I am so deeply disappointed and disgusted in how this has been handled by ATT. We have been told to call, we call. They refuse to help at all and tell us to go to a store. The store tells us to call. They won't help. It's a circular hell. Now to top it off they lied to my sister and told her the phone wasn't paid off trying to get her to pay it the fees. I have my mom's Jan bill showing NO payment plan was involved confirming it was paid in full. The complete lack of kindness, empathy assistance and follow through on what we're told would happen means we will never do business with ATT.

Three different times Verizon store associates allowed unauthorized account holder on my account to make changes to the account and /or remove. Not one time was I notified, until I checked My bill. When I called the managers just lied and Say they will look into it and get back to me. Yep, never got back to me. They work off commissions, so don't think for a moment they are honest .
