I'm disappointed with this car wash. The brushes left visible marks on my car, and even after multiple wash cycles, my car still wasn't clean. I visited the lazerwash after work this evening in my brand new car. It was washed yesterday at the same location but had gathered dust today, so I swung through on my drive home because I had paid for a membership. Mid-wash I heard a scraping/scuffing sound and was immediately concerned. When I pulled out I got out of my car right away to see if there was damage to my car. And there was. I immediately pulled around to tell someone and was told it was "impossible" but in the same sentence she said it happens to "larger vehicles like pickups". She told me that "they didn't hear anything" despite the fact that car washes are clearly not quiet. I was not on the phone or listening to anything. I requested that someone contact me right away to discuss repair, as I can say with certainty that the door pillar right in front of my face every time I open the door was not severely scratched before this wash. A review of their cameras should show my I scratched vehicle entering, and my damaged vehicle exiting. I await their response, and will update this review as it unfolds. UPDATE: I received a call today from the owner, who flatly told me that it was "not his wash" and that he didn't know what to tell me. I told him about the noise, and that I was certain, and he told me "I don't know what to tell you. my car wash doesn't scratch cars." I then asked about the cameras that were supposedly there, and he told me there was one camera at the entrance, but that it isn't even clear enough to differentiate between the window and the pillar. I asked him about the cameras that the attendant said were in the wash which she said would be used "to confirm that nothing touched the car" and was told there is one camera, but that it is only clear enough to differentiate a car from truck, and nothing else. Incidentally, I went to the body shop for a quote this morning, and told the employee that the damage had happened in a car wash. They informed me that another customer had just had the same scenario (but for them, the paint) and that it had happened in the same wash. I found this to be quite telling because the owner had just finished bragging that another car owner had filed a claim, but that he had never paid one. The owner of this wash may respond to reviews online, but in actuality couldn't care less about damage because as he said... I can't prove it. Car owners beware. read more

If this weren't the only automatic car wash in town I'd go someplace else. First, they said they'd install vacuums a year ago but they haven't. Don't say you'll do something unless you're going to do it. Second, today I went through but my parking break got engaged inadvertently and my vehicle triggered something which made the car wash not wash. Some of the mechanisms went off but apparently not the whole cleaning process. I didn't notice until I drove home and got out of the car. Why couldn't someone have come around and told me so I could have gone through again? Why did I have to call and ask if there was a problem with their system? If you need a quick drive thru wash that's just off the freeway this will do. The brushes seemed relatively brutal and flipped our mirrors, which we had folded in, back and forth. Despite the beating, our car emerged with no obvious scratches or damage. The vacuums were strong and lasted a fairly long time. The drive through takes credit cards but the vacuums need quarters which are available in a change machine on site. read more

My car was scratched all along the drivers side. Body shop concurred it could have only happened there. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility. They also said they had signs posted that they are not responsible for damage. They lied, no such signs were posted. read more

Great car wash! I went with a monthly subscription using the app, which makes the process very smooth. Equipment is recent and apparently well maintained. Staff is attentive and wait is rarely too long, even when there is a line. read more

Unlimited washes! What else can I say? Shiny and Brite all the time!!! Bravo They prewash the car before the machine prewashes it !! The tire cleaner they use took off stains from brake residue that I thought would never come off. read more

So I purposely wash my car in a cheap place and then take it to lazer wash where someone does a brushing of front and back and sides. I always tip nicely. On this am two guys were there, I tipped $4 plus a premium wash and no one lifted a finger. When I asked if the could spray the back they acted like I was imposing. BS. Do something besides standing there. It's your job. So then I go and complain. He says let me get the owner and then he just puts me they the wash without getting the owner. He said they no longer brush the back or sides because they have all new equipment. Well- the car still looks like crap and I never did see the owner. Just another example of charging more for less and expecting people to just take it. read more

I've been a member for over a year. Today I went to the car wash as usual and see the same 2 kids working at the car wash I always see. I asked 1 if he could scan my license plate numbers because service is slow there and the app never loads in time, which I usually have them do and it's never been an issue before. He suddenly says "Yeah well during the winter time we aren't going to be able to do that anymore because of the snow" which I understand, it's not an issue. The issue started when I was sent in the car wash and as they were spraying down my car my wife and I hear them mocking my Audi A6 saying "it's as slow as my A4" whatever that means. I then call a few minutes after leaving to cancel my membership because of their childish attitude, and his response is "what's up? My dad and I own this car wash so you can talk to me about the issue" full knowing what the "issue" is. Definitely won't be returning and I advise any people with cool cars to go elsewhere unless you want to be belittled about how fast you car can go while those kids cant keep their mouth shut and do they're job, -1 customer good luck with your business letting those idiots kids run it ! read more
