They have so many appliances here, from coffee makers and blenders, to every single larger kitchen appliance, TVs, mattresses, even outdoor equipment such as grills. Dwight was very patient in showing a variety of washing machines that are similar to the one that needed replacing. We found an excellent one by Whrilpool. We agreed on a time and day their team would deliver the washer. Sure enough it was delivered as promised. They also hooked it up. The delivery was free. If you would like for them to dispose of an older, large appliance they can do that for you. I have been genuinely impressed with the selection at P.C. Richard & Son, their all around customer service and their product.

Where PC Richard & Son falls short is their delivery crew. For the last 15 years I've purchased big and small appliances here from Mike. Some of the delivery crew are great while some don't know what they're doing, don't speak English or don't know how to setup and install the appliances. It gets really frustrating.

(How do I know that?) so they issued me a store credit but to replace my appliance I had to spend additional hundreds of dollars. Our granddaughter wants 2 specific characters so the mystery box is not an option yet. She has gotten mystery boxes of other brands' characters and is always excited about opening them as long as she already has the characters that are important to her. I visited to grocery section to look for Good & Gather Confetti Cake oatmeal. I received a free sample of it recently and loved it! Target is the only store I know of that sells it and they had it in stock. I was very happy! I'm not normally an oatmeal eater but this stuff is too good! When we entered the store, the line was really long. Luckily for us, it was much shorter by the time we were ready to check out. TIP: The long line is for the self-checkout to only. You can walk right up to any of the cashiers that are open. It isn't the most efficient checkout experience & is the main reason I don't shop there often. They carry good quality products that I really like so I do venture in occasionally. The employees are always very pleasant and helpful, and the store is always clean & tidy.

The people are fine; the "selling" of membership" is not as readily accessible online as you would expect. All administration in membership status is essentially done in store. I'm not sure that's true, but the staff will tell you that. So if you have an issue, erroneous charges, card use etc., you have to go to the store. Not a big benefit when we are trying to get away from " bricks and mortar" stores or if you are in a time restraint. Again, it's the business mentality, not the individual staff I have an issue with. BTY, watch out for price creep in membership fees.

As far as the store itself goes, most items are in bulk and I don't need almost anything in bulk. I'll usually get milk, some fruit, not a lot. The wait at the deli is so slow, very slow. It makes me want to give up on everything in my cart. BJ's is a club. You must be a member to shop here. It is $25.00 if it's your first time joining the membership, or $55.00 if it's beyond that. If you have a need for bulk items for your family, it might be worth your time shopping here.

Brought my 2019 Macbook 16" in on 8/17/22 for a screen replacement. They quoted me $320 and about…read more1-2 weeks estimated wait time. I accepted. About a week later, I get a phone call stating that the replacement screen is actually $620 and I need to accept the overage. It's also recommended that I purchase the $25/month Asurion plan to expedite the service and decrease the price to $590. I need the laptop for work and I've invested a lot into the original purchase, so I reluctantly accept to the $590 price and the asurion plan. 1 week later, I call in to check on the status. They say I never accepted the overage. I tell them I accepted already and they should proceed and order the part. I call again the next day to verify that the part is ordered, and the phone is off the hook. Straight to voicemail. I drive there in person and tell them the situation. They say I still have not accepted the overage charge. I sit there with him for an hour until he puts the order through and actually processes the order for the part. 2 weeks later. We are at 9/23/2022 now. The part is installed and working. They ask me to come in the next day and pick it up. I arrive the next day, and immediately notice something wrong. The replacement screen's clamshell they used is Silver. My laptop is Space Gray. So now, half of my laptop is space gray and the other half is silver. I decline this and tell them to order the correct display. Today is 10/6/2022. Everytime I call to check on a status, the phone goes straight to voicemail. Whenever I stop by to check in person, the store is closed during normal business hours. Stay away from this location at all costs. My $2200 Apple laptop is gone and I do not know if I will ever receive it.
