They had to be ordered, so they assured us they would call us when the phones came in. They never did call. We stopped there for the 1st two phones and thought we got in before they had a chance to call. When the 3rd phone never arrived, we went in to check and they said, "oh, it's been here quite a while." When I asked why they didn't call they basically said they didn't know. When I complained, the response was "you got it now". She seemed upset that I didn't think it was right to lie to a customer. We need another phone - will NEVER go back ther!

A 74 yr old relative just came back from the Fairborn, OH. Verizon Store. His iPhone suddenly…read morewould not turn on and he has been without service for two days so far. I looked up the store(Fairborn) gave him directions there. After speaking to a sales person, the manager came over and said they can't help him, he would have to call corporate. Since he doesn't have a phone, he asked if they could call or he use a phone. They said no, it would take too long...at the time there was no customers besides him. Nor did it look like anyone was in the parking lot for the business. For over 25 hrs he has been a paying customer, never asked for anything from them before, has had a heart attack and autoimmune disorder. His calls are mainly for his health and to pay bills. This location is a disgrace, disrespectful, and a few other disturbing adjectives. Especially for seniors. Im encouraging him to present this to the senior centers and clinic he deals with. Thank You.

I wish I could give them 0 stars if possible. Do not ever go to this store even if they stay open…read morelater. Go to an actual Verizon store and you will have no issues. They like to double charge activation fees and all other kinds of hidden fees. Kennedy is one of the worst customer service representatives and is very unprofessional. We have made 6 trips into this store to try to fix our bill and each trip made it worse than when we went in.

Try to avoid this location if at all possible. No accountability, lack of leadership, poor…read morescheduling practices. Both my wife and I scheduled appointments in July of 2025 to get our batteries replaced in our Google pixels. Walked in to the location and understandably was turned away because they didnt have the batteries on hand. Unfortunately they didn't call ahead to tell us so I wasted my time driving there for my appointment but not a huge deal. After that, I was told I would be called in 4-6 weeks when they had the batteries. At 8 weeks still no call, so I called. I was told they didn't have either me or my wife on the wait list and that we would have to wait for more batteries to come in. Not sure why we weren't on the list? We had an appointment two months prior. I called again in September and was told no batteries available. Fast forward to today, May of 2026 almost a year later than the initial appointment I got an email that my appointment had been cancelled. I called in and the guy j spoke with had no record of me or my wife in his system and said "oh you can come in anytime, we've had the batteries available!" After waiting 10 months for a battery and 0 communication from this company it was pretty sad to hear the batteries are available and likely have been available for quite some time.
