for $400 and when I went to the other store on Wadsworth I was approved for over $1000. So I don't know how the Kipling location messed up a credit check but they absolutely did. They didn't listen to any of my needs, and just tried to upsell me. I went to the Verizon store on Wadsworth, where I was heard and truly helped. It's only 10 minutes away from this Verizon store on Kipling. I highly suggest you skip the store on Kipling and go to the one on Wadsworth. Ask for Casey, he was amazing! After I went to the store on Wadsworth, I went back to the Verizon store on Kipling to tell them about my experience. Transferred my 2 lines from T-Moble. T-Moble has been hacked 8 times in 5 years and now they wanted me to give them my bank account number for autopay or loose my $10 discount. No way I would trust T-Moble with super poor security. I worked with Jerome Vigil who was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got both phones set up and all of the data transferred. worst customer service ever! they are very scammy. they offered me home wifi at a good price and offered all these incentives and told me that i could return it to the store within 30 days if im not happy with the service and not have any charges. i drove to the location i bought the device at after going to two other locations and being told to come here. i was a clearly annoyed but not being insulting or rude and the guy was like "simmer down, simmer down" that is not acceptable to say to customer especially after you scammed them. i will be canceling all service as soon as possible cause this has been so bad. read more

Had to transfer from AT&T to Verizon because AT&T always drops calls and never has service at my house, such a night and day difference of customer service between these places, if you have AT&T and have a bunch off issues and keep experiencing poor customer service and attitude for just asking for help for the service you pay for, switch to Verizon. Went to replace my phone this morning, nobody in there working actually wants to be there infact they all were just on there phones watching videos n listening to there headphones. The worst and most uncomfortable staff ive ever encounterd in verizon store. Younger kid who sold me my phone was giving me one word answers "yep" "nah" and basically was like "what color you want" "give me your credit card" no trying to help get me deals, no questions at all if i need anything else literally felt like a highschooler sold me a phone off the street. The most impersonable experience ever. I will never go to this location even though its 2 minutes from my home, worth the drive to go anywhere else seriously. Hands down the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. We showed up at 5 (they close at 7) when there were two other customers and 3 employees. The employee tells us we need to make an appointment because they just "hit the graveyard shift". Like what does that even mean, you're open for 2 more hours? He also tells us it would be quicker to just do a curbside pickup to get an upgraded phone. Cool we'll do that. We get home, order new phone for pickup and fast forward three more days the order is still waiting for "store manager approval"... we tried calling, chatting, etc and we couldn't get through. Last ditch effort we canceled the order and just ordered one to ship. Long story short- don't expect any help from this store, your better off ordering online and shipping. read more

I went in the store I had called before I had went. I ordered a new iPhone 13 Pro Max and just wanted help setting up the new phone and transferring all my information from my old phone. I got there an hour before the store closed. The Manager Sierra told me there's nothing she could do for me without an appointment when I had just called. The lady was extremely rude and said I could just come back sometime later in the week When I can make an appointment or. She makes me want to switch services if I just didn't buy this brand new phone and have five other lines with Verizon. Unbelievable. We just bought two brand new iphones and the woman that sold us them NEVER MENTIONED that the phones we were buying would be incompatible with our icloud back ups. We come home, after being assured that we can do the information transfer ourselves, to find that we just spend thousands of dollars on phones that can't integrate with our old information. I call the store immediately for help, to be told that she must have just not known, and it's apples fault, and there will be a $50 per phone restocking fee to reverse the transaction. Everyone was rude, uncaring, and my husband and I are left so baffled. When I called 20 minute till close to let them know we needed them to hold our old phones for us - no one answered. They ruined my iphone 5, stole my sim card, and kicked me out of the store after i was sent there by phone customer service for a simple reset. Instead they deliberately deactivated my i phone 5 so that it can no longer be used on the new network even tho there was no reason to (other than try to force me to buy a new phone under contract). As a result of this store, i am leaving Verizon permanently as their long term customer. Go to a different store!!!! I am filing formal complaint over how i was treated at this store #WorstCustomerServiceEver And turns out this is Verizon's 5G rollout. Disable older phones without informing customers, refusing to replace or reactivate if done by their own error. Force customer to buy newer phone. I went in to the store today for my business account to cancel my internet service. The manager, Dallas, claimed that he could not remove the internet service and that it could only be cancelled Monday thru Friday, from 8 to 5 by calling Verizon over the phone. That was a lie. He also stated that I would have to return my equipment, the modem, after the company sent special return packaging to my home which I could then use to return the modem. That was another lie. I know these were lies because I went to my car and called the company. My internet service was immediately cancelled and I was told that I did not have to return the modem. So this manager is either lazy and a lier or he is completely incompetent and does not know how to do his job. He is also rude. I have had much better service at other Verizon stires. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this Verizon location and Dallas the "manager." I really wanted to give a zero rather than a one rating. read more

My grandson went into this Verizon and bought a new iPhone yesterday. He also purchased a ZAGG screen protector that the sales representative offered to install it and my grandson took him up on it. Once my grandson got home, he noticed a bubble under it that the sales rep. evidently didn't get removed before installing the glass. Now for the BS part, I and my grandson returned to store today and informed the Rep. who greeted us what the issue was. This wasn't the same person we bought the phone from. He wasn't there. He also stated that ZAGG told them not to install their product and that the Verizon Rep. just did it as a courtesy? He referred us to the ZAGG store at the Flatirons Crossing Mall! I could not be happier with their service. I needed to upgrade my father's account and get him a new phone and, due to his illness, he was not able to come to the store with me. From the moment I walked in, Erick assured me that everything would be handled quickly and efficiently on my dad's account. James assisted me in getting everything switched over and handled the purchase and transfer of information in a timely and professional manner. During the process, the manager, Alex, came over to ensure that everything was being taken care of. Everyone was professional and even though they were able to help me -without my father being present at the store - I appreciate that they were concerned about the security of my dad's account. Since I did not have my power of attorney for my dad) with me, a quick phone call to my dad assured them that I was someone that could be trusted with his account and everything was taken care of very quickly. I had the absolute worst experience at this store. I personally dealt with Erick who is the store manager. I lost my phone and use it for work, so I needed one same day. I have Verizon's insurance plan so I went to get a replacement phone in the store. The rep I originally spoke with told me to call the insurance company and verify the replacement. When the insurance rep said "ok, let me speak to the store manager to finalize the replacement" the store manager refused. He actually hung up on the insurance rep and would not grant the replacement. My husband had a similar issue a few months back and was able to get a replacement phone in store same day. He went to a different Verizon store, so I knew it was possible. Several points were brought up to me by Erick. First of all, he explained the store no longer grants in store replacements because it was not profitable for the store. He explained their profits were more important than customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years now and was offered no assistance. Secondly, a store associate told me I could try a pawn shop or GameStop next door if I really needed a phone that day. This floored me. After much back and forth I was offered a loaner phone to use until my phone arrived. I work for a tech company, and it is not easy to switch between phones. I attempted to use it for work the next day and it would not connect. Overall this was a unbelievably poorly managed situation. Erick informed me he has worked for Verizon for 10 years which is shocking considering the way he treats customers. The store is Ok, nothing great. What I wanted to worn people about is Droid x phones. I have had 3 in the last 1 1/2 years. The buttons on the bottom of phone will break after awhile. So for a 2 year contract you get a phone that lasts about 6 months. They do replace the phone for one year, but now my contract still has 6 months on it and I have to buy a new phone. I will NEVER BUY A MOTOROLA again. After reviewing phones for 2 hours I'm going to get a Samsung Charge. Wish me luck. Alright who thinks this is funny? It isn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much for luck. After 4 hours on the phone to Verizon and one hang up by them and 2 people that don't know there ass from a hole in the ground and finding out my insurance doesn't cover poorly designed Droid X phones, Verizon says F you we don't care that you pay $300 a month for your service, we don't care that you have been with Verizon for 15 years, we don't care that we sell phones that we know don't work, we don't care that we know your phone won't last as long as your contract, we want more and more and more of your money. $550 for a new phone. After dealing with T-Mobile, AT&T and the run around from both these companies it was such a breath of fresh air to get Tristan at the Verizon store. We were literally in the AT&T store next to this one and their primary goal was to sell us DirecTV -Like we're in here for phone's not cable I know you guys just got bought out. - But anyway Tristan was awsome explained every phone perfectly to someone that has a really good understanding on phones even opened my eyes. And now I've got a better phone for less money on a better network ( At&t did not work anywhere in the metro area for my business) for less money.
