At first we weren't sure how the visit would go, we got checked in & somehow we 'fell off' the list. HOWEVER, the staff was AMAZING & got to us right away (where we would have been in line after others before us). The staff was VERY tech savvy - which I was delighted with as we had a tech issue with a brand new phone & had to exchange after only having the device about 1-hour & realizing it didn't have enough memory (uug, $50 re-stock fee, but that was my own fault!). Everyone in the shop was lovely, and I know they deal with ticked off customers all the time. They were super nice, funny & knew how to fix all our issues. read more

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I cancelled service returned the equipment over a month ago and today got a collection notification that I owed them for the equipment I returned! After two hours on the phone, with being transferred over and over again I was rudley told to got to the store I and hung up on. Now I get a robo call saying my account is going to be disconnected for non payment. Worst company ever. STAY CLEAR!!!! read more

I went in for help with a Verizon bill I keep getting and I don't have nor never have had Verizon. The salesperson did nothing to help me. Told me to call the 800 number. Really terrible costumer service wasted a hour for nothing for a simple return then got nasty with me

Came from another city a year ago where I experienced truly red carpet service at the Verizon corporate store, so was surprised and dismayed by the poor customer service I received at this location. Two other customers and I were made to wait outside in frigid wind for apparently no reason other than the staff taking their sweet time to mosey on over to unlock the door. Not a warm welcome nor way to begin the experience. I was there to buy a new phone, which I did and the salesperson was barely civil throughout the process. Felt truly sad that there wasn't even a tiny attempt by the salesperson to be personable. Have been with Verizon for at least 15 years but they seem to have lost touch with what is important--the customer. SMH. read more

This is about Verizon's customer service. There is none. I have spent two hours trying to get a human being on the phone. I get disconnected. Put on hold for 45 minutes. Chat is with a computer. There is literally no way to speak to a person. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

This Verizon store is completely unprofessional starting from the top, down. The manager Andrew Burns was not only unreasonable and unwilling to work with me, he even laughed as I spoke to him over the phone. I underwent ACL surgery today and wanted my girlfriend to pick up my new Iphone I had just paid for over the phone with Verizon. I Spoke with a Verizon Customer Service Rep no longer than 15 minutes before all this took place. While talking to Verizon I explained my current situation along with the fact my girlfriends wallet was stolen and she only had a picture of her ID. THEY ASSURED me this would not be an issue. Despite me asking multiple times if I would have any issues Verizon ASSURED me again and again that my girlfriend would be able to pickup my new iPhone. Hence why I went forward with the very expensive purchase. Upon my girlfriends arrival Andrew Burns did not even attempt to work with us and when I tried to speak with him on the phone he simply acted uninterested and laughed multiple times as I explained my ACL surgery had just taken place 6 hours earlier and the reason she was going instead of me. It was also mentioned I needed my phone ASAP in order to continue some work items I had pending in my email and to maintain contact with my physical therapist on rehab for my knee. I also explained why she didn't have a physical ID but had a picture on her phone that CLEARLY showed who she was. She also had my social, account pin, and DOB. In addition to all this It was also discovered I hadn't received my military discount for the last 2 years with Verizon. While speaking to Verizon Customer Service they told me this and all my girlfriend would need to bring is my Military ID....again Andrew was unwillingly to work with us without additional paper work that Verizon Customer Service did not mention. This man should clearly NOT be in any leadership/customer service job. He was completely unhelpful and disinterested in working with us. Please Verizon weed out these individuals that hinder your company and make it difficult for me to want to bring my business to you. read more

Pretty much if you aren't benefiting anyone making any commission they do as little as possible to help you. Normal customer service should consist of ensuring you know what the customer may need or what your are talking about. Giving you your items you ordered on line and saying here call the number on the paper kind of sux I ordered online with store pick up for 2 reasons being able to pick up the phone I knew was there physically and hoping someone would ensure that my purchase was set up properly. The sim was not installed correctly and I couldn't register it. I did call the customer service help line and the lady was fantastic about walking me through everything. (not involved with this store at all) I also made a mistake on my order and they basically told me it was my problem... Sorry if this is a corporate store you need to train your employees better it totally reflects Verizon and part of the job is to ensure that people who are uneducated about the technology should know the basics to walk them through things read more

Stay away from AL greeting you. He had to order me a new device and he put in the wrong address so it caused such a mess to replace a replacement order. I did ask to review the address prior to signing which he said was impossible. I have left this location with two shopping bags of purchases so it definitely is the salesperson and that ole' fashion customer service that matters. read more

The only good thing about this company is their commercials. They have a customer un service department it's specializes in keeping you on hold for long periods of time. Wasting enough of your time so you never bother to contact them about over billing. There are passcodes and passwords you will be required to remember to run through their maze of dead ends. By far the worst place to go for customer service or satisfaction. This is the 4th time I've been there in a month with an ongoing problem with my iPhone 8. Updates have not fixed the problem and I've shown video proof of my phone acting up, and these people just sit there with their hands in their pockets. After paying 750 dollars for a new phone and it continuously acts up I think they should replace it or do more than just give me a blank stare and say, "its the software, contact apple."
