Three days before the the scheduled appointment he actually answered the phone (in error I believe) and when I frantically told him that the rooms were all cleared out and the baseboard trim was removed and we were extremely concerned regarding his lack of communication, I was told not to worry and that he would definitely show up at the appointed day and time. In the process of tearing up the flawed floor, our brand new drywall was damaged and their attempt to fix it was lousy at best. The representative who came out even said he was concerned about losing money on the job. When we withheld payment until the drywall was fixed, we were threatened with litigation. There were carpet tack strips everywhere, filthy appliances and the place reeked of cat pee. All they did to clean one of the bathroom was wipe it down with simple green. No disinfecting agent was used. They didn't touch the other bathroom. They also removed perfectly good flooring in a kitchen that we wanted to keep. The worst part is they still expect to get paid in full. Go somewhere else!
