He gave me all excuses, so the second time I said you should exchange phone it's defective, he said that I need to buy a more expensive phone and pay again for activation fee. I notice the 3 times I have been there I have heard the same story!! I would never recommend and will be call BB, to file a complaint. I went to Verizon transferred number to them got a better phone. Totally pissed off. Run away, Krama is a BITCH!!!

They had to be ordered, so they assured us they would call us when the phones came in. They never did call. We stopped there for the 1st two phones and thought we got in before they had a chance to call. When the 3rd phone never arrived, we went in to check and they said, "oh, it's been here quite a while." When I asked why they didn't call they basically said they didn't know. When I complained, the response was "you got it now". She seemed upset that I didn't think it was right to lie to a customer. We need another phone - will NEVER go back ther!
