Went in the other day because I was having technical difficulties with my new iPhone 6. I have heard many great things about Verizon and thought I would give it a try but had poor customer service over the phone when trying to activate my line as the SIM card was not working properly. I went in annoyed and wondering if I made the right choice with Verizon.. However, a sales rep named Ryan came to help me with my phone problems and he was aweeeesome. I can honestly say I feel much better about the contract I'm on with Verizon and am happy with my new phone and new tablet and great customer service! Thank you! read more

This place sucks. Not only are the workers here absolutely inept at what they do, they are extremely rude on top of it. That's a bad combination for customer service! Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb behind the counter seemed to be more worried about checking their Instagram accounts than providing any kind of help. It's worth the drive to the Redlands or Beaumont stores - these are corporate stores that have more intelligent employees that are willing to take the time to actually do their jobs. read more

By far my worst experience with Verizon. I convinced my husband to switch from AT&T to Verizon and was helped at this location. After signing him up and signing a contract we soon learned about "miscommunications" that we were initially 'sold' on. Needless to say no one was willing to help with these "miscommunications." I would highly suggest finding a new store and make sure communication is clear. read more

Went into today because my iPhone took a swim and didn't survive. I was greeted by Alba, she was very friendly and extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what upgrade I wanted. She explained each phone to me and never pressured me to buy the more expensive phone. I appreciated that so much! It seem like everywhere you go you are pressured to spend more money. Do not go to this Verizon. They can not help with exchanges, returns, or upgrades (they say) because they are not a corporate store even though we were picking up a phone from the Yucaipa location and tried to return it when we realized it didn't have the right memory. The box was unopened. The girl was incredibly rude in front of other customers and unhelpful and now we are waiting in Redlands to get the customer service we deserve. read more

This store is GoWireless, selling Verizon merchandise. I guess Verizon franchises are no different than McDonald's or Subway. I've been in several times and found no major faults, aside from overpriced accessories and them fixing my phone while holding it where I can't see what they did. Like most people experiencing anything but total frustration, I never took the time to rate the mediocre performance. Today, Danielle assisted me with a new phone and I failed to comb through the fine print of the contract - shame on me. After signing and accepting everything, I got home & found that she conveniently charged me for the phone she just told me was free. She also conveniently charged me for "Mobile Protection", a service for which I would never agree to pay. She also conveniently charged me for 500GB of Cloud, a form of storage I inherently distrust and always have. There is no way she misunderstood and thought I wanted all these things. There is, however, a very profitable and very shady sales practice of piling on nickels & dimes to unsuspecting customers in the hopes that some of it will stick some of the time. Unfortunately, the very act of stating this in writing is likely to get Danielle a pat on the back. Sales managers love this stuff. Salespeople shrewd enough to do it systematically become top sellers and earn bonuses. When I called the Verizon billing center, the representative remarked that this happens all too frequently. went in to upgrade my phone not knowing they were NOT a Verizon retail store. They are a third party vendor. I didn't even know the place was called GoWireless until I Googled it. The signs all say Verizon wireless not GoWireless. They attempted to charge me $149.99 for a phone that I ended up buying for $49.99 an hour later online. They also attempted to charge me $20 for not wanting their third party insurance. The sales guy also failed to mention that Verizon has a $30 upgrade fee and attempted to have that sent to my bill. Then he got pissed at me for saying he was trying to hustle me. I would not recommend going to this place. there are certified Verizon retail stores in Beaumont and in Redlands. read more

As a business owner in Yucaipa, I truly appreciate great customer service. Greg Lopez, the store manager, was extremely helpful to my business partner and me when we purchased our first smart phones at the Yucaipa location. Greg was very helpful and patient with us as he explained all the features. When I was having problems with the phone after a few weeks, he explained that I hadn't done a prompted upgrade and fixed it for me. He also keeps the store very clean and it is filled with lots of accessories for the phones. The store also offers a free tutoring class for smart phones every Sunday. You can trust this location and it's staff to help you with your phone needs. read more

While we waited and while we were being helped I watched both gentlemen (birth named Ryan C.) continue to display a professional and friendly demeanor to everyone who entered the store despite high traffic volume and a seemingly never ending line of customers. I admit I arrived at the Verizon Yucaipa store with a little reservation. I'm used to getting the used car treatment at a cell phone store. But Greg was great. Once again lousy service from the store. Took my daughter's LG phone in, they fiddled with it for an hour and half. Claimed there was nothing they could to solve problem, I should contact Asurion the insurance provided. Contacted them we were told that it was soft wear issue not covered by them. Contacted Verizon via chat and they agreed that it was a problem still under warranty and they arranged for replacement phone. This is the second time people in this store have mislead me or failed to make any reasonable solution for problem. Don't waste your time. read more

I don't even know where to begin! I went in for a phone upgrade, and I was helped right away (which was great!). Going in to any cell phone retailer, is like going to a car dealership. Free isn't free, and there's a fee for everything. The young gal who helped me, was patient until I didn't know the restrictions pass code on my old phone (I was doing a trade). Said since she couldn't have access to iTunes and didn't have access to their wifi network- even though she had my phone hooked up to a USB port on her computer, that I had to go restore and delete all of my data on my phone on my own computer. A huge headache later, I go return my phone the next morning and I question a fee on my bill and also question a return. I was made to feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about, and the girl pretty much said it would be a huge pain for them to void out my transaction, and start over. I brought to her attention, that I would be saving $40 by returning a particular item (which they said it was a deal, and it's not!) and she argued with me that it would be "a wash" by returning the item. Makes zero sense! Needless to say, I left being hosed by them by misc fees-which in the end was my fault, but I sure learned my lesson and will be contacting the store manager, and will most definitely be taking our business elsewhere when it's time for another upgrade. read more

I've been to this store before and had great service, but this last time I had the worst experience ever. I was helped by the district manager, Greg L, who actually lied to me about the current promotion, giving them my old phone, and getting accessories for "free" Not until I called corporate did I find out that this store is not an official Verizon store and if any issues arise that Verizon cannot do anything to fix the problem. The" district manager" called me and pretended to not be the person that helped me for whatever reason. I had to say "you're the Greg that helped me right?" and he answered, "Sure" He was very rude and had horrible customer service about the whole thing. I'm extremely disappointed in this store and will never return here again. I was mislead and lied to. I will be letting everyone and anyone I know about this store and also, an outside agency to complain about this store. They are not honest and have horrible customer service. The fact that the "district manager" didn't have enough confidence and honesty to say when he called that he was the one that helped me, really says a whole lot about this store and how it operates. read more

The service here was outstanding! I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is. Alba was our representative and went above and beyond to help us with every question we had. My husband and I went in on a Saturday and were immediately helped. We switched providers after 10 years and now I'm sorry I didn't do it sooner...every time we went to the "other" provider's store, it was always a long wait, felt like we were inconveniencing the employees, and never were clear on what we were getting once we walked out! Alba was patient and nothing but helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. We switched providers, got two new phones plus accessories, a better plan, and saved quite a bit of money at the same time. Alba switched everything over and the only thing I had to do was call my old provider to take off an iPad and pay a nominal amount I had on my old bill. If you are reading this review and thinking of switching to Verizon, don't hesitate! Just walk right in and ask for Alba - you'll be glad you did! read more

Went to the Redlands store recently and did not get good service and the wait was lengthy, but yesterday and I went into the Yucaipa store and got waited on immediately, all my questions were patiently answered, and all of my data was transferred to my new phone. Went in to upgrade my phone cause my daughter dropped it on some concrete. The service was fabulous and very knowledgeable. Ryan helped me pick out phones and suggested apps and synced my contacts. He even worked out my contract to give me a cheaper price with a better plan! But couldn't put it off any longer so we decided to try out the Yucaipa Verizon. So glad we did. What a difference....Everyone there was do friendly and helpful.The young lady there sat down with us and went over everything, helped us set up our phones, showed us special features and how they worked, and transferred ALL our contacts, pictures etc to are new phones. Even showed us features we were not aware of and how to use them. Every time we go in there even if its to just pay our bill or have questions they are always very helpful and professional! read more
